本发明涉及防水卷材生产,尤其涉及一种边缘隔油的无胎防水卷材生产系统,包括涂油设备集成,依次设于涂油设备集成后端的冷却池及测厚装置,本生产系统自动化程度高,需要人工控制较少,集成放卷、涂油等操作,连续生产生产效率高,测厚装置的设置便于监控防水卷材的厚度情况,边缘隔离膜的设置有效防止涂油时防水卷材边缘沾油,提高产品的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材生产,尤其涉及一种边缘隔油的无胎防水卷材生产系统。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。防水卷材分为有胎防水卷材及无胎防水卷材,区别在于是否存在胎基,现有的无胎防水卷材生产系统自动化程度不高,多需要人工调控,浪费人力而且影响生产效率。
同时防水卷材的涂油过程中,边缘经常会站上较多的油,浪费原料而且不便于对加工及包装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种自动化程度较高的边缘隔油的无胎防水卷材生产系统。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种边缘隔油的无胎防水卷材生产系统,包括涂油设备集成,依次设于涂油设备集成后端的冷却池及测厚装置,其中,
所述涂油设备集成包括塑料底膜放卷装置,塑料底膜涂油装置,胎基涂油装置,边缘隔离膜展卷收卷装置及上膜压入装置,所述塑料底膜涂油装置包括塑料底膜导向辊,塑料底膜涂油对辊及设于塑料底膜涂油对辊上方的塑料底膜热油涂布机,塑料底膜通过塑料底膜放卷装置放卷后由塑料底膜导向辊导入,塑料底膜热油涂布机的涂油口对塑料底膜涂油,再由塑料底膜涂油对辊对涂油后的塑料底膜加压、定厚;胎基涂油装置包括胎基导向辊,胎基涂油对辊及设于经塑料底膜涂油装置涂油后的塑料底膜上方的胎基热油涂布机;所述边缘隔离膜展卷收卷装置包括设于胎基涂油装置前端两侧的边缘隔离膜放卷装置及设于胎基涂油装置后端两侧的边缘隔离膜收卷装置;塑料底膜涂油装置涂油后的塑料底膜与边缘隔离膜放卷装置导出的边缘隔离膜经胎基导向辊共同导入,其中边缘隔离膜位于涂油后的塑料底膜两侧边缘,胎基热油涂布机的涂油口对其涂油,再由胎基涂油对辊对涂油后的卷材加压、定厚;边缘隔离膜收卷装置将卷材两侧边缘的边缘隔离膜收起;所述上膜压入装置包括塑料上膜放卷装置及压合对辊,塑料上膜放卷装置将塑料上膜放卷,压合对辊将胎基涂油装置输出的卷材与上膜压合;
所述冷却池设有冷却池导向辊将涂油设备集成输出的涂油后的卷材浸入冷却池中降温;
所述测厚装置包括测厚导向辊及测厚辊组,所述测厚辊组包括下测厚辊及并排设于下测厚辊上方且与下测厚辊联动的多个上测厚辊,多个上测厚辊通过设于其上方的连杆固定,连杆上设有微动位移传感器,测厚装置还设有显示屏,显示屏连接于微动位移传感器的信号出处端,微动位移传感器将测量的厚度数据输出,并通过显示屏显示。
所述塑料底膜涂油装置及胎基涂油装置上方均设有排烟罩。
本发明的有益效果是:
本生产系统自动化程度高,需要人工控制较少,集成放卷、涂油等操作,连续生产生产效率高,测厚装置的设置便于监控防水卷材的厚度情况,边缘隔离膜的设置有效防止涂油时防水卷材边缘沾油,提高产品的品质。

