本发明公开了一种分切机自动废边收集机构,包括设置于M侧墙板和G侧墙板之间的上刀轴,上刀轴上安装有上裁边刀,上刀轴下部设置有下裁边刀辊,下裁边刀辊旁边设置有废边压辊,上刀轴和下裁边刀辊上分别安装有上裁刀轴齿轮和下裁刀轴齿轮,上裁刀轴齿轮和下裁刀轴齿轮之间啮合实现传动,M侧墙板和G侧墙板之间还设置有上簧片固定轴和下挡纸簧片固定轴,上簧片固定轴和下挡纸簧片固定轴位于M侧墙板的一端分别设置有上导纸簧片和下挡纸簧片,废边压辊位于M侧墙板的一端设置有压辊转臂,压辊转臂的末端固定在导料斗上,压辊转臂的末端还通过吊绳连接有配重块,本发明解决了现有技术中存在的裁边设备工作效率低且出现断边时不能连续工作的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于柔体薄料切边设备技术领域,具体涉及一种分切机自动废边收集机构。
背景技术
目前市场上的裁边设备在收废边的机构一般分为两类,第一类:机械卷边,利用力矩电机主轴上安装特殊的夹持结构将废料头固定在电机轴上,通过调节力矩电机的输出力矩来将废边料卷绕起来,优点,恒定张力,在理论上能将废边收的均匀整齐,缺点,手动操作夹持料头,效率低,如遇聊边破损将中断收边工作,进而影响整机的运行状态。第二类:吹边排废,操作人员将废料头穿入吹风管内,通过高压风机将废边由风管通道内吹动,进而将后续废料带出,达到排废料的目的。优点,对轻薄材料效果较好。缺点;如遇断料也需要停机穿料,否则影响整机运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种分切机自动废边收集机构,解决了现有技术中存在的裁边设备工作效率低且出现断边时不能连续工作的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种分切机自动废边收集机构,包括设置于M侧墙板和G侧墙板之间的上刀轴,上刀轴上安装有上裁边刀,上刀轴下部设置有下裁边刀辊,下裁边刀辊旁边设置有废边压辊,上刀轴和下裁边刀辊上分别安装有上裁刀轴齿轮和下裁刀轴齿轮,上裁刀轴齿轮和下裁刀轴齿轮之间啮合实现传动,M侧墙板和G侧墙板之间还设置有上簧片固定轴和下挡纸簧片固定轴,上簧片固定轴和下挡纸簧片固定轴位于M侧墙板的一端分别设置有上导纸簧片和下挡纸簧片,所述废边压辊位于M侧墙板的一端设置有压辊转臂,压辊转臂的末端固定在导料斗上,压辊转臂的末端还通过吊绳连接有配重块,吊绳经过导料斗内的固定杆后下垂悬挂。
本发明的特点还在于,
上导纸簧片和下挡纸簧片位于上刀轴和下裁边刀辊接触线的延长线上。
上簧片固定轴和下挡纸簧片固定轴位于M侧墙板的一端处均设置有相位锁紧盘,调节相位锁紧盘实现上导纸簧片和下挡纸簧片在上簧片固定轴和下挡纸簧片固定轴上相位角度的调节。
导料斗其中一侧面与底面夹角为40~50度,目的是使废料顺着导料斗倾斜面通过下墙板上的排料孔顺利滑出。
本发明的有益效果是,一种分切机自动废边收集机构,在原有裁切设备结构的基础上,增加一被动压辊,导料斗、上导纸簧片和下挡纸簧片等零件来实现废边在裁切后自动导入排废通道,不用增加新的动力即可完成收边工序,具有效率高,成本低,可靠性强的优点。