本发明公开了一种裁边装置,包括上裁切刀组和下裁切刀组,所述上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组均包括一空心螺杆(1),空心螺杆(1)上设有至少两个切刀(2),且上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组中的切刀(2)一一对应,上裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆(1)设置在上升降支架(3)上,下裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆(1)设置下升降支架(4)上;在上裁切刀组的上方还设有一横杆(5),横杆(5)上设有若干激光对刀机构(6),激光对刀机构(6)能在横杆(5)上移动,且激光设在两空心螺杆(1)上。本发明中由于设有多个切刀,在对膜进行切边的同时,能够将两侧边切成小条,大大的节约了工作量和工作时间。

本发明涉及一种裁边装置,主要用于将膜裁边。
背景技术
膜在生产出来之后,需要将两侧的边切掉,而两侧边被裁下之后通常需要经过再一次裁切,以裁成较细小的条状,但是对两侧边的进一步裁切增加了工人的工作量。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前被裁下的膜的两侧边需要再一次裁切,工作量大的问题,为此提供了一种裁边装置,包括上裁切刀组和下裁切刀组,所述上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组均包括一空心螺杆1,空心螺杆1上设有至少两个切刀2,且上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组中的切刀2一一对应,上裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆1设置在上升降支架3上,下裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆1设置下升降支架4上;在上裁切刀组的上方还设有一横杆5,横杆5上设有若干激光对刀机构6,激光对刀机构6能在横杆5上移动,且激光设在两空心螺杆1上;在上裁切刀组的上方还设有一螺杆5,螺杆5上设有若干激光对刀机构6,且激光设在两空心螺杆1上。
本发明裁边装置,所述上升降支架3和下升降支架4分别通过一气缸升降。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中由于设有多个切刀,在对膜进行切边的同时,能够将两侧边切成小条,大大的节约了工作量和工作时间。而若干激光对刀机构射出的激光在两空心螺杆上,由于在一直线上,因此在刀片安装时,只需要按照激光的位置安装即可保持位置准确,无需另外对刀,操作更加方便。

1.一种裁边装置,包括上裁切刀组和下裁切刀组,其特征是:所述上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组均包括一空心螺杆(1),空心螺杆(1)上设有至少两个切刀(2),且上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组中的切刀(2)一一对应,上裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆(1)设置在上升降支架(3)上,下裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆(1)设置下升降支架(4)上; 在上裁切刀组的上方还设有一螺杆(5),螺杆(5)上设有若干激光对刀机构(6),且激光设在两空心螺杆(1)上。
