本发明公开了一种轴套连接固定组件，包含轴身、前连接套和后连接套；所述轴身的前端设置有轴台，轴台的前端设置有轴头，轴头上设置有轴套；所述后连接套与轴身和轴台配合，前连接套与轴台和轴套配合，前连接套与后连接套通过连接件连接固定；所述前连接套的前端内侧设置有紧固环，紧固环的内圈设置有向前弯折的环臂，环臂的端部与轴套过盈配合；本发明的轴套连接固定组件，前连接套与后连接套连接固定时，前连接套带着紧固环由轴套的前端向后端移动，由于紧固环的环臂向前弯折，并且其端部与轴套处于过盈配合的状态，因此，在紧固环与轴套的相互作用下，使紧固环卡在前连接套中，并使轴套卡在轴头上，对轴套起到了很好的固定作用。

背景技术
连接轴是机械零部件中重要的一部分，其在各领域得到广泛应用，轴在装配时，有时需要配合轴套使用，轴套需要和轴连接固定，现有的连接方式多为螺钉、螺纹等，装配较为繁琐，而且还需要在零件上加工出螺纹或者螺纹孔，增加了制造成本。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种轴套连接固定组件。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种轴套连接固定组件，包含轴身、前连接套和后连接套；所述轴身的前端设置有轴台，轴台的前端设置有轴头，轴头上设置有轴套；所述后连接套与轴身和轴台配合，前连接套与轴台和轴套配合，前连接套与后连接套通过连接件连接固定；所述前连接套的前端内侧设置有紧固环，紧固环的内圈设置有向前弯折的环臂，环臂的端部与轴套过盈配合。
优选的，所述轴套的外径与轴身的直径相等。
优选的，所述轴套的前端设置有过渡斜角。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的轴套连接固定组件，前连接套与后连接套连接固定时，前连接套带着紧固环由轴套的前端向后端移动，由于紧固环的环臂向前弯折，并且其端部与轴套处于过盈配合的状态，因此，在紧固环与轴套的相互作用下，使紧固环卡在前连接套中，并使轴套卡在轴头上，对轴套起到了很好的固定作用。

如图1所示，本发明所述的一种轴套连接固定组件，包含轴身1、前连接套2和后连接套3；所述轴身1的前端设置有轴台4，轴台4的前端设置有轴头5，轴头5上设置有轴套6，轴套6的外径与轴身1的直径相等，轴套6的前端设置有过渡斜角9；所述后连接套3与轴身1和轴台4配合，前连接套2与轴台4和轴套6配合，前连接套2与后连接套3通过连接件连接固定，连接件一般为螺栓；所述前连接套2的前端内侧设置有紧固环7，紧固环7的内圈设置有向前弯折的环臂8，环臂8的端部与轴套6过盈配合。