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种分切机自动废边收集机构,结构如图1、图2所示,包括设置于M侧墙板10和G侧墙板11之间的上刀轴9,上刀轴9上安装有上裁边刀1,上刀轴9下部设置有下裁边刀辊2,下裁边刀辊2旁边设置有废边压辊5,上刀轴9和下裁边刀辊2上分别安装有上裁刀轴齿轮15和下裁刀轴齿轮16,上裁刀轴齿轮15和下裁刀轴齿轮16之间啮合实现传动,M侧墙板和G侧墙板之间还设置有上簧片固定轴17和下挡纸簧片固定轴18,上簧片固定轴17和下挡纸簧片固定轴18位于M侧墙板的一端分别设置有上导纸簧片3和下挡纸簧片4,上导纸簧片3和下挡纸簧片4位于上刀轴9和下裁边刀辊2接触线的延长线上,废边压辊5位于M侧墙板的一端设置有压辊转臂6,压辊转臂6的末端固定在导料斗8上,压辊转臂6的末端还通过吊绳13连接有配重块7,吊绳13经过导料斗8内的固定杆12后下垂悬挂,其中,上簧片固定轴17和下挡纸簧片固定轴18位于M侧墙板的一端处均设置有相位锁紧盘14,调节相位锁紧盘14实现上导纸簧片3和下挡纸簧片4在上簧片固定轴17和下挡纸簧片固定轴18上相位角度的调节,导料斗8其中一侧面与底面夹角为40~50度,目的是使废料顺着导料斗8倾斜面通过下墙板上的排料孔顺利滑出。
本发明一种分切机自动废边收集机构,工作原理如下:
先将原料穿过上刀轴9和下裁边刀辊2之间,通过调整上裁刀轴齿轮15和下裁刀轴齿轮16啮合,同时上裁边刀1与下裁边刀辊2形成切口将原料分切,上刀轴9和下裁边刀辊2贴合将原料牵引向前,废料头经过上导纸簧片3的导引向下偏移进入下挡纸簧片4的引导范围,其中,上导纸簧片3通过螺钉固定在上簧片固定轴17上,轴上加工有固定平面,下挡纸簧片4通过螺钉固定在下挡纸簧片固定轴18上,轴上加工有固定平面,上导纸簧片3的相位角度可以通过调整上簧片固定轴17旋转并用相位锁紧盘14锁紧来实现,同样下挡纸簧片4的角度也可以用用此种方式来调整相位,在配重块7通过吊绳13及配重块7的重力作用下,废边压辊5与下裁边刀辊2贴合将进入其范围内的废边料头牵引向下移动,在重力作用下废边料头会落入在其下方安装的导料斗8内,使废边顺着掉入导料斗8内,废料与导料斗8内的一个侧面的接触面为45°,废料会顺着导料斗8倾斜面通过下墙板上的排料孔内滑出到墙板外侧的废料收集舱内。
本发明一种分切机自动废边收集机构,对称设置在设备的内侧两端的一定范围内,符合此类设备使用的特点,此结构不用手动穿废料头,同时对对废边有破损的料在切边时具有自动分离连续工作的特性,此结构还有一个特性就是废料头的运动速度与整机料的线速度一致,同步性能好,并且不用提供新的动力源,节约了能源提高了效益。

1.一种分切机自动废边收集机构,其特征在于,包括设置于M侧墙板(10)和G侧墙板(11)之间的上刀轴(9),上刀轴(9)上安装有上裁边刀(1),上刀轴(9)下部设置有下裁边刀辊(2),下裁边刀辊(2)旁边设置有废边压辊(5),上刀轴(9)和下裁边刀辊(2)上分别安装有上裁刀轴齿轮(15)和下裁刀轴齿轮(16),上裁刀轴齿轮(15)和下裁刀轴齿轮(16)之间啮合实现传动,M侧墙板(10)和G侧墙板(11)之间还设置有上簧片固定轴(17)和下挡纸簧片固定轴(18),上簧片固定轴(17)和下挡纸簧片固定轴(18)位于M侧墙板(10)的一端分别设置有上导纸簧片(3)和下挡纸簧片(4),所述废边压辊(5)位于M侧墙板(10)的一端设置有压辊转臂(6),压辊转臂(6)的末端固定在导料斗(8)上,压辊转臂(6)的末端还通过吊绳(13)连接有配重块(7),所述吊绳(13)经过导料斗(8)内的固定杆(12)后下垂悬挂;所述导料斗(8)其中一侧面与底面夹角为40~50度,目的是使废料顺着导料斗(8)倾斜面通过下墙板上的排料孔顺利滑出,所述上导纸簧片(3)和下挡纸簧片(4)位于上刀轴(9)和下裁边刀辊(2)接触线的延长线上,所述上簧片固定轴(17)和下挡纸簧片固定轴(18)位于M侧墙板(10)的一端处均设置有相位锁紧盘(14),调节相位锁紧盘(14)实现上导纸簧片(3)和下挡纸簧片(4)在上簧片固定轴(17)和下挡纸簧片固定轴(18)上相位角度的调节。
