普通截止阀一般包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀盖、手轮，阀体进出口通道之间制有与阀瓣相互配合的密封面，阀杆下端与阀瓣固定连接，阀杆上端穿过阀盖内的阀杆螺母与手轮连接，阀杆与阀盖之间由密封填料实现密封。其主要缺点是阀门启闭时，阀杆的移动对密封填料产生磨损，降低阀杆与阀盖之间的中腔密封，易发生中腔泄漏，密封性能差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点，提供一种密封填料自动补偿、密封性能好的填料自动补偿截止阀。
本实用新型的技术方案包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀盖、手轮，阀体进、出口通道之间设有与阀瓣相互配合的密封面，阀杆下端与阀瓣固定连接，阀杆上与手轮固定连接，阀杆与阀盖之间设有密封填料，在密封填料下端与阀盖之间设置填料垫，主要是在填料垫下端面与阀盖之间设有弹簧，该弹簧安装在填料垫下端面与阀盖、阀杆之间构成的弹簧腔内，在弹簧腔下端的阀盖内孔制有螺纹，阀杆中部与阀盖内孔螺纹相互配合，在阀盖下端面与阀杆之间设有下密封填料。
在以上技术方案中，阀体进口通道下侧连接排气阀。
本实用新型的优点是在密封填料下端设置弹簧，对密封填料的磨损进行自动补偿，防止密封填料受磨损发生中腔泄漏，密封性能好。

如图1所示的填料自动补偿截止阀，包括阀体2、阀瓣4、阀杆7、阀盖11、手轮16，阀体2进、出口通道之间设有与阀瓣4相互配合的密封面，阀杆7下端与阀瓣4固定连接，阀杆7上与手轮16固定连接，阀杆7与阀盖11之间设有密封填料13，在密封填料13下端与阀盖11之间设置填料垫，在填料垫下端面与阀盖11之间设有弹簧12，在密封填料13磨损后自动压紧实现自动补偿中腔密封，该弹簧12安装在填料垫下端面与阀盖11、阀杆7之间构成的弹簧腔内，在弹簧腔下端的阀盖11内孔制有螺纹，阀杆7中部与阀盖11内孔螺纹相互配合，在阀盖11下端面与阀杆7之间设有下密封填料。阀瓣4下端面固定密封圈3，阀杆7上端与阀瓣4之间通过对开环5和阀瓣盖6固定连接，阀盖11通过螺栓10、螺母9与阀体2固定连接，阀盖11与阀体2之间设有密封垫8，密封填料13上端由填料压套14和压套螺母15固定安装。阀体2进口通道下侧连接排气阀1。

1.一种填料自动补偿截止阀，包括阀体(2)、阀瓣(4)、阀杆(7)、阀盖(11)、手轮(16)，阀体(2)进、出口通道之间设有与阀瓣(4)相互配合的密封面，阀杆(7)下端与阀瓣(4)固定连接，阀杆(7)上与手轮(16)固定连接，阀杆(7)与阀盖(11)之间设有密封填料(13)，在密封填料(13)下端与阀盖(11)之间设置填料垫，其特征是在填料垫下端面与阀盖(11)之间设有弹簧(12)，该弹簧(12)安装在填料垫下端面与阀盖(11)、阀杆(7)之间构成的弹簧腔内，在弹簧腔下端的阀盖(11)内孔制有螺纹，阀杆(7)中部与阀盖(11)内孔螺纹相互配合，在阀盖(11)下端面与阀杆(7)之间设有下密封填料。
