Abstract

本发明涉及制动器技术领域,尤其是一种磁盘式制动器,包括主轴、制动构件、制动卡钳、磁铁构建、电动马达、电子驱动执行器、叶轮和滚珠轴承,制动构件包括制动盘和制动柱面,制动卡钳包括卡钳壳体和刹车片,磁铁构建包括U型永磁铁和磁铁保持构件,制动构件通过滚珠轴承与主轴相连,磁铁保持构件位于制动构件内部。本发明可安装在汽车的四个车轮,这样可以增大制动力矩,缩小了制动器的体积,实现车辆轻量化的目的。

一种磁盘式制动器
技术领域
本发明涉及制动器技术领域,尤其是一种磁盘式制动器。
背景技术
涡流制动器是一种非摩擦性的辅助制动装置,可以分流汽车的大部分制动负荷,大大减轻行车制动器的使用频率,可有效提高车辆行驶的安全性及连续制动性能。涡流制动器的发明便很好的解决了汽车制动器长时间、高频率制动引起的热衰退问题。但涡流制动器体积阻碍了车辆的轻量化,所以对涡流制动器进行小型化设计正成为一种趋势。本文提出一种集成盘式制动器与U型永磁缓速器的磁盘式制动器。
发明内容
为了克服现有的不足,本发明提供了一种磁盘式制动器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磁盘式制动器,包括主轴、制动构件、制动卡钳、磁铁构建、电动马达、电子驱动执行器、叶轮和滚珠轴承,制动构件包括制动盘和制动柱面,制动卡钳包括卡钳壳体和刹车片,磁铁构建包括U型永磁铁和磁铁保持构件,制动构件通过滚珠轴承与主轴相连,磁铁保持构件位于制动构件内部,磁铁保持构件与主轴通过键连接,U型永磁铁以圆周形式均匀分布在磁铁保持构件上,U型永磁铁的数量为偶数且相邻的U型永磁铁极性相反,刹车片成对出现,且固定在卡钳壳体两侧,叶轮成对出现且叶轮与主轴刚性连接,叶轮位于制动构件两侧,电动马达固定连接在制动卡钳上,电子驱动执行器固定在电动马达上,且电子驱动执行器与电动马达相连。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,磁铁保持构件为盘状,磁铁保持构件表面均匀分布着若干个通孔,每个通孔中嵌有U型永磁铁,磁铁保持构件的外表面与制动盘的内表面相对。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,制动柱面上设有若干散热翅片,散热翅片以圆周形式均匀分布在制动柱面上。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明可安装在汽车的四个车轮,这样可以增大制动力矩,缩小了制动器的体积,实现车辆轻量化的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,图2是本发明的剖视图,图3是本发明磁铁保持构件示意图,一种磁盘式制动器,包括主轴1、制动构件2、制动卡钳3、磁铁构建4、电动马达5、电子驱动执行器6、叶轮7和滚珠轴承8,制动构件2包括制动盘9和制动柱面10,制动卡钳3包括卡钳壳体11和刹车片12,磁铁构建4包括U型永磁铁13和磁铁保持构件14,制动构件2通过滚珠轴承8与主轴1相连,磁铁保持构件14位于制动构件2内部,磁铁保持构件14与主轴1通过键连接,U型永磁铁13以圆周形式均匀分布在磁铁保持构件14上,U型永磁铁13的数量为偶数且相邻的U型永磁铁13极性相反,刹车片12成对出现,且固定在卡钳壳体11两侧,叶轮7成对出现且叶轮7与主轴1刚性连接,叶轮7位于制动构件2两侧,电动马达5固定连接在制动卡钳3上,电子驱动执行器6固定在电动马达5上,且电子驱动执行器6与电动马达5相连。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,磁铁保持构件14为盘状,磁铁保持构件14表面均匀分布着若干个通孔15,根据磁盘式制动器型号不同,通孔15的个数为8-16个,每个通孔15中嵌有U型永磁铁13,磁铁保持构件14的外表面与制动盘9的内表面相对。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,制动柱面10上设有若干散热翅片16,根据磁盘式制动器型号不同,散热翅片16的个数为14-20个,散热翅片16以圆周形式均匀分布在制动柱面10上,当磁盘式制动器制动时产生热量,散热翅片16随制动柱面10的转动进行散热,对该磁盘式制动器起到散热的效果。
将该磁盘式制动器安装在四个车轮上,当车辆处于非制动状态,即刹车片12未挤压制动盘9减速时,由于U型永磁铁13之间的吸引力,制动盘9与磁铁保持构件14同步旋转,且两者之间不存在转速差;当刹车片12靠上且挤压制动盘9时,制动盘9停止转动,因此制动盘9与磁铁保持构件14之间便会出现转速差,由此会在制动盘9的内表面会产生涡电流,根据弗莱明左手定则,制动盘9上涡电流与U型永磁铁13之间产生磁通密度,在磁通密度的相互作用下会产生与磁铁保持机构14转向相反的力矩,使磁铁保持机构14减速。另外,叶轮7随着主轴1同步旋转,叶轮7的高速旋转会对着制动盘9表面吹气,高速的气体流动会带走制动盘9表面的热量,对制动盘9进行散热,使整个磁盘式制动器系统安全性能大大提升。

1.一种磁盘式制动器,其特征是,包括主轴(1)、制动构件(2)、制动卡钳(3)、磁铁构建(4)、电动马达(5)、电子驱动执行器(6)、叶轮(7)和滚珠轴承(8),制动构件(2)包括制动盘(9)和制动柱面(10),制动卡钳(3)包括卡钳壳体(11)和刹车片(12),磁铁构建(4)包括U型永磁铁(13)和磁铁保持构件(14),制动构件(2)通过滚珠轴承(8)与主轴(1)相连,磁铁保持构件(14)位于制动构件(2)内部,磁铁保持构件(14)与主轴(1)通过键连接,U型永磁铁(13)以圆周形式均匀分布在磁铁保持构件(14)上,U型永磁铁(13)的数量为偶数且相邻的U型永磁铁(13)极性相反,刹车片(12)成对出现,且固定在卡钳壳体(11)两侧,叶轮(7)成对出现且叶轮(7)与主轴(1)刚性连接,叶轮(7)位于制动构件(2)两侧,电动马达(5)固定连接在制动卡钳(3)上,电子驱动执行器(6)固定在电动马达(5)上,且电子驱动执行器(6)与电动马达(5)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁盘式制动器,其特征是,磁铁保持构件(14)为盘状,磁铁保持构件(14)表面均匀分布着若干个通孔(15),每个通孔(15)中嵌有U型永磁铁(13),磁铁保持构件(14)的外表面与制动盘(9)的内表面相对。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁盘式制动器,其特征是,制动柱面(10)上设有若干散热翅片(16),散热翅片(16)以圆周形式均匀分布在制动柱面(10)上。
