Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高压直角消防阀,包括阀体、阀盘、阀盖、阀杆、阀帽;阀体内设有进水口、出水口以及连通进水口、出水口的连接口;阀体内在连接口的上端面设有密封面;阀盖固定连接在阀体上部;阀杆竖置,向下贯穿阀盖,中部的外螺纹与阀盖下部螺纹连接,下端伸入阀体内腔中,与阀盘活动连接;阀帽套装在阀杆上,连接在阀盖上部;阀盖上部在阀杆的四周设有环槽,形成密封腔,密封腔内设有密封填料;阀盘的底平面上设有环形燕尾槽,环形凹槽内嵌入环形密封垫;环形密封垫下端面可与阀体内密封面紧密贴合并形成密封;进一步改进在于:设有可调式轴封结构;密封填料为若干套装在阀杆上的V形密封圈。本发明调整方便,耐高压。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别涉及一种消防阀。
背景技术
消防阀是工业、建筑管路上控制的一种重要消防附件。现有消防阀在阀盘的底平面上设有密封垫,密封垫下端面可与阀体内密封面紧密贴合并形成密封。这种密封垫一般是通过压板固定连接在阀盘的底平面上,虽然能起到密封作用,但一方面结构较复杂,另一方面,压板松动后,密封垫松动或脱落,影响密封。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种使结构简化,同时能显著提高密封可靠性的耐高压直角消防阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐高压直角消防阀,包括阀体、阀盘、阀盖、阀杆、阀帽;所述阀体内设有进水口、出水口以及连通进水口、出水口的连接口;所述进水口与出水口互成直角,连接口与进水口同轴设置;所述阀体内在连接口的上端面设有密封面;所述阀盖固定连接在阀体上部;所述阀杆竖置,向下贯穿阀盖,中部的外螺纹与阀盖下部螺纹连接,下端伸入阀体内腔中,与阀盘活动连接;所述阀帽套装在阀杆上,连接在阀盖上部;所述阀盖上部在阀杆的四周设有环槽,形成密封腔,密封腔内设有密封填料;其改进之处在于:所述阀盘的底平面上设有环形燕尾槽,环形凹槽内嵌入环形密封垫;所述环形密封垫下端面可与阀体内密封面紧密贴合并形成密封。
所述阀帽与阀盖螺纹连接;所述阀帽、密封填料之间设有填料压套,阀帽可通过挤压填料压套,由填料压套压紧密封填料。
所述密封填料为若干套装在阀杆上的V形密封圈。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、阀盘的底平面上设有环形燕尾槽,环形凹槽内嵌入环形密封垫,环形密封垫下端面可与阀体内密封面紧密贴合并形成密封,这样,一方面,可使密封结构简化,另一方面,同时环形密封垫嵌入环形凹槽内,不易脱落,能显著提高密封可靠性。
2、阀帽与阀盖螺纹连接,阀帽、密封填料之间设有填料压套,阀帽可通过挤压填料压套,由填料压套压紧密封填料。这样,形成可调式轴封结构,可根据密封情况及时调整,保证密封性能,进一步提高密封可靠性。
3、密封填料为若干套装在阀杆上的V形密封圈,V形密封圈受压后,产生轴向分力,与阀杆外壁结合更加紧密,显著提高耐压性能。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的耐高压直角消防阀,包括阀体1、阀盘3、阀盖6、阀杆7、阀帽9;阀体1内设有进水口2、出水口12以及连通进水口2、出水口12的连接口17;进水口2与出水口12互成直角,连接口17与进水口2同轴设置;阀体1内在连接口17的上端面设有密封面14;阀盖6固定连接在阀体1上部;阀杆7竖置,向下贯穿阀盖6,中部的外螺纹与阀盖6下部螺纹连接,下端伸入阀体1内腔中,与阀盘3活动连接;阀帽9套装在阀杆7上,螺纹连接在阀盖6上部;阀盖6上部在阀杆7的四周设有环槽,形成密封腔,密封腔内设有密封填料11,阀帽9、密封填料11之间设有填料压套10,阀帽9可通过挤压填料压套10,由填料压套10压紧密封填料11,本实施例中,密封填料11为若干套装在阀杆7上的V形密封圈。
阀盘3的底平面上设有环形燕尾槽,环形凹槽内嵌入环形密封垫13;环形密封垫13下端面可与阀体1内密封面14紧密贴合并形成密封。
Claims (3)
1.一种耐高压直角消防阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盘(3)、阀盖(6)、阀杆(7)、阀帽(9);所述阀体(1)内设有进水口(2)、出水口(12)以及连通进水口(2)、出水口(12)的连接口(17);所述进水口(2)与出水口(12)互成直角,连接口(17)与进水口(2)同轴设置;所述阀体(1)内在连接口(17)的上端面设有密封面(14);所述阀盖(6)固定连接在阀体(1)上部;所述阀杆(7)竖置,向下贯穿阀盖(6),中部的外螺纹与阀盖(6)下部螺纹连接,下端伸入阀体(1)内腔中,与阀盘(3)活动连接;所述阀帽(9)套装在阀杆(7)上,连接在阀盖(6)上部;所述阀盖(6)上部在阀杆(7)的四周设有环槽,形成密封腔,密封腔内设有密封填料(11);其特征在于:所述阀盘(3)的底平面上设有环形燕尾槽,环形凹槽内嵌入环形密封垫(13);所述环形密封垫(13)下端面可与阀体(1)内密封面(14)紧密贴合并形成密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高压直角消防阀,其特征在于:所述阀帽(9)与阀盖(6)螺纹连接;所述阀帽(9)、密封填料(11)之间设有填料压套(10),阀帽(9)可通过挤压填料压套(10),由填料压套(10)压紧密封填料(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐高压直角消防阀,其特征在于:所述密封填料(11)为若干套装在阀杆(7)上的V形密封圈。
