Abstract

本发明公开了一种阀门锻前恒温加热炉,包括炉膛、温度传感器和控制器,炉膛内具有间隔开一定距离的多个炉砖,炉砖上安装有加热管,相邻的炉砖之间安装有支撑板,穿过支撑板的中部安装有过料管,棒料从过料管一侧进入,经过加热管的加热,沿着下出料板出料;炉砖上开有检测孔,温度传感器安装在检测孔中用于实时检测炉膛内部的温度,当炉膛内部的温度达到预设温度时,控制器控制加热管维持在所设定的温度范围。本发明采用电加热原理,加热成本较传统模式大幅度降低,在温度传感器的作用下,炉膛内温度稳定在所设定温度,且不受环境干扰,棒料经加热管逐渐加热后离开炉膛,出炉棒料温度稳定均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热炉,尤其涉及一种阀门锻前恒温加热炉。
背景技术
阀门的加工过程,其中必不可少的工序是用加热炉对棒料毛坯进行锻前加热。传统的阀门锻前加热设备采用煤油喷灯对毛坯进行锻前预加热,加热环境为开放式加热,工作条件恶劣且成本较高,自动化程度低下,热量流失较多,能源利用率极低,且毛坯加热温度波动大,毛坯的加热温度在很大的程度上依赖于工人的操作且受环境影响,极大影响了最终阀门的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前阀门锻前恒温加热热量流失较多,能源利用率极低的技术问题。
为实现以上发明目的,本发明提供一种阀门锻前恒温加热炉,包括炉膛、温度传感器和控制器,所述炉膛内具有间隔开一定距离的多个炉砖,所述炉砖上安装有加热管,相邻的所述炉砖之间安装有支撑板,穿过所述支撑板的中部安装有过料管,棒料从所述过料管一侧进入,经过所述加热管的加热,沿着下出料板出料;
所述炉砖上开有检测孔,所述温度传感器安装在所述检测孔中用于实时检测所述炉膛内部的温度,当所述炉膛内部的温度达到预设温度时,所述控制器控制所述加热管保持恒温。
进一步地,所述炉膛外侧不同方向分别设有左封板、右封板、前封板、后封板、上封板和炉砖底板,所述支撑板、内隔板、左封板、右封板、前封板和后封板均分别与所述炉砖底板及所述上封板固定连接,所述炉砖底板固定安装在总底板上。
进一步地,所述上封板上开有检测孔并放置所述温度传感器。
进一步地,所述炉砖与所述炉砖底板、前封板、后封板、上封板、支撑板和内隔板之间的间隙中填充有隔热棉。
进一步地,所述内隔板与所述左封板、右封板之间的间隙中填充有隔热棉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用电加热原理,加热成本较传统模式大幅度降低,在温度传感器的作用下,炉膛内温度稳定在所设定温度,且不受环境干扰,棒料经加热管逐渐加热后离开炉膛,出炉棒料温度稳定均匀;且加热炉周边通过内隔板、各侧封板及填充各板间隙的隔热棉进行密封和保温,加热炉加热区域集中,热量损耗小,能源利用效率高,能实现对工件出炉温度的稳定控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明的阀门锻前恒温加热炉,包括间隔开一定距离的3个炉砖6001,安装在各炉砖之间过料管6011的支撑板6003,以及内隔板6004、左右封板6007,支撑板6003、内隔板6004、左右封板6007、前封板6013、后封板6014与炉砖底板6008、上封板6002固定连接,炉砖底板6008固定安装在总底板6009上,炉砖6001与炉砖底板6008、前封板6013、后封板6014、上封板6002、支撑板6003和内隔板6004之间,内隔板6004与左封板6007、右封板6007之间的间隙上填充有隔热棉6016,以起到保温隔热的效果,炉砖6001、上封板6002上开有温度传感器的检测孔,实时监测炉膛内部温度,过料管6011的固定由支撑板6003、左右两端的上固定板6012、下固定板6010配合固定,毛坯从过料管6011左侧进入,经过安装在炉砖6001上的加热管6015的加热,沿着下出料板6006出料,下出料板6006、防护板6005与右封板6007固定连接。
通过温度传感器实时检测炉膛内部的温度,当达到预设温度时,控制器控制加热管6015维持在所设定的温度范围,保持炉膛内部恒温,使通过过料管6011中棒料的温度保持恒定。炉膛通过内隔板、各侧封板及各种间隙内隔热棉的密封和保温,热量损失非常小,提高加热效果的同时节约能源。

Claims (5)

1.阀门锻前恒温加热炉,其特征在于,包括炉膛、温度传感器和控制器,所述炉膛内具有间隔开一定距离的多个炉砖,所述炉砖上安装有加热管,相邻的所述炉砖之间安装有支撑板,穿过所述支撑板的中部安装有过料管,所述加热管与所述过料管垂直布置,棒料从所述过料管一侧进入,经过所述加热管的加热,沿着下出料板出料;
所述炉砖上开有检测孔,所述温度传感器安装在所述检测孔中用于实时检测所述炉膛内部的温度,当所述炉膛内部的温度达到预设温度时,所述控制器控制所述加热管保持恒温。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀门锻前恒温加热炉,其特征在于,所述炉膛外侧不同方向分别设有左封板、右封板、前封板、后封板、上封板和炉砖底板,所述支撑板、内隔板、左封板、右封板、前封板和后封板均分别与所述炉砖底板及所述上封板固定连接,所述炉砖底板固定安装在总底板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的阀门锻前恒温加热炉,其特征在于,所述上封板上开有检测孔并放置所述温度传感器。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的阀门锻前恒温加热炉,其特征在于,所述炉砖与所述炉砖底板、前封板、后封板、上封板、支撑板和内隔板之间的间隙中填充有隔热棉。
5.如权利要求4所述的阀门锻前恒温加热炉,其特征在于,所述内隔板与所述左封板、右封板之间的间隙中填充有隔热棉。