所述涂油设备集成包括塑料底膜放卷装置4,塑料底膜涂油装置5,胎基涂油装置6,边缘隔离膜展卷收卷装置及上膜压入装置,所述塑料底膜涂油装置包括塑料底膜导向辊7,塑料底膜涂油对辊8及设于塑料底膜涂油对辊上方的塑料底膜热油涂布机9,塑料底膜通过塑料底膜放卷装置放卷后由塑料底膜导向辊导入,塑料底膜热油涂布机的涂油口10对塑料底膜涂油,再由塑料底膜涂油对辊对涂油后的塑料底膜加压、定厚;胎基涂油装置包括胎基导向辊11,胎基涂油对辊12及设于经塑料底膜涂油装置涂油后的塑料底膜上方的胎基热油涂布机13;所述边缘隔离膜展卷收卷装置包括设于胎基涂油装置前端两侧的边缘隔离膜放卷装置23及设于胎基涂油装置后端两侧的边缘隔离膜收卷装置24;塑料底膜涂油装置涂油后的塑料底膜与边缘隔离膜放卷装置导出的边缘隔离膜经胎基导向辊共同导入,其中边缘隔离膜位于涂油后的塑料底膜两侧边缘,胎基热油涂布机的涂油口对其涂油,再由胎基涂油对辊对涂油后的卷材加压、定厚;边缘隔离膜收卷装置将卷材两侧边缘的边缘隔离膜收起;所述上膜压入装置包括塑料上膜放卷装置14及压合对辊15,塑料上膜放卷装置将塑料上膜放卷,压合对辊将胎基涂油装置输出的卷材与上膜压合;
所述冷却池设有冷却池导向辊16将涂油设备集成输出的涂油后的卷材浸入冷却池中降温;
所述测厚装置包括测厚导向辊17及测厚辊组,所述测厚辊组包括下测厚辊18及并排设于下测厚辊上方且与下测厚辊联动的多个上测厚辊19,多个上测厚辊通过设于其上方的连杆20固定,连杆上设有微动位移传感器21,测厚装置还设有显示屏(图中未示出),显示屏连接于微动位移传感器的信号出处端,微动位移传感器将测量的厚度数据输出,并通过显示屏显示,多个并排设置的微动位移传感器准确测量防水卷材的整体的厚度情况,将显示屏微动位移传感器测量的数据转换后显示与显示屏,便于直观的观察到卷材的厚度情况及整体的厚度均匀程度。
优选的,塑料底膜涂油装置及胎基涂油装置上方均设有排烟罩22,将涂油差生的有害气体导出,防止污染环境。
边缘隔离膜为不予沥青粘连的材质,有效防止涂油时防水卷材边缘沾油,且在边缘隔离膜放卷装置与边缘隔离膜收卷装置之间循环回收多次使用。
本生产系统自动化程度高,需要人工控制较少,集成放卷、涂油等操作,连续生产生产效率高,测厚装置的设置便于监控防水卷材的厚度情况,边缘隔离膜的设置有效防止涂油时防水卷材边缘沾油,提高产品的品质。

所述涂油设备集成包括塑料底膜放卷装置,塑料底膜涂油装置,胎基涂油装置,边缘隔离膜展卷收卷装置及上膜压入装置,所述塑料底膜涂油装置包括塑料底膜导向辊,塑料底膜涂油对辊及设于塑料底膜涂油对辊上方的塑料底膜热油涂布机,塑料底膜通过塑料底膜放卷装置放卷后由塑料底膜导向辊导入,塑料底膜热油涂布机的涂油口对塑料底膜涂油,再由塑料底膜涂油对辊对涂油后的塑料底膜加压、定厚;胎基涂油装置包括胎基导向辊,胎基涂油对辊及设于经塑料底膜涂油装置涂油后的塑料底膜上方的胎基热油涂布机;所述边缘隔离膜展卷收卷装置包括设于胎基涂油装置前端两侧的边缘隔离膜放卷装置及设于胎基涂油装置后端两侧的边缘隔离膜收卷装置;塑料底膜涂油装置涂油后的塑料底膜与边缘隔离膜放卷装置导出的边缘隔离膜经胎基导向辊共同导入,其中边缘隔离膜位于涂油后的塑料底膜两侧边缘,胎基热油涂布机的涂油口对其涂油,再由胎基涂油对辊对涂油后的卷材加压、定厚;边缘隔离膜收卷装置将卷材两侧边缘的边缘隔离膜收起;所述上膜压入装置包括塑料上膜放卷装置及压合对辊,塑料上膜放卷装置将塑料上膜放卷,压合对辊将胎基涂油装置输出的卷材与上膜压合;
所述冷却池设有冷却池导向辊将涂油设备集成输出的涂油后的卷材浸入冷却池中降温;
所述测厚装置包括测厚导向辊及测厚辊组,所述测厚辊组包括下测厚辊及并排设于下测厚辊上方且与下测厚辊联动的多个上测厚辊,多个上测厚辊通过设于其上方的连杆固定,连杆上设有微动位移传感器,测厚装置还设有显示屏,显示屏连接于微动位移传感器的信号出处端,微动位移传感器将测量的厚度数据输出,并通过显示屏显示。
