本发明公开了一种石斛鲜条保鲜装置，尤其涉及一种石斛鲜条作为销售产品在运输过程中的方形盒类装置。本装置为双层中空装置，外壁为木料，内壁为厚的硬质纸板，中空填置满泡沫碎块，其中装置外壁四侧有分布均匀的透气孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品保鲜装置，特别涉及一种石斛鲜条运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置。
背景技术
石斛，被誉为“中华九大仙草”之首，因有起死回生的神奇功效，石斛鲜条具有胃益生津，滋阴清热的功效，对各种原因引起的发热，可起到退烧作用。并且可以促进胃酸分泌，增强胃的排空能力，帮助消化；使血中胃泌素浓度升高，亦可厚胃壁，胃壁减薄有改善和保护作用；能显著降低血糖。若长期服用可提高免疫力，强身健体。对肿瘤病人等虚火旺、口干舌燥有很好的疗效。石斛鲜条既可以直接嚼食，也可以泡茶、浸酒、药膳、榨汁、煎汤等多种食法。石斛鲜条在运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置，可以给石斛鲜条提供长时间的保湿保温，使石斛鲜条的保鲜时间更长。申请号为201410233224.7的石斛鲜条的保鲜装置其材料均为可变形材料，对于石斛鲜条在运输过程中造成的颠簸，挤压等问题不能起到很好的保护作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种石斛鲜条运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：所提供的一种石斛鲜条运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置，其为双层中空装置，外壁为木料，内壁为厚的硬质纸板，中空填置泡沫碎块，其中装置外壁有分布均匀的透气孔。
优选的，所述的保鲜盒形状为长度为10-15cm，高度与宽度均为8cm的长方体。
优选的，所述的外壁木料厚度为1cm，每侧透气孔数目为4-8个。
优选的，所述的泡沫碎块粒径大小为2-4cm。
有益效果：该装置中长度为10-15cm左右，而石斛鲜条的长度为5-7cm，便于放置石斛鲜条，其中空置有泡沫碎块，便于石斛鲜条的保温，因为是泡沫碎块，亦可保证盒内的透气性，并且该装置内壁为硬质纸板，也可保证石斛鲜条所需的湿度。该装置外壁的材质为木料，可避免在运输过程中颠簸，挤压对石斛鲜条造成的伤害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明的具体实施方式：一种石斛鲜条运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置，其为双层中空装置，外壁为木料1，内壁为厚的硬质纸板3，中空填置泡沫碎块2，其中装置外壁有分布均匀的透气孔4。保鲜盒形状为长度为10cm，高度与宽度均为5cm的长方体。内壁木料厚度为1cm，每侧透气孔数目均为8个，泡沫碎块粒径大小为2-4cm。
将石斛鲜条置入本装置中，经过4个小时的运输，取样与运输前对比发现几乎没有区别，该装置效果优良。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的石斛鲜条运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置，其特征在于：所述的保鲜盒形状为长度为10-15cm，高度与宽度均为8cm的长方体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石斛鲜条运输过程中的盒形保鲜装置，其特征在于：所述的内壁纸板厚度为0.5cm，外壁木料厚度为1cm，每侧透气孔数目为4-8个。
