本发明涉及无纺布技术领域，尤其是一种无纺布开松机。一种无纺布开松机，输送装置安装在支撑架上，所述输送装置一端设有压辊，所述压辊左侧设有喂棉罗拉，所述喂棉罗拉左侧设有锡林装置，所述锡林装置与风机连接，所述风机与凝棉箱连通。这种无纺布开松机在使用的时候，能够快速的完成对无纺布边角料的开松处理，能够进行回收利用，避免材料的浪费，满足使用需求。

本发明涉及无纺布技术领域，尤其是一种无纺布开松机。
背景技术
无纺布生产的过程中，有时候有些边角料可以进行回收处理，但是目前没有专用的开松装置，不能快速的完成开松工序，导致人工工作量大，不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有的开松机不能满足使用需求的不足，本发明提供了一种无纺布开松机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种无纺布开松机，输送装置安装在支撑架上，所述输送装置一端设有压辊，所述压辊左侧设有喂棉罗拉，所述喂棉罗拉左侧设有锡林装置，所述锡林装置与风机连接，所述风机与凝棉箱连通。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括，所述锡林装置上设有挤压棍组一和挤压棍组二。
本发明的有益效果是，这种无纺布开松机在使用的时候，能够快速的完成对无纺布边角料的开松处理，能够进行回收利用，避免材料的浪费，满足使用需求。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种无纺布开松机，输送装置1安装在支撑架9上，所述输送装置1一端设有压辊2，所述压辊2左侧设有喂棉罗拉3，所述喂棉罗拉3左侧设有锡林装置6，所述锡林装置6与风机7连接，所述风机7与凝棉箱8连通。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括，所述锡林装置6上设有挤压棍组一4和挤压棍组二5。
这种无纺布开松机在使用的时候，将无纺布的边角料放置在输送装置1上，将其运送到加工位置，压辊2进行初步的碾压，随后由喂棉罗拉3输送到锡林装置6内进行处理，同时在压棍组一4和挤压棍组二5的作用下进行开松处理，随后经由风机7将处理好的无纺布料输送到凝棉箱8内，进行再处理，最后得到成品。

1.一种无纺布开松机，其特征是，输送装置（1）安装在支撑架（9）上，所述输送装置（1）一端设有压辊（2），所述压辊（2）左侧设有喂棉罗拉（3），所述喂棉罗拉（3）左侧设有锡林装置（6），所述锡林装置（6）与风机（7）连接，所述风机（7）与凝棉箱（8）连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布开松机，其特征是，所述锡林装置（6）上设有挤压棍组一（4）和挤压棍组二（5）。
