本发明公开了一种食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,属食用菌栽培用设备制造技术领域,该装置包括有筒体,筒体上开设有进料口,其下部开设有出料口,筒体包括有通过电机带动的内滚桶和外筒,内滚桶的内壁上设置有竖向的搅拌叶片,内滚桶内设有伸入其底部的风管;外筒具有内层和外层,内层与外层之间设置有通过泵体和第一电磁阀与换热器连通的加热器,换热器与太阳能循环集热单元相连通,内层和外层之间设置有温度传感器,温度传感器通过控制器与第一电磁阀电连接。本发明可以解决现有食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置其剪切力大影响培养基原料内部组织,并且制作好的培养基内含氧量低以及不能高效杀灭霉菌或病菌的问题。

食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及食用菌栽培用设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于搅拌食用菌液体培养基的装置。
背景技术
食用菌的液体培养基一般是由淀粉、糖类、麦麸、微量元素等培养基原料和水混合制成,在其混合的过程中需要进行搅拌,既要混合均匀,又要使培养基有一定的含氧量,并且不能存在各种霉菌或病菌。现有的用于搅拌食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置一般包括与电机输出轴连接的伸入筒体内的搅拌杆,搅拌杆四周均匀设置有多个搅拌叶片,工作时,电机带动搅拌杆使搅拌叶片对和水进行搅拌,但这种装置存在着:其剪切力大影响培养基原料内部组织,并且制作好的培养基内含氧量低,不利于菌种生长以及不能高效杀灭霉菌或病菌的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,这种装置可以解决现有食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置其剪切力大影响培养基原料内部组织,并且制作好的培养基内含氧量低以及不能高效杀灭霉菌或病菌的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,包括有筒体,所述筒体上开设有进料口,其下部开设有出料口,所述筒体包括有外筒和通过电机带动的内滚桶,所述内滚桶的内壁上设置有竖向的搅拌叶片,所述内滚桶内设有伸入其下部的风管;所述外筒具有内层和外层,所述内层与外层之间设置有通过泵体和第一电磁阀与换热器连通的加热器,所述换热器与太阳能循环集热单元相连通,所述内层和所述外层之间设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器通过控制器与所述第一电磁阀电连接。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述外筒的进料口处设有顶盖,所述顶盖上分别开设有穿装进料管和所述风管的通孔,所述风管与一风机相连通,所述风管下部的管壁上开设有多个出风孔,所述进料管、所述风管和所述出料管上均设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀分别与控制器电连接。
进一步的:所述太阳能循环集热单元内的循环介质为油。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于筒体包括有通过电机带动的内滚桶,其内桶壁上设置有竖向的搅拌叶片,并且内滚桶内设有伸入其底部的风管;首先,通过滚桶式的搅拌其剪切力小不会破坏食用菌液体培养基原料内部组织,避免了养份的损失,其次,风管不但在搅拌的同时为食用菌液体培养基提供充足的氧气,使搅拌后的培养基内含氧量达到直接使用要求,而且其吹出的过程中增加了液体的流动性,提高了搅拌的效果;同时,风管下部的管壁上开设的多个出风孔,可增加液体和气体之间的接触面,使搅拌和吸收更均匀。
2、由于外筒的内层与外层之间设置有加热器,并且此加热器通过温度传感器可控,可根据需要对筒体或液体加热杀灭霉菌或病菌。
3、太阳能循环集热单元内的循环介质为油,而油的蒸发温度接近300℃,当太阳能循环集热单元内油的温度达到150℃~200℃之间时,可以储藏大量热量;不但节约了能源还为加热杀灭霉菌或病菌提供了保证。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1、图2所示的食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,包括有筒体1,筒体1上开设有进料口,其下部开设有出料口11b,筒体1包括有外筒11和通过电机2带动的内滚桶12,电机2的输出轴通过齿轮组21与穿过外筒11底部固定在内滚桶12底部的转轴22相连接;内滚桶12的内壁上设置有竖向的搅拌叶片121;外筒11的进料口处铰接有顶盖111,顶盖111上分别开设有穿装进料管5和风管4的通孔,风管4穿装在顶盖111相应的通孔中,其下部伸入到内滚桶12的下部,风管4与一风机相连通,风管4下部的管壁上开设有多个出风孔4b,外筒11具有内层和外层,内层与外层之间设置有通过泵体7和第一电磁阀6与换热器8连通的加热器3,换热器3与太阳能循环集热单元9相连通,内层和外层之间设置有温度传感器10,温度传感器10通过控制器与第一电磁阀6电连接;进料管5、风管4和出料管11b上均设置有电磁阀,电磁阀分别与控制器电连接。太阳能循环集热单元9内的循环介质为油。
工作时,通过进料管和电磁阀分别向内滚桶中加入食用菌培养基原料和水,电机带动内滚桶旋转,同时风管向内滚桶内吹入新鲜空气,对食用菌液体培养基进行均匀搅拌,并为食用菌液体培养基提供充足的氧气;同时,控制器根据需要启动太阳能循环集热单元给加热器加热,通过传感器输出的不同电信号,控制器控制筒内温度对筒体或液体的霉菌或病菌进行有效杀灭。

1.一种食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,包括有筒体,所述筒体上开设有进料口,其下部开设有出料口,其特征在于:所述筒体包括有外筒和通过电机带动的内滚桶,所述内滚桶的内壁上设置有竖向的搅拌叶片,所述内滚桶内设有伸入其下部的风管;所述外筒具有内层和外层,所述内层与外层之间设置有通过泵体和第一电磁阀与换热器连通的加热器,所述换热器与太阳能循环集热单元相连通,所述内层和所述外层之间设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器通过控制器与所述第一电磁阀电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述外筒的进料口处设有顶盖,所述顶盖上分别开设有穿装进料管和所述风管的通孔,所述风管与一风机相连通,所述风管下部的管壁上开设有多个出风孔,所述进料管、所述风管和所述出料管上均设置有电磁阀,所述电磁阀分别与控制器电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的食用菌液体培养基搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述太阳能循环集热单元内的循环介质为油。
