本发明涉及一种硬成形纸及制造方法。
背景技术
目前随着人们对健康的重视,结合世界禁烟形势的发展趋势,降低吸烟对烟民的伤害越来越被重视。如果从烟丝配方上做调整来降低有毒有害物质,将改变烟气品质及口感。
目前市场上常用的成形纸定量由24 g/ m2到45 g/ m2,主要起到包裹丝束作用,挺度一般。其中高透气度成形纸卷制嘴棒,配合激光打孔接装原纸,通过烟嘴通风稀释烟气中的有毒有害物质浓度,成本过高。
普通成形纸浆料叩解度高,纤维间结合力强,嘴棒机使用过程中不易出现掉毛掉粉问题;但硬成形纸由于浆料叩解度低,纤维间结合力弱,很难满足嘴棒机的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用硬成形纸卷制的嘴棒,利用其高挺度特点,实现了烟机在线打孔,一方面避免打孔时激光烧焦丝束及破坏嘴棒圆度,另一方面替代了激光打孔接装纸,即节能又环保的硬成形纸及制造方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种硬成形纸,其组成包括: 纤维原料,填料,功能助剂,原纸表面耐磨涂层,所述的纤维原料的重量份数为83-99,所述的填料的重量份数为0-16,所述的功能助剂的重量份数为0.0005-0.001,所述的原纸表面耐磨涂层的重量份数为0.0015-0.045。
所述的硬成形纸,硬成形纸定量为0.07kg/ m2-0.12kg/ m2;横向挺度10-30mN,纵向挺度20-80mN。
所述的硬成形纸,所述的纤维原料为针叶纤维、阔叶纤维;所述的针叶纤维与所述的阔叶纤维的比例为针叶纤维:阔叶纤维任意比例混合;或单一针叶纤维;或单一阔叶纤维。
所述的硬成形纸,所述的针叶纤维叩解度25-600SR,所述的阔叶纤维叩解度20-500SR。

一种硬成形纸的制造方法,本方法包括八步,第一步将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别碎解,打浆,按一定比例混合或单一使用,第二步往混合后的浆料添加功能助剂,根据需要添加填料或不使用填料,第三步通过浆料泵,将混合均匀的浆料输送至纸机上,经过分散和脱水,形成纸页,再经过压榨工序进入干燥部,纸页干度达到94-97%,第四步制备原纸表面耐磨涂层,纤维原料和耐磨涂层,通过机内涂将抗摩擦材料涂布到纸的表面上,使纸基定量增加到0.0002-0.003kg/ m2,经烘干后形成耐磨涂层,第五步干燥后的纸页经过纸机机内涂布系统或机外涂布,耐磨涂层均匀的涂布与纸幅两面,第六步机内涂,涂布后的纸页进入纸机后干燥部,纸页干度再次达到94-97%,第七步机外涂,原纸B经过机外涂布或印刷系统,将耐磨涂层C涂布于原纸B两面形成硬成形纸A,第八步经过检验、复卷、分切,加工成硬成形纸盘纸。
有益效果:
1.本发明在嘴棒上应用新技术,从而起到降低有毒有害物质的作用,通过增加嘴棒的紧度,增加烟气与硬成形纸的接触面积,从而达到降低焦油的效果,同时嘴棒吸阻不变的情况下,减少丝束可提高烟支燃烧时进入燃烧层面的氧气量,烟丝充分燃烧从而降低了一氧化碳的释放量,进一步壳聚糖与羟甲基纤维束钠对烟气中的烟碱有很强的吸附效果整体协作结合、协同作用步步深入,本发明硬成形纸在嘴棒上的应用,创新了降低有毒有害物质降的途径,使用硬成形纸的嘴棒可实现最高可降低焦油1毫克,降低一氧化碳0.5毫克。
本发明根据客户对烟气中有毒有害物质降低的需求,硬成形纸分含填料和无填料两种,可满足普通嘴棒设计需求,也可满足复合嘴棒设计要求。成本方面,硬成形纸本身定量高,相同定量的嘴棒最多可节省20%丝束;另外结合空心嘴棒和空头嘴棒,进一步节省丝束。通过烟机在线打孔,可不使用激光打孔的接装纸,大大降低了嘴棒的制造成本,经济效益非常可观。
本发明的硬成形纸定量从0.07kg/m2到0.12kg/m2,(一般传统纸机很难满足抄造要求,)通过工艺创新,结合圆网、长网纸机特点,根据指标要求对设备进行改造,满足了硬成形纸的抄造需求。
本发明根据客户对烟气中有毒有害物质降低的需求,硬成形纸分含有填料和无填料两种,能够满足普通嘴棒设计需求,还能够满足复合嘴棒设计要求;成本方面,硬成形纸本身定量高,相同定量的嘴棒最多可节省20%丝束;另外结合空心嘴棒和空头嘴棒,进一步节省了丝束。通过烟机在线打孔,能够不使用激光打孔的接装纸,大大降低了嘴棒的制造成本,经济效益非常可观。
在传统成形纸的基础上,可赋予嘴棒更多选择余地,嘴棒可实现很多特殊功能,可降低烟气有毒有害物质,另外也可降低嘴棒和烟支的成本。成形纸很关键的一项技术就是上机使用性能,使用性能包括嘴棒暴口、圆周不达标、掉粉等,本发明成功的解决了这些上机适用性问题,在选择耐磨涂层原料时充分考虑到粘合效果,所选表面耐磨涂层的良好亲水性,保证了嘴棒粘接时牢固不容易出现暴口;通过圆网纸机的纤维纵横排布调整以及柔软剂的使用在加上独特的硬成形纸的制造方法,降低了硬成形纸卷棒后的圆周变异情况,圆周变异系数由工艺改进前的0.3降低到0.1;不同定量的硬成形纸,可满足各式各样成形机使用硬成形纸卷制嘴棒。
本发明的硬成形纸用于卷制烟用功能性嘴棒和普通嘴棒,使用硬成形纸的嘴棒可做成空心棒或空头棒,节约丝束降低嘴棒成本,也可实现烟机在线打孔,无需使用激光打孔的接装纸,从而降低烟支成本。另一方面避免唇舌接触丝束和焦油,有益于健康。使用硬成形纸的嘴棒,又能用来开发特殊功能性的嘴棒,降低烟气中有毒有害物质,减少吸烟对身体的伤害,同时,硬成形纸在常规环境可自然降解,环保有益。

