技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃制品,尤其涉及HUD(平时显示器)用玻璃制品。
背景技术
随着导航技术的发展,汽车前挡投影技术市场将越来越大,目前传统的玻璃不能很好消除前挡玻璃的重影,为此大家一般选择楔形膜玻璃作为前挡玻璃。越来越多的场合需要采用金属镀膜来加大玻璃对太阳的反射,实现夏天节约空调的耗能。因此希望能开发一种既节能又可以实现投影技术的玻璃。
有一种具有反射一部分太阳能量的功能的方案是玻璃附加金属镀膜或在常用的夹层玻璃PVB膜片中间夹入PET膜片或其它反射膜片。但是金属镀膜或PET膜片或其它反射膜片都将对HUD玻璃将生产影响。例如金属镀膜夹层玻璃主要有3个影像:玻璃内表面的反射影像,玻璃外表面的反射影像和金属镀膜层的反射影像。
对于传统的HUD玻璃,如US5013134A1记载的玻璃,可以设置PVB膜片的楔形角度而获得夹层玻璃内表面和外表面之间的楔形角度,使得夹层玻璃内表面的反射影像与玻璃外表面的反射影像尽可能重合,而消除此类玻璃的一个重影。对于带反射膜层的HUD玻璃,为消除膜层的反射影像对HUD图像的影像,需要在金属镀膜或PET膜片与玻璃内表面设置角度使得HUD玻璃的重影满足要求。如US6866918B2记载一种双层楔形膜片外加PET膜片的玻璃结构,虽然理论上可以消除PET膜片产生的影像影响,但通常PET膜片比较硬,只是适合用于单曲面玻璃,如果用于双曲面的玻璃,PET膜片的延伸性能比较差,很容易发生褶皱,从而影响PET膜片HUD玻璃的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带反射膜层的HUD玻璃制品,其可以在楔形玻璃中引入带反射膜层的结构并较好地解决了反射膜层玻璃投影重影的问题。
一种带反射膜层的HUD玻璃制品包括夹层玻璃,所述夹层玻璃包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃、反射膜层以及起粘结作用的粘结膜片,所述反射膜层附加在所述外层玻璃或者内层玻璃的内表面上,所述粘结膜片将所述外层玻璃和所述内侧玻璃粘结为一体,所述粘结膜片为不产生光反射影响的膜片,所述外层玻璃的外表面与所述内层玻璃的外表面之间的楔形角度为θ1,所述内层玻璃的外表面与所述反射膜层的楔形角度为θ2,并且
其中,T1是内层玻璃上光线反射点处所述夹层玻璃的厚度,T2是所述内层玻璃上光线反射点到所述反射膜层的距离。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明,在以下的描述中阐述了更多的细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明显然能够以多种不同于此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下根据实际应用情况作类似推广、演绎,因此不应以此具体实施例的内容限制本发明的保护范围。在后述实施例中,内、外是以夹层玻璃整体为参考的。
如图1所示,投影机发出光束1,在夹层玻璃第一表面反射,由此而产生的反射光21进入人眼3;另外一部分光透过夹层玻璃的内层玻璃在反射膜层反射,由此而产生的反射光23透过夹层玻璃进入人眼3;还有一部分光透过反射膜层和内层玻璃,在夹层玻璃的第二表面反射,由此而产生的反射光22透过内层玻璃和反射膜层进入人眼。三部分光在人眼产生三个像,在后述实施例中通过调整玻璃楔形角或膜片楔形的角度,以达到消除重影的目的。
需要注意的是,后继附图均仅作为示例,其并非是按照等比例的条件绘制的,并且不应该以此作为对本发明实际要求的保护范围构成限制。
在本发明的一实施例中,带反射膜层的HUD玻璃制品包括夹层玻璃,如图2所示,夹层玻璃包括外层玻璃51、内层玻璃52、反射膜层54以及起粘结作用的粘结膜片53,反射膜层54附加在外层玻璃51或者内层玻璃52的内表面上,粘结膜片53将外层玻璃51和内侧玻璃52粘结为一体,粘结膜片53为不产生光反射影响的膜片,例如为PVB膜片。外层玻璃51的外表面与内层玻璃52的外表面之间的楔形角度为θ1,内层玻璃52的外表面与反射膜层54的楔形角度为θ2,θ1和θ2满足关系式:
其中,T1是内层玻璃52上光线反射点处夹层玻璃的整体厚度,T2是内层玻璃52上光线反射点到反射膜层54的距离。
在较佳的实施例中,
