Abstract
一种凉茶的配方，所述凉茶的配方为：夏枯草3.5份，鱼腥草7份，水冬草3.5份，节节草7份，土地黄3.5份，水薄荷3.5份，冰糖1.75份，水700份，本发明除了可以清热解毒外，还可去湿生津、清火、明目、散结、消肿等，对于治疗目赤头痛、头晕耳鸣、疔疮肿毒和高血压也具有一定的功效，同时也可以减缓因上火引起的咽喉痛，起到清热解毒降火，润肺的作用，夏天完全可以当清凉饮料饮用。

本发明涉及一种饮品，尤其是一种凉茶的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
凉茶是汉族中草药植物性饮料的通称，凉茶具有悠久的历史，具有独特的汉族文化底蕴，目前市面上的凉茶大多以清热、解暑、解渴为主要作用，作用比较单一，功能性差，而且很多凉茶中添加了防腐剂，对人体有一定的伤害。
发明内容
为解决以上现有难题，本发明公开了一种凉茶的配方及其制备方法。
一种凉茶的配方，所述凉茶的配方为：夏枯草3.5份，鱼腥草7份，水冬草3.5份，节节草7份，土地黄3.5份，水薄荷3.5份，冰糖1.75份，水700份。
一种凉茶的制备方法，所述凉茶的制备步骤为：
a、将夏枯草、鱼腥草、水冬草、节节草和土地黄冲洗干净后放入熬煮罐中；
b、往熬煮罐中加入水，然后进行加热，加热到80摄氏度；
c、王熬煮罐中加入水薄荷，继续进行加热；
d、在煮沸后，继续熬煮两分钟后加入冰糖，然后再熬煮三分钟即可。
有益效果：本发明除了可以清热解毒外，还可去湿生津、清火、明目、散结、消肿等，对于治疗目赤头痛、头晕耳鸣、疔疮肿毒和高血压也具有一定的功效，同时也可以减缓因上火引起的咽喉痛，起到清热解毒降火，润肺的作用，夏天完全可以当清凉饮料饮用。

实施例：本发明使用夏枯草、鱼腥草、水冬草、节节草、土地黄、水薄荷和冰糖为原料，在具有一定去湿生津、清火、明目、散结、消肿等功效的同时，口感也上佳，先将夏枯草、鱼腥草、水冬草、节节草和土地黄洗净后进行熬煮，然后加入水，加热到80摄氏度后加入水薄荷，煮沸两分钟后再加入冰糖，再熬煮三分钟后即可，本发明中所使用的草药比较常见，可以间接性的减少人们使用抗生素，在夏天由于燥热很多人会起青春痘，本发明还具有起到了清痘的作用。

1.一种凉茶的配方，其特征在于，所述凉茶的配方为：夏枯草3.5份，鱼腥草7份，水冬草3.5份，节节草7份，土地黄3.5份，水薄荷3.5份，冰糖1.75份，水700份。
2.一种凉茶的制备方法，其特征在于，所述凉茶的制备步骤为：
a、将夏枯草、鱼腥草、水冬草、节节草和土地黄冲洗干净后放入熬煮罐中；
b、往熬煮罐中加入水，然后进行加热，加热到80摄氏度；
c、王熬煮罐中加入水薄荷，继续进行加热；
d、在煮沸后，继续熬煮两分钟后加入冰糖，然后再熬煮三分钟即可。
