本发明公开了一种组合密封结构快关阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆及设在阀盖支架上的手、气动操作机构,所述阀瓣底部端面与阀体接触面处设有异形槽,异形槽内填充有弹性耐腐材料层,弹性耐腐材料层采用聚四氟乙烯;所述阀瓣上装有圆柱压缩弹簧;弹性耐腐材料层高出异形槽,使得阀瓣与阀体之间形成软密封;阀盖与阀杆结合的通孔中设有两只大小不同的弹性密封圈,形成第二重软密封。本发明采用组合式软密封结构,克服了现有的快关阀关闭时易损伤密封面的不足,也使得运行更为可靠,显著延长了快关阀的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快关阀,特别涉及一种采用软密封的快关阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的快关阀一般是在普通阀门上加装气动或液压、电动操作机构而成,其结构往往包括阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆及设在阀盖支架上的操作机构等几部分。目前较为常见的气动式快关阀多采取硬密封形式,而这种阀瓣与阀体硬密封的结构,在阀门瞬间关闭时阀瓣直接冲击阀体密封面易擦伤密封面,在输送颗粒介质或输送介质中含有颗粒杂质的情况下阀体密封面非常容易损伤而导致泄漏。现有技术虽然对此做了不少改进,但未能有效解决快关阀在瞬间关闭时硬密封易损伤密封面的技术问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有的快关阀关闭时易损伤密封面的不足,本发明提供一种采用双重软密封结构的组合密封结构快关阀,该阀门在关闭时不损伤密封面。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
    组合密封结构快关阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆及设在阀盖支架上的手、气动操作机构,其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣底部端面与阀体接触面处设有异形槽,异形槽内填充有弹性耐腐材料层,所述弹性耐腐材料层采用聚四氟乙烯;所述阀瓣上装有圆柱压缩弹簧;所述弹性耐腐材料层高出异形槽,使得阀瓣与阀体之间形成软密封;所述阀盖与阀杆结合的通孔中设有两只大小不同的弹性密封圈,形成第二重软密封。
   作为本发明的进一步改进,所述异形槽的外圆底角为直角;所述弹性密封圈为O形密封圈。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、阀体密封面不易损伤。在阀瓣底部端面与阀体接触面处的异形槽内填充弹性耐腐材料层且该弹性耐腐材料层略高于阀瓣底部端面,这样阀瓣底部端面与阀体之间就依靠所述略高于异形槽深使得阀瓣与阀体之间形成软密封,解决了以往快关阀阀瓣与阀体硬密封配对,阀瓣易撞伤阀体密封面的难题,有效保证了快关阀的密封效果。
2、运行更为可靠。在阀瓣上安装圆柱压缩弹簧,可借助弹簧的弹力实现阀门瞬时关闭,其经过5050次动作试验确保密封性能,解决过去的1000次试验密封就失效的难题。在阀盖与阀杆结合的通孔中设有两只大小不同的弹性密封圈,可更有效控制管路介质的外漏,解决过去一只密封圈介质易外漏的难题。

具体实施方式
    下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
    如图1所示的组合密封结构快关阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀瓣3、阀杆4及设在阀盖2支架上的手、气动操作机构5,所述阀瓣3底部端面与阀体1接触面处设有异形槽6,异形槽6内填充有弹性耐腐材料层7,弹性耐腐材料层7采用聚四氟乙烯;所述阀瓣3上装有圆柱压缩弹簧;所述弹性耐腐材料层7高出异形槽6,使得阀瓣3与阀体1之间形成软密封;所述阀盖2与阀杆4结合的通孔中设有两只大小不同的弹性密封圈7,形成第二重软密封。本实施例中,所述异形槽6的外圆底角为直角;所述弹性密封圈7为O形密封圈。
本发明采用组合式软密封结构,克服了现有的快关阀关闭时易损伤密封面的不足,也使得运行更为可靠。

1.一种组合密封结构快关阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、阀瓣(3)、阀杆(4)及设在阀盖(2)支架上的手、气动操作机构(5),其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)底部端面与阀体(1)接触面处设有异形槽(6),异形槽(6)内填充有弹性耐腐材料层(7),所述弹性耐腐材料层(7)采用聚四氟乙烯;所述阀瓣(3)上装有圆柱压缩弹簧;所述弹性耐腐材料层(7)高出异形槽(6),使得阀瓣(3)与阀体(1)之间形成软密封;所述阀盖(2)与阀杆(4)结合的通孔中设有两只大小不同的弹性密封圈(7),形成第二重软密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合密封结构快关阀,其特征在于:所述异形槽(6)的外圆底角为直角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合密封结构快关阀,其特征在于:所述弹性密封圈(7)为O形密封圈。
