本发明涉及培养料混合机械技术领域，尤其是一种作用于搅拌箱的搅拌机。
背景技术
申请号为201520653850.1的专利公开了一种用于食用菌培养料的除杂菌搅拌机，包括搅拌箱、搅拌轴、叶片，搅拌轴延伸至搅拌箱内，搅拌箱设有进料口和出料口，搅拌轴的一端和电机相连，所述叶片为螺旋状并设于搅拌轴上，搅拌箱的内壁设有保温层，搅拌箱的下方设有蒸汽池，蒸汽池和搅拌箱之间通过一个蒸隔板隔开，所述蒸汽池设有进水口和出水口，蒸汽池的下方设有加热器。这种搅拌机存在的不足在于，搅拌过程在搅拌箱内完成，只有搅拌结束后，将培养料取出才能观察到搅拌是否均匀；如果发现搅拌不均匀，需要重新将培养料再放进搅拌机中继续搅拌；直到观察到取出的培养料均匀为止，这样搅拌就会影响效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搅拌机，它可以解决需要多次取出培养料来查看搅拌是否均匀的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：这种搅拌机，包括设有进料口和出料口的搅拌箱，所述搅拌箱内设有搅拌器，所述搅拌箱外设有与所述搅拌器连接的步进电机，所述步进电机与控制器电连接，所述搅拌箱内设有透明隔板，所述透明隔板的上方设有与所述控制器电连接的摄像头；所述控制器还与设在所述搅拌箱外的显示屏电连接；所述显示屏上设有与所述控制器电连接的用于控制所述步进电机移动的按键。
上述技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：所述搅拌器为一对均带有筛网的搅拌勺；每个所述搅拌器对应与一个所述步进电机连接。
进一步的：所述透明隔板的下方与设置在所述搅拌箱外的气压管连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、在搅拌箱中安装有摄像头，可以通过显示屏观察到搅拌的过程和搅拌的结果，直到搅拌箱内的培养料搅拌均匀才停止搅拌，打开搅拌箱取出培养料直接使用；通过控制按键来控制搅拌器工作，方便且易于操作。
2、搅拌器设置为有筛网的搅拌勺，在搅拌过程中培养料透过筛网混合，使得搅拌更加均匀。
3、在透明隔板上连接有气压管，可以将附在透明隔板上的零星培养料清理干净，使得摄像头的拍摄更加准确清楚，便于观察。

如图1所示的实施例，一种搅拌机，包括设有进料口2和出料口3的搅拌箱1，该搅拌箱1内设有搅拌器4，该搅拌箱1外设有与搅拌器4连接的步进电机5，该步进电机5与控制器6电连接，搅拌箱1内设有透明隔板7，该透明隔板7的下方设置有连接于搅拌箱1外的脚压控制气泵的气压管8；该透明隔板7的上方设有与控制器6电连接的摄像头9；控制器6还与设在搅拌箱1外的显示屏10电连接；该显示屏10上设有与控制器6电连接的用于控制步进电机移动的按键；搅拌器4为一对均带有筛网的搅拌勺；每个搅拌器4对应与一个步进电机连接。
工作时，将培养料从搅拌箱1的进料口2进入，按下按键，开启搅拌器4，通过显示屏10观察搅拌过程，随时按下按键，停止搅拌观察搅拌结果；在搅拌过程中培养料透过搅拌器4的筛网，不断地与其他部分混使得搅拌更加均匀；如果发现透明隔板7上附着培养料，开启气压管8清理干净，使得摄像头9拍摄更加清楚。

1.一种搅拌机，包括设有进料口和出料口的搅拌箱，所述搅拌箱内设有搅拌器，所述搅拌箱外设有与所述搅拌器连接的步进电机，所述步进电机与控制器电连接，其特征在于：所述搅拌箱内设有透明隔板，所述透明隔板的上方设有与所述控制器电连接的摄像头；
所述控制器还与设在所述搅拌箱外的显示屏电连接；
所述显示屏上设有与所述控制器电连接的用于控制所述步进电机移动的按键。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌器为一对均带有筛网的搅拌勺；每个所述搅拌器对应与一个所述步进电机连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的搅拌机，其特征在于：所述透明隔板的下方与设置在所述搅拌箱外的气压管连接。
