在第49天将动物处死后，行腹主动脉采血，将所采血液3000r/min离心5min，取血清，置-80℃冰箱保存待测。具体操作步骤按试剂盒(TNF-αELISA试剂盒购自上海酶联生物科技有限公司)说明书进行。结果见下表。

1.一种延年益寿的药物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：白三七150份、扣子七50份、血三七12份、人参26份、白术26份、云苓26份、甘草26份、当归26份、白芍26份、熟地30份、川芎26份、沙参12份、白百合12份、益智仁12份、酸枣仁12份、夜交藤12份、茯神12份、远志12份、枸杞12份、肉苁蓉12份、玉竹12份、大枣12份、杜仲12份、菟丝子12份、花粉12份、补骨脂12份和黄精12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的延年益寿的药物，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：0.05份的具有下列结构式的物质：
