Abstract
本发明公开了一种裁边装置，包括上裁切刀组和下裁切刀组，所述上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组均包括一空心螺杆（1），空心螺杆（1）上设有至少两个切刀（2），且上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组中的切刀（2）一一对应，上裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆（1）设置在上升降支架（3）上，下裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆（1）设置下升降支架（4）上。本发明中由于设有多个切刀，在对膜进行切边的同时，能够将两侧边切成小条，大大的节约了工作量和工作时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种裁边装置，主要用于将膜裁边。
背景技术
膜在生产出来之后，需要将两侧的边切掉，而两侧边被裁下之后通常需要经过再一次裁切，以裁成较细小的条状，但是对两侧边的进一步裁切增加了工人的工作量。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前被裁下的膜的两侧边需要再一次裁切，工作量大的问题，为此提供了一种裁边装置，包括上裁切刀组和下裁切刀组，所述上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组均包括一空心螺杆1，空心螺杆1上设有至少两个切刀2，且上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组中的切刀2一一对应，上裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆1设置在上升降支架3上，下裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆1设置下升降支架4上。
本发明裁边装置，所述上升降支架3和下升降支架4分别通过一气缸升降。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明中由于设有多个切刀，在对膜进行切边的同时，能够将两侧边切成小条，大大的节约了工作量和工作时间。

1.一种裁边装置，包括上裁切刀组和下裁切刀组，其特征是：所述上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组均包括一空心螺杆（1），空心螺杆（1）上设有至少两个切刀（2），且上裁切切刀组和下裁切刀组中的切刀（2）一一对应，上裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆（1）设置在上升降支架（3）上，下裁切切刀组中的空心螺杆（1）设置下升降支架（4）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的裁边装置，其特征是：所述上升降支架（3）和下升降支架（4）分别通过一气缸升降。
