背景技术
足球是最具影响的团队比赛,国际足联核准合格标准:周长: 68.5厘米-69.5厘米之间。重量:420-445克之间。足球由球芯和球壳组成,足球外皮的弹性、克重、耐磨特性等特质是影响足球的重要因素。足球外皮中最重要的发泡层主要是EVA发泡或PVC发泡,发泡层对足球的克重和弹性影响最为主要,而对足球外皮克重的精确控制是摆在本领域技术人员面前的一道难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种克重可精确控制的弹性足球外皮的制造方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种克重可控的弹性足球外皮的制造方法,该足球外皮由基布、PVC发泡层和面层组成,具体包括如下制造步骤
(1)PVC发泡层制备:发泡层是由如下质量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 50份,
DOP 40~45份,
碳酸钙 40~50份,
AC发泡粉 4.5~8份
稳定剂 1.5~3份
丁腈树脂 15~20份,
色粉 4~8份,
将PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、稳定剂、丁腈树脂混合,搅拌2~10min,转入密炼机,混入AC发泡粉和色粉,温度设置在180~200℃,密炼3~10min,之后将物料转入压延机,将物料压在基布上,压延厚度为0.6~1.1mm,基布压延前在表面涂水性聚氨酯胶;
将压延后的基布送入发泡炉,发泡定型,发泡速度为8~30m/min,获得1.3~2.8mm厚的发泡层;
(2)面层的制备:面层为夹层结构,底层为PVC膜层,表层为TPU或PU或PVC透明膜层,中间层为印花层和或镭射层;
(3)将面层压粘在PVC发泡层表面,在层之间涂布聚氨酯胶水,即得足球外皮成品,成品厚度为1.4~3.0mm,克重为1.3~2.4kg/1m×1.35~1.45m。
优选地,所述基布为200~400D的牛津布。
本发明中,PVC发泡层中,DOP为增塑剂,其添加量与PVC相当,增加足球外皮的强韧性,碳酸钙为填充料,另外,在PVC中添加一定份丁腈树脂增加外皮的强度和弹性,在确保足球弹性的同时让外皮克重满足客户要求1.4~2.4kg/1m×1.35~1.45m,使弹性和外皮克重达到平衡。另外,本发明的面层采用夹层结构,底层采用PVC膜,使面层和发泡层复合牢固,表层采用TPU或PU透明膜层,提高足球外皮的耐磨、耐刮性能,中间夹层内为花纹层或镭射层使外皮展示不同的花纹、外观。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种足球外皮的制造方法,改进了足球外皮的结构和制造方法,使各层呈现出不同的特性,最后外皮成品具有强韧、弹性好,表面耐刮耐磨的特性,同时使足球外皮满足要求的克重。
具体实施方式

实施例1
足球外皮的制造方法:外皮由200D牛津布作为基布、PVC发泡层和面层组成,具体包括如下制造步骤
(1)PVC发泡层制备:发泡层是由如下质量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 50份,
DOP 40份,
碳酸钙 50份,
AC发泡粉 4.5份
稳定剂 1.5份
丁腈树脂 15份,
色粉 4份,
将PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、稳定剂、丁腈树脂混合,搅拌2min,转入密炼机,混入AC发泡粉和色粉,温度设置在180~200℃,密炼3min,之后将物料转入压延机,将物料压在基布上,压延厚度为0.9mm,基布压延前在表面涂水性聚氨酯胶;
将压延后的基布送入发泡炉,发泡定型,发泡速度为20m/min;
(2)面层的制备:面层为夹层结构,底层为PVC膜层,表层为TPU透明膜层,中间层为金色镭射层;
(3)将面层压粘在PVC发泡层表面,在层之间涂布聚氨酯胶水,即得足球外皮成品,成品厚度为2.6mm,克重为2.1kg/1m×1.4m。
实施例2
足球外皮的制造方法:外皮由300D牛津布作为基布、PVC发泡层和面层组成,具体包括如下制造步骤
(1)PVC发泡层制备:发泡层是由如下质量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 50份,
DOP 40份,
碳酸钙 40份,
AC发泡粉 5份
稳定剂 2份
丁腈树脂 20份,
色粉 4份,
将PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、稳定剂、丁腈树脂混合,搅拌5min,转入密炼机,混入AC发泡粉和色粉,温度设置在180~200℃,密炼8min,之后将物料转入压延机,将物料压在基布上,压延厚度为0.9mm,基布压延前在表面涂水性聚氨酯胶;
将压延后的基布送入发泡炉,发泡定型,发泡速度为18m/min;
(2)面层的制备:面层为夹层结构,底层为PVC膜层,表层为PU透明膜层,中间层为彩色印花层;
(3)将面层压粘在PVC发泡层表面,在层之间涂布聚氨酯胶水,即得足球外皮成品,成品厚度为2.5mm,克重为2.0kg/1m×1.4m。
实施例3
足球外皮的制造方法:外皮由400D牛津布作为基布、PVC发泡层和面层组成,具体包括如下制造步骤
(1)PVC发泡层制备:发泡层是由如下质量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 50份,
DOP 45份,
碳酸钙 50份,
AC发泡粉 7份
稳定剂 3份
丁腈树脂 15份,
色粉 6份,
将PVC、DOP、碳酸钙、稳定剂、丁腈树脂混合,搅拌3min,转入密炼机,混入AC发泡粉和色粉,温度设置在180~200℃,密炼5min,之后将物料转入压延机,将物料压在基布上,压延厚度为1mm,基布压延前在表面涂水性聚氨酯胶;
将压延后的基布送入发泡炉,发泡定型,发泡速度为25m/min;
(2)面层的制备:面层为夹层结构,底层为PVC膜层,表层为PVC透明膜层,中间层为彩色印花层;
(3)将面层压覆在PVC发泡层表面,在面层和发泡层之间涂布聚氨酯胶水,即得足球外皮成品,成品厚度为2.8mm,克重为2.1kg/1m×1.4m。
本发明的上述各实施例所制备的弹性足球外皮具有耐磨、耐刮、弹性足,厚度适宜并满足克重可控的生产优点。
