Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构,通过在换挡拉线接头底端向外侧凸起以及导向管顶端向外侧凸起,将换挡拉线接头底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头和导向管连接在一起,在生产时,采用夹紧模座夹紧导向管部分,下压机下压使得换挡拉线接头底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而连接紧,这样可以将两者紧紧连接在一起,并且导向管可在换挡拉线接头内晃动。

技术领域
本发明涉及换挡拉线头和导向管的连接领域,尤其涉及一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构及连接方法。
背景技术
我公司主要生产汽车部件,主要有换挡拉线接头和导向管,其中换挡拉线接头和导向管需要进行活动连接在一起,目前的连接方式只是将两者卡住,但是用劲容易松开,因此需要设计一种新的连接结构和连接方法进行连接,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构及连接方法,通过在换挡拉线接头底端向外侧凸起以及导向管顶端向外侧凸起,将换挡拉线接头底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头和导向管连接在一起,在生产时,采用夹紧模座夹紧导向管部分,下压机下压使得换挡拉线接头底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而连接紧,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构,包括有换挡拉线接头和导向管,所述换挡拉线接头为管状结构其下部外包有接头环,换挡拉线接头底端为连接端,换挡拉线接头底端向外侧凸起;所述导向管顶端为连接端,导向管顶端向外侧凸起;所述换挡拉线接头底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头和导向管连接在一起;所述换挡拉线接头底端向外侧的凸起可向内侧压从而包紧导向管。
进一步改进在于:换挡拉线接头内侧壁底部靠近接头环处设置环形的限位凸起,导向管顶端与限位凸起接触。
进一步改进在于:所述导向管内侧壁设置有内套管,内套管底端伸出导向管。
一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将导向管顶端插入换挡拉线接头底端,使得导向管顶端的凸起位于换挡拉线接头底端的上方,使两个部件卡紧;
步骤二:之后将导向管朝下放入夹紧模座内,换挡拉线接头朝上;
步骤三:启动下压机,使得换挡拉线接头底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而进行连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在换挡拉线接头底端向外侧凸起以及导向管顶端向外侧凸起,将换挡拉线接头底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头和导向管连接在一起,在生产时,采用夹紧模座夹紧导向管部分,下压机下压使得换挡拉线接头底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而连接紧,这样可以将两者紧紧连接在一起,并且导向管可在换挡拉线接头内晃动。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构,包括有换挡拉线接头1和导向管2,所述换挡拉线接头1为管状结构其下部外包有接头环3,换挡拉线接头1底端为连接端,换挡拉线接头1底端向外侧凸起;所述导向管2顶端为连接端,导向管2顶端向外侧凸起;所述换挡拉线接头1底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管2顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头1和导向管2连接在一起;所述换挡拉线接头1底端向外侧的凸起可向内侧压从而包紧导向管2。换挡拉线接头1内侧壁底部靠近接头环3处设置环形的限位凸起4,导向管2顶端与限位凸起4接触。所述导向管2内侧壁设置有内套管5,内套管5底端伸出导向管2。
一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将导向管2顶端插入换挡拉线接头1底端,使得导向管2顶端的凸起位于换挡拉线接头1底端的上方,使两个部件卡紧;
步骤二:之后将导向管2朝下放入夹紧模座内,换挡拉线接头1朝上;
步骤三:启动下压机,使得换挡拉线接头1底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管2顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而进行连接。
通过在换挡拉线接头1底端向外侧凸起以及导向管2顶端向外侧凸起,将换挡拉线接头1底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管2顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头1和导向管2连接在一起,在生产时,采用夹紧模座夹紧导向管2部分,下压机下压使得换挡拉线接头1底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管2顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而连接紧,这样可以将两者紧紧连接在一起,并且导向管2可在换挡拉线接头1内晃动。

1.一种换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构,其特征在于:包括有换挡拉线接头(1)和导向管(2),所述换挡拉线接头(1)为管状结构其下部外包有接头环(3),换挡拉线接头(1)底端为连接端,换挡拉线接头(1)底端向外侧凸起;所述导向管(2)顶端为连接端,导向管(2)顶端向外侧凸起;所述换挡拉线接头(1)底端向外侧的凸起包住导向管(2)顶端向外侧的凸起从而将换挡拉线接头(1)和导向管(2)连接在一起;所述换挡拉线接头(1)底端向外侧的凸起可向内侧压从而包紧导向管(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构,其特征在于:换挡拉线接头(1)内侧壁底部靠近接头环(3)处设置环形的限位凸起(4),导向管(2)顶端与限位凸起(4)接触。
3.如权利要求1所述换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接结构,其特征在于:所述导向管(2)内侧壁设置有内套管(5),内套管(5)底端伸出导向管(2)。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的换挡拉线接头和导向管的连接方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将导向管(2)顶端插入换挡拉线接头(1)底端,使得导向管(2)顶端的凸起位于换挡拉线接头(1)底端的上方,使两个部件卡紧;
步骤二:之后将导向管(2)朝下放入夹紧模座内,换挡拉线接头(1)朝上;
步骤三:启动下压机,使得换挡拉线接头(1)底端的凸起下压从而往内凹陷将导向管(2)顶端的凸起紧紧包住从而进行连接。
