本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,具体为一种全封闭的立式活塞压缩机,其机体能够密闭承压,同时本发明的全封闭立式活塞压缩机活塞的导向效果较好,能够减少活塞环磨损延长其服役寿命,其包括曲轴箱部件,所述曲轴箱部件竖直上方连接气缸部件,所述气缸部件上安装有进气阀和排气阀,所述气缸部件内的活塞杆通过十字头机构、连杆连接所述曲轴箱部件内的曲轴,其特征在于,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件之间设置有刮油箱,所述刮油箱内设置有与所述活塞杆配合的刮油导向环,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件采用螺柱连接,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件结合面设置密封圈进行平面密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,具体为一种全封闭的立式活塞压缩机。
背景技术
压缩机是将低压气体提升为高压气体的一种从动的流体机械,可以分为活塞压缩机,螺杆压缩机,离心压缩机,直线压缩机等,其中活塞压缩机是常见的,而传统的活塞压缩机一般都是横向布置,需要较多的占地面积,活塞在重力方向上磨损严重,采用立式结构的活塞压缩机可以解决上述问题,但是现有的立式结构活塞压缩机机体不能密闭承压,整体结构一般,导向性差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种全封闭的立式活塞压缩机,其机体能够密闭承压,同时本发明的全封闭立式活塞压缩机活塞的导向效果较好,能够减少活塞环磨损延长其服役寿命。
其技术方案是这样的:一种全封闭立式活塞压缩机,其包括曲轴箱部件,所述曲轴箱部件竖直上方连接气缸部件,所述气缸部件上安装有进气阀和排气阀,所述气缸部件内的活塞杆通过十字头机构、连杆连接所述曲轴箱部件内的曲轴,其特征在于,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件之间设置有刮油箱,所述刮油箱内设置有与所述活塞杆配合的刮油导向环,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件采用螺柱连接,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件结合面设置密封圈进行平面密封。
其进一步特征在于,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件的结合面对角设置有竖销定位结构,所述竖销定位结构包括紧固于曲轴箱端面的锥形竖销和设置于所述气缸部件端面的圆形销孔,所述锥形竖销与所述圆形销孔对中配合且两者之间的间隙填充有树脂材料;
所述曲轴的输出端设置双端面机械密封组件和骨架油封组件;
在所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件的结合面上下两端,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件均设置有隔离空腔,所述活塞杆穿过两个所述隔离空腔与所述十字头机构连接,所述气缸部件的隔离空腔与所述活塞杆之间设置有填料环。
采用本发明的结构后,刮油箱安装于气缸部件和曲轴箱部件之间,可以同时起到活塞杆导向及刮油的作用,结合面采用密封圈进行平面密封,保证结合面无泄漏;竖销定位结构保证了曲轴箱部件与气缸部件的对中进一步保证了活塞的导向效果;轴的输出端采用双端面机械密封和骨架油封相结合的方式,保证了曲轴箱部件的气、油密封。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2,图3,图4所示,一种全封闭立式活塞压缩机,其包括曲轴箱部件1,曲轴箱部件1竖直上方连接气缸部件2,气缸部件内包括活塞2-1,活塞2-1上设置有活塞环2-2,活塞2-1连接活塞杆6,气缸部件2上安装有进气阀3、排气阀4和顶开阀部件5,气缸部件2内的活塞杆6通过十字头机构13、连杆7连接曲轴箱部件1内的曲轴8,十字头机构13十字头体13-1,十字头体13-1的横向开孔内设置有十字头销13-2,十字头体13-1的竖向开孔的上孔内设置有楔块组件13-3,连杆7穿过十字头体13-1的竖向开孔的下孔连接十字头销13-2,活塞杆6穿过十字头体13-1的竖向开孔的上孔与其内壁配合并通过楔块组件固定,当活塞杆6上下移动带动楔块组件13-3上下移动,十字头体13-1随着楔块组件13-3一起移动,从而通过十字头销13-2带动连杆7上下移动,十字头销13-2与十字头体13-1的横向开孔之间设置有弹性挡圈13-4,图中13-5为开口销;曲轴箱部件1与气缸部件2之间设置有刮油箱9,刮油箱9内设置有与活塞杆6配合的刮油导向环10,曲轴箱部件1与气缸部件2的结合面采用高强双头螺柱连接,并设置密封圈11进行平面密封;曲轴箱部件1与气缸部件2的结合面对角设置有竖销定位结构,竖销定位结构包括紧固于曲轴箱端面1的锥形竖销12和设置于气缸部件2端面的圆形销孔,锥形竖销12与圆形销孔对中配合且两者之间的间隙填充有树脂材料,树脂材料通过圆形销孔与外侧相通的小孔注入进行填充。
在曲轴箱部件1与气缸部件2的结合面上下两端,曲轴箱部件1与气缸部件2均设置有隔离空腔14,设置有隔离空腔14后,可以使用安全气体进行吹扫和置换原来的有毒气体,保证了没有有毒介质的泄露,适合各种介质环境,活塞杆6穿过两个隔离空腔14与十字头机构13连接,气缸部件2的隔离空腔14与活塞杆6之间设置有填料环15,起到密封导向作用。曲轴箱部件上安装有油泵18,曲轴8的输出端设置双端面机械密封组件16和骨架油封组件17,密封结构保证曲轴箱的气、油密封,实现曲轴箱承压0.4~2.5MPa。

Claims (4)

1.一种全封闭立式活塞压缩机,其包括曲轴箱部件,所述曲轴箱部件竖直上方连接气缸部件,所述气缸部件上安装有进气阀和排气阀,所述气缸部件内的活塞杆通过十字头机构、连杆连接所述曲轴箱部件内的曲轴,其特征在于,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件之间设置有刮油箱,所述刮油箱内设置有与所述活塞杆配合的刮油导向环,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件采用螺柱连接,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件结合面设置密封圈进行平面密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全封闭立式活塞压缩机,其特征在于,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件的结合面对角设置有竖销定位结构,所述竖销定位结构包括紧固于曲轴箱端面的锥形竖销和设置于所述气缸部件端面的圆形销孔,所述锥形竖销与所述圆形销孔对中配合且两者之间的间隙填充有树脂材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全封闭立式活塞压缩机,其特征在于,所述曲轴的输出端设置双端面机械密封组件和骨架油封组件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全封闭立式活塞压缩机,其特征在于,在所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件的结合面上下两端,所述曲轴箱部件与所述气缸部件均设置有隔离空腔,所述活塞杆穿过两个所述隔离空腔与所述十字头机构连接,所述气缸部件的隔离空腔与所述活塞杆之间设置有填料环。
