背景技术
草鱼以其肉质细嫩、个体大、肌间刺少而备受消费者喜爱,但草鱼在养殖过程中,因容易患病而制约着草鱼养殖的发展,通过生产实践,目前通常采用免疫注射技术解决该问题,但随着养殖的扩大化,又会有新的疾病,目前为了扩大培养,一味的增加草鱼的养殖量,草鱼的肉质及其营养都受到了严重影响,口感下降也会对其销量造成影响,因此,需要从完善养殖方法的提高草鱼的抗病性,同时在新的养殖环境中培育高品质草鱼。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有草鱼养殖中疾病制约养殖发展和池塘养殖草鱼品质较低的问题,提供了一种高品质草鱼的养殖方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高品质草鱼的养殖方法,由虾蛄和草鱼混合饲养,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖池准备:池塘水深2.2-2.5m,有设有过滤网的进水口和排水口,池塘底部有20-25cm厚的松软底泥,养殖水溶氧量为3.5-4mg/L,水温为15-28℃,初期盐度为2-3%,在养殖前,对池塘进行消毒,消毒后开启进水口和出水口,使池水在池塘内冲洗多次;
(2)鱼体的选择与投放:草鱼入池前通过循环水冲击对草鱼进行选择,挑出反应迟缓的草鱼,在3月初后,将250-280g的草鱼按600-800尾/亩的规格进行投放;在5月,将3.5-5cm长虾蛄按20000-25000尾/亩的规格进行投放;
(3)饵料投喂:从3月初到3月底,按草鱼总体重的2-3%进行投喂饵料,饵料包括70-80%的鳗鱼粉,其余为黑麦草的嫩叶部分;从4月初-4月底,按草鱼总重量的3-4%投喂饵料,饵料包括6-8%的蚕蛹粉、18-25%的河蚌肉、30-40%的黑麦草鲜叶、其余部分为粗蛋白含量为28%的配合饲料;从5月初-5月底,按草鱼总重量的5-6%投喂饵料,饵料包括8-10%的蚕蛹粉、25-28%的河蚌肉、20-25%的黑麦草鲜叶、3-5%的沉底性饲料、其余部分为粗蛋白含量为30%的配合饲料;从6月初到6月底,按草鱼总重量的5-7%投喂饵料,饵料包括3-5%的蚕蛹粉、12-15%的河蚌肉、50-60%的黑麦草鲜叶、3-4%的沉底性饲料、其余部分为粗蛋白含量为30%的配合饲料;从7月初到8月底,按虾蛄总重量的6-8%投喂饵料,饵料包括鲜贝类20-25%、河蚌肉15-18%、其余部分为粗蛋白含量为26%的配合饲料;
(4)盐度管理:在5月前,池水盐度保持在2-3%,从5月初到6月底,盐度逐渐增减,盐度最后达到5%,从7月初到8月底,逐步增加池水盐度到10%;
(5)成品捕捞:在6月底,将草鱼捕捞上市,在8月底,将虾蛄捕捞上市。
具体的,所述配合饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:20-25份虾壳粉,10-15份鳗鱼粉,15-20份豆粕,3-5份甘草粉,1-2份面包酵母,0.3-0.4份粘合剂,0.1-0.2份维生素添加剂,1.5-2份矿物质,0.1-0.15份氯化胆碱,0.2-0.3份鱼肝油,0.4-0.5份脱氢醋酸钠,25-30份次粉,五味子干粉8-12份。
具体的,所述沉底性饲料含盐量达到30-35%,粒径为3.0mm,沉底性饲料沉在池塘底部,供虾蛄配合食用。

2.如权利要求1所述一种高品质草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述配合饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:20-25份虾壳粉,10-15份鳗鱼粉,15-20份豆粕,3-5份甘草粉,1-2份面包酵母,0.3-0.4份粘合剂,0.1-0.2份维生素添加剂,1.5-2份矿物质,0.1-0.15份氯化胆碱,0.2-0.3份鱼肝油,0.4-0.5份脱氢醋酸钠,25-30份次粉,五味子干粉8-12份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种高品质草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述沉底性饲料含盐量达到30-35%,粒径为3.0mm。
4.如权利要求1所述一种高品质草鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述鲜贝类和河蚌肉在投喂前应切小或破壳至粒径不大于4.0mm。
