本发明公开了一种轴套连接固定组件,包含轴身、前连接套和后连接套;所述轴身的前端设置有轴台,轴台的前端设置有轴头,轴头上设置有轴套;所述后连接套与轴身和轴台配合,前连接套与轴台和轴套配合,前连接套与后连接套通过连接件连接固定;所述前连接套的前端内侧设置有紧固环,紧固环的内圈设置有向前弯折的环臂,环臂的端部与轴套过盈配合;本发明的轴套连接固定组件,前连接套与后连接套连接固定时,前连接套带着紧固环由轴套的前端向后端移动,由于紧固环的环臂向前弯折,并且其端部与轴套处于过盈配合的状态,因此,在紧固环与轴套的相互作用下,使紧固环卡在前连接套中,并使轴套卡在轴头上,对轴套起到了很好的固定作用。

背景技术
连接轴是机械零部件中重要的一部分,其在各领域得到广泛应用,轴在装配时,有时需要配合轴套使用,轴套需要和轴连接固定,现有的连接方式多为螺钉、螺纹等,装配较为繁琐,而且还需要在零件上加工出螺纹或者螺纹孔,增加了制造成本。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种轴套连接固定组件。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种轴套连接固定组件,包含轴身、前连接套和后连接套;所述轴身的前端设置有轴台,轴台的前端设置有轴头,轴头上设置有轴套;所述后连接套与轴身和轴台配合,前连接套与轴台和轴套配合,前连接套与后连接套通过连接件连接固定;所述前连接套的前端内侧设置有紧固环,紧固环的内圈设置有向前弯折的环臂,环臂的端部与轴套过盈配合。
优选的,所述轴套的外径与轴身的直径相等。
优选的,所述轴套的前端设置有过渡斜角。

本发明的轴套连接固定组件,前连接套与后连接套连接固定时,前连接套带着紧固环由轴套的前端向后端移动,由于紧固环的环臂向前弯折,并且其端部与轴套处于过盈配合的状态,因此,在紧固环与轴套的相互作用下,使紧固环卡在前连接套中,并使轴套卡在轴头上,对轴套起到了很好的固定作用。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种轴套连接固定组件,包含轴身1、前连接套2和后连接套3;所述轴身1的前端设置有轴台4,轴台4的前端设置有轴头5,轴头5上设置有轴套6,轴套6的外径与轴身1的直径相等,轴套6的前端设置有过渡斜角9;所述后连接套3与轴身1和轴台4配合,前连接套2与轴台4和轴套6配合,前连接套2与后连接套3通过连接件连接固定,连接件一般为螺栓;所述前连接套2的前端内侧设置有紧固环7,紧固环7的内圈设置有向前弯折的环臂8,环臂8的端部与轴套6过盈配合。
