一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，包括机架（1），所述的机架（1）包括底架（2）、以及与底架（2）固定连接的立柱（3），立柱（3）上端设置有手把（4），立柱（3）上还设有夹持装置（5），底架（2）下端设有移动轮（6）；其特征在于：所述的底架（2）还上设有液压装置（7），液压装置（7）的活塞杆（11）位于立柱（3）内，活塞杆（11）顶端与夹持装置（5）固定连接，液压装置（7）的脚踏部分（8）位于底架（2）上，并在立柱（3）上设有液压装置调节扭（9）。本发明，操作方便快捷，省时省力，节约成本，适用于不同规模作业场所，能转运各种规格的碳化石墨原料灌装桶。

一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车
技术领域
本发明涉及聚合反应设备技术领域，特别是关于一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车。
技术背景
目前，经碳化催化和石墨化提纯原料一般是灌装在圆筒内，在搬运时需要使用机械叉车。机械叉车自动化程度高，节省劳动力，适合大型现代化作业场所使用，但其造价高，运输空间大，操作较为复杂，不适用于不同规模作业场所。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，调动调节扭，踩踏底架上的脚踏部分，夹持机构在液压装置控制下移动到桶的高度，夹持机构对桶进行抓扣，继续踩踏脚踏部分桶直致桶身离地，托杆进行辅助托举，移动轮移动到使用位置。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，包括机架，所述的机架包括底架、以及与底架固定连接的立柱，立柱上端设置有手把，立柱上还设有夹持装置，底架下端设有移动轮；其特征在于：所述的底架还上设有液压装置，液压装置的活塞杆位于立柱内，活塞杆顶端与夹持装置固定连接，液压装置的脚踏部分位于底架上，并在立柱上设有液压装置调节扭。
所述的夹持装置由夹持机构、连接板、滑动轮与驱动板组成，夹持机构固定在连接板内侧一端，滑动轮活动连接在连接板内侧另 一端；驱动板一端固定连接在连接板上，位于夹持机构与滑动轮之间，驱动板另一端与活塞杆固定连接。
所述的夹持机构下端设虎口形状的托杆。
所述的底架成虎口形状。
所述的移动轮其中一个为万向轮，其上设有刹车机构。
本发明，操作方便快捷，省时省力，节约成本，适用于不同规模作业场所，能转运各种规格的碳化石墨原料灌装桶。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2知，是本发明的结构示意图，一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，包括机架1，所述的机架1包括底架2、以及与底架2固定连接的立柱3，立柱3上端设置有手把4，立柱3上还设有夹持装置5，底架2下端设有移动轮6；所述的底架2还上设有液压装置7，液压装置7的活塞杆11位于立柱3内，活塞杆11顶端与夹持装置5固定连接，液压装置7的脚踏部分8位于底架2上，并在立柱3上设有液压装置调节扭9。所述的夹持装置5由夹持机构51、连接板52、滑动轮53与驱动板54组成，夹持机构51固定在连接板52内侧一端，滑动轮53活动连接在连接板52内侧另一端；驱动板54一端固定连接在连接板52上，位于夹持机构51与滑动轮53之间，驱动板54另一端与活塞杆11固定连接；所述的夹持机构51下端设虎口形状的托杆10，方便对碳化石墨原料灌装桶进行辅助托举。所述的移动轮6其中一个为万向轮，其上设有刹车机构。工作时，将移动推车推到碳化石墨原料灌装桶跟前，调动调节扭9，踩踏底架2上的脚踏部分8，夹持机构51在液压装置7控制下移动到桶的高度，夹持机构51上的上爪与下爪对桶进行抓合，继续踩踏脚踏部分8桶直致桶身离地，托杆10对桶身进行辅助托举，移动轮6移动到目的位置。操作方便快捷，省时省力，节约成本；适用于不同规模作业场所，能转运各种规格的碳化石墨原料灌装桶。

1. 一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，包括机架（1），所述的机架（1）包括底架（2）、以及与底架（2）固定连接的立柱（3），立柱（3）上端设置有手把（4），立柱（3）上还设有夹持装置（5），底架（2）下端设有移动轮（6）；其特征在于：所述的底架（2）还上设有液压装置（7），液压装置（7）的活塞杆（11）位于立柱（3）内，活塞杆（11）顶端与夹持装置（5）固定连接，液压装置（7）的脚踏部分（8）位于底架（2）上，并在立柱（3）上设有液压装置调节扭（9）。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，其特征在于：所述的夹持装置（5）由夹持机构（51）、连接板（52）、滑动轮（53）与驱动板（54）组成，夹持机构（51）固定在连接板（52）内侧一端，滑动轮（53）活动连接在连接板（52）内侧另一端；驱动板（54）一端固定连接在连接板（52）上，位于夹持机构（51）与滑动轮（53）之间，驱动板（54）另一端与活塞杆（11）固定连接。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，其特征在于：所述的夹持机构（51）下端设虎口形状的托杆（10）。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，其特征在于：所述的底架（2）成虎口形状。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化石墨原料灌装桶移动推车，其特征在于：所述的移动轮（6）其中一个为万向轮，其上设有刹车机构。