反射膜层54可以是金属镀层,例如银或者其它含合金的镀层,用于反射太阳光中的不可见光或者主要产生热量的光线。反射膜层54附着在外层玻璃51的内表面上。
在图2所示的实施例中,内层玻璃52为平行玻璃,粘结膜片53为楔形膜片,外层玻璃51为楔形玻璃。
楔形膜片或者楔形玻璃的楔形角度可以是固定角度或变化角度,楔形角度可以设置在0.01mrad到5mrad之间。
楔形膜片或者楔形玻璃的厚度可以设置在0.5mm到5mm之间。
图3示出了本发明的另一实施例中,本实施例沿用前述实施例的元件标号与部分内容,其中采用相同的标号来表示相同或近似的元件,并且选择性地省略了相同技术内容的说明。关于省略部分的说明可参照前述实施例,本实施例不再重复赘述。与图2所示的实施例不同的是,反射膜层54附着在内层玻璃52的内表面上。
在本发明的另一实施例中,内层玻璃52可以是楔形玻璃,同时外层玻璃51可以是平行玻璃。
在本发明的又一实施例中,内层玻璃52可以是楔形玻璃,同时外层玻璃51可以是楔形玻璃。
在前述实施例的基础上,粘结膜片53选择性地设置成楔形膜片或者平行膜片。
在图2和图3所示的实施例中,外层玻璃51的外表面与反射膜层54之间的楔形角度θ1,从0mrad变化到5mrad时,从内层玻璃52的外表面反射产生的虚像与从反射膜层54反射产生的虚像重影的偏差值可以通过结合图1所示的光路原理和专利文献US5013134A1记载的方法来表达,这样可以看到偏差值最小的角度就是最合适的角度。同理,可以获得多条不同眼睛位置获得虚像重影的偏差值的曲线,从而获得最合适的角度。在一实施例中,不同眼睛位置的上图的光线反射点不一样,这样可以通过设置不同反射点位置的楔形角度,从而获得一个变角度的厚度曲线,使得不同眼睛位置的投影重影都较小。
本发明虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可以做出可能的变动和修改。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改、等同变化及修饰,均落入本发明权利要求所界定的保护范围之内。

1.带反射膜层的HUD玻璃制品,包括夹层玻璃,其特征在于所述夹层玻璃包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃、反射膜层以及起粘结作用的粘结膜片,所述外层玻璃、内层玻璃至少之一为楔形玻璃,所述反射膜层附加在所述外层玻璃或者内层玻璃的内表面上,所述粘结膜片将所述外层玻璃和所述内侧玻璃粘结为一体,所述粘结膜片为不产生光反射影响的膜片,所述外层玻璃的外表面与所述内层玻璃的外表面之间的楔形角度为θ1,所述内层玻璃的外表面与所述反射膜层的楔形角度为θ2,并且
其中,T1是内层玻璃上光线反射点处所述夹层玻璃的厚度,T2是所述内层玻璃上光线反射点到所述反射膜层的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,

4.如权利要求1所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述粘结膜片为PVB膜片。
5.如权利要求1所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃为楔形玻璃,所述内层玻璃为平行玻璃。
6.如权利要求1所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃为楔形玻璃,所述内层玻璃为楔形玻璃。
7.如权利要求1所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃为平行玻璃,所述内层玻璃为楔形玻璃。
8.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述粘结膜片是平行膜片或楔形膜片。
9.如权利要求8所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述楔形膜片或者所述楔形玻璃的楔形角度为固定角度或变化角度,所述楔形角度在0.01mrad到5mrad之间,所述楔形膜片或者所述楔形玻璃的厚度在0.5mm到5mm之间。
10.如权利要求8所述的HUD玻璃制品,其特征在于所述楔形膜片或者所述楔形玻璃分布于玻璃制品的整体或部分区域。
