技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具,特别是涉及注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,人们对电器类产品的外观要求越来越高,为了使电器产品在出厂销售前表面不会被划伤,保证电器产品表面光滑,厂家通常会在电器产品的表面覆上一层薄膜,已有技术大都是将塑料件注塑成型后,由人工将薄膜粘附到其表面上,人工二次加工降低生产效率,工人劳动强度大,且粘接附着不好容易出现起泡、起皱等现象,影响产品美观,因此人们发明了将薄膜先放到动模模腔内,再进行注塑,使薄膜能直接覆到注塑成型的塑料件表面,但是模具没有对薄膜进行限位的装置,容易导致薄膜放到模具内时出现薄膜偏移,甚至掉落,导致产品成品率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,减轻工人劳动强度,对薄膜限位,避免薄膜在动模模腔内偏移,提高保证产品成品率,保证产品外形美观的注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构。
本发明注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构的技术方案是:包括上复板和下复板,在上复板下设置流道板,流道板下设置垫板,垫板下设置模脚,模脚之间的垫板下设置上顶针板、下顶针板和顶针,上、下顶针板经油缸带动,模脚下设置定模,定模中设置定模镶块,在下复板上设置动模,动模中设置动模镶块,动模镶块中设置薄膜,其特征在于:所述的定模镶块中制有复位槽,复位槽内侧制有复位斜面,在动模镶块的四周制有4—10个安装槽,各安装槽中设置薄膜限位装置,所述的薄膜限位装置包括左右两侧的固定块和中间的限位滑块,左右两侧的固定块下有滑槽,固定块经紧固件与动模镶块相固定,限位滑块的两侧制有滑轨,滑轨与滑槽相配合,限位滑块的一头中开有弹簧孔,弹簧孔中设置弹簧,弹簧一端与限位滑块相接触,弹簧另一端与动模相接触,在限位滑块的另一头制有凸头,凸头上制有斜导面,斜导面与定模镶块的复位斜面相配合,凸头下面与薄膜限位接触。
本发明公开了一种注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构,当模具开模后,弹簧在回复力作用下推动限位滑块向内侧滑动,使限位滑块的凸头向内滑动至动模镶块的模腔上方,然后由工人将薄膜放到动模镶块上,由于薄膜具有一定弹性和韧性,因此工人可将薄膜经凸头放入动模镶块的模腔内,此时凸头的下端面挡住薄膜,对薄膜进行限位,当模具逐渐合模时,定模镶块上的复位斜面与凸头上的斜导面相接触,复位斜面经斜导面逐渐推动凸头向外侧滑动,凸头带动整个限位滑块克服弹簧弹力向外侧滑动,从而避免凸头影响模具的合模。本方案注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构,通过在动模镶块的四周设置固定块和限位滑块,限位滑块与动模之间设置弹簧,模具合模时限位滑块向外退出模腔,开模时限位滑块在弹簧作用下向内滑动挡住薄膜,结构简单,防止薄膜偏移和掉落,保证产品的成品率。

本发明涉及一种注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构,如图1—图5所示,包括上复板1和下复板2,在上复板下设置流道板3,流道板下设置垫板4,垫板下设置模脚5,模脚之间的垫板下设置上顶针板6、下顶针板7和顶针8,上、下顶针板经油缸带动,模脚下设置定模9,定模中设置定模镶块10,在下复板2上设置动模11,动模中设置动模镶块12,动模镶块中设置薄膜30,其特征在于:所述的定模镶块10中制有复位槽13,复位槽内侧制有复位斜面14,在动模镶块12的四周制有4—10个安装槽15,各安装槽中设置薄膜限位装置,所述的薄膜限位装置包括左右两侧的固定块16和中间的限位滑块17,左右两侧的固定块下有滑槽18,固定块经紧固件与动模镶块12相固定,限位滑块的两侧制有滑轨19,滑轨与滑槽相配合,限位滑块的一头中开有弹簧孔20,弹簧孔中设置弹簧21,弹簧一端与限位滑块相接触,弹簧另一端与动模11相接触,在限位滑块17的另一头制有凸头22,凸头上制有斜导面23,斜导面与定模镶块10的复位斜面14相配合,凸头下面与薄膜30限位接触。当模具开模后,弹簧21在回复力作用下推动限位滑块17向内侧滑动,使限位滑块的凸头22向内滑动至动模镶块12的模腔上方,然后由工人将薄膜30放到动模镶块12上,由于薄膜30具有一定弹性和韧性,因此工人可将薄膜经凸头22放入动模镶块的模腔内,此时凸头的下端面挡住薄膜30,对薄膜进行限位,当模具逐渐合模时,定模镶块10上的复位斜面14与凸头22上的斜导面23相接触,复位斜面经斜导面逐渐推动凸头向外侧滑动,凸头带动整个限位滑块17克服弹簧21弹力向外侧滑动,从而避免凸头22影响模具的合模。本方案注塑模具模内覆膜限位机构,通过在动模镶块12的四周设置固定块16和限位滑块17,限位滑块与动模11之间设置弹簧21,模具合模时限位滑块17向外退出模腔,开模时限位滑块17在弹簧21作用下向内滑动挡住薄膜30,结构简单,防止薄膜偏移和掉落,保证产品的成品率。
