本发明涉及气缸曲轴箱装配技术领域,具体为一种立式压缩机气缸与曲轴箱定位方法,其能够方便实现气缸与曲轴箱精确定位,提高装配效率,其包括以下步骤:(1)将顶部带锥形头的竖销旋拧固定于曲轴箱顶部,并在锥形头表面涂抹脱模剂;(2)将气缸放置到曲轴箱上,让竖销插入气缸对应位置的螺孔内;(3)调整气缸位置,让气缸内的活塞孔与曲轴箱内的滑道孔呈竖向同轴状态;(4)气缸的螺孔侧壁开设注胶孔,往注胶孔内注入树脂胶并让螺孔内填充满;(5)等待树脂胶凝固,使树脂胶与螺孔黏合成一体,此时气缸与曲轴箱完成定位。

技术领域
本发明涉及气缸曲轴箱装配技术领域,具体为一种立式压缩机气缸与曲轴箱定位方法。
背景技术
立式压缩机气缸体下部用来安装曲轴的部位称为曲轴箱,为保证压缩机运行质量,气缸需要与曲轴箱进行精确装配,确保气缸内的活塞孔与曲轴箱滑道孔同轴度。现有装配前气缸和曲轴箱需要进行相对定位,让活塞杆与曲轴能够精确连接,目前都是使用诸多辅助测量工具来完成,由于测量存在一定的误差,导致后续装配时始终存在一些偏差,需要进行多次调整,而且压缩机在装配及后期维护过程中,气缸可能需要多次拆装进行损件更换,每次都需要重新定位,大大影响了装配效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有立式压缩机气缸与曲轴箱精确定位困难、重复装配效率低的问题,本发明提供了一种气缸与曲轴箱定位方法,其能够方便实现气缸与曲轴箱精确定位,提高装配效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种立式压缩机气缸与曲轴箱定位方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将顶部带锥形头的竖销旋拧固定于曲轴箱顶部,并在锥形头表面涂抹脱模剂;
(2)将气缸放置到曲轴箱上,让竖销插入气缸对应位置的螺孔内;
(3)调整气缸位置,让气缸内的活塞孔与曲轴箱内的滑道孔呈竖向同轴状态;
(4)气缸的螺孔侧壁开设注胶孔,往注胶孔内注入树脂胶并让螺孔内填充满;
(5)等待树脂胶凝固,使树脂胶与螺孔黏合成一体,此时气缸与曲轴箱完成定位。
采用本发明后,树脂胶凝固后与螺孔黏合成一体,与竖销上的锥形头配合,气缸取走后再次装配时仍然能够定位,无需重新找正调整,满足了重复拆装的定位需求,提高了装配效率。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2,图3所示,一种立式压缩机气缸与曲轴箱定位方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将顶部带锥形头的竖销1固定于曲轴箱2顶部,并在锥形头表面涂抹脱模剂;
(2)将气缸4放置到曲轴箱2上,让竖销1插入气缸4对应位置的螺孔5内;
(3)调整气缸4位置,让气缸4内的活塞孔与曲轴箱2内的滑道孔呈竖向同轴状态;
(4)气缸4的螺孔5侧壁开设注胶孔6,一般开设上下两个,往注胶孔6内注入树脂胶3并让螺孔5内填充满;
(5)等待树脂胶3凝固,使树脂胶3与螺孔5黏合成一体,此时气缸与曲轴箱完成定位。
此时气缸与曲轴箱完成定位,即使将气缸取走,再次装配时,直接将螺孔内凝固的树脂胶形成的沉孔对准竖销的锥形头即可完成定位,无需重复调整定位,大大提高了效率,后期树脂胶也可以通过加热熔化方便的去除,不影响配对气缸或曲轴箱的更换。

1.一种立式压缩机气缸与曲轴箱定位方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
将顶部带锥形头的竖销旋拧固定于曲轴箱顶部,并在锥形头表面涂抹脱模剂;
将气缸放置到曲轴箱上,让竖销插入气缸对应位置的螺孔内;
调整气缸位置,让气缸内的活塞孔与曲轴箱内的滑道孔呈竖向同轴状态;
气缸的螺孔侧壁开设注胶孔,往注胶孔内注入树脂胶并让螺孔内填充满;
等待树脂胶凝固,使树脂胶与螺孔黏合成一体,此时气缸与曲轴箱完成定位。