实施例10所述的硬成形纸的制造方法,第一步将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别碎解,打浆,按一定比例混合或单一使用,第二步往混合后的浆料添加功能助剂,根据需要添加填料或不使用填料,第三步通过浆料泵,将混合均匀的浆料输送至纸机上(圆网、长网纸机),经过分散和脱水,形成纸页,再经过压榨工序进入干燥部,纸页干度达到94%,第四步制备原纸表面耐磨涂层,纤维原料和耐磨涂层,通过机内涂将抗摩擦材料涂布到纸的表面上,使纸基定量增加到0.0002kg/ m2,经烘干后形成耐磨涂层,第五步干燥后的纸页经过纸机机内涂布系统或机外涂布,耐磨涂层均匀的涂布与纸幅两面,第六步机内涂,涂布后的纸页进入纸机后干燥部,纸页干度再次达到94%,第七步机外涂,原纸B经过机外涂布或印刷系统,将耐磨涂层C涂布于原纸B两面形成硬成形纸A,第八步经过检验、复卷、分切,加工成硬成形纸盘纸。
实施例15:
实施例10所述的硬成形纸的制造方法,第一步将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别碎解,打浆,按一定比例混合或单一使用,第二步往混合后的浆料添加功能助剂,根据需要添加填料或不使用填料,第三步通过浆料泵,将混合均匀的浆料输送至纸机上(圆网、长网纸机),经过分散和脱水,形成纸页,再经过压榨工序进入干燥部,纸页干度达到97%,第四步制备原纸表面耐磨涂层,纤维原料和耐磨涂层,通过机内涂将抗摩擦材料涂布到纸的表面上,使纸基定量增加到0.003kg/ m2,经烘干后形成耐磨涂层,第五步干燥后的纸页经过纸机机内涂布系统或机外涂布,耐磨涂层均匀的涂布与纸幅两面,第六步机内涂,涂布后的纸页进入纸机后干燥部,纸页干度再次达到97%,第七步机外涂,原纸B经过机外涂布或印刷系统,将耐磨涂层C涂布于原纸B两面形成硬成形纸A,第八步经过检验、复卷、分切,加工成硬成形纸盘纸。
实施例16:
上述实施例所述的硬成形纸的制造方法,硬成形纸定量从0.07kg/ m2到0.12kg/ m2,一般传统纸机很难满足抄造要求,通过工艺创新,结合圆网、长网纸机特点,根据指标要求对设备进行适当改造,满足了硬成形纸的抄造需求。

Claims (10)

1.一种硬成形纸,其组成包括: 纤维原料,填料,功能助剂,原纸表面耐磨涂层,其特征是: 所述的纤维原料的重量份数为83-99,所述的填料的重量份数为0-16,所述的功能助剂的重量份数为0.0005-0.001,所述的原纸表面耐磨涂层的重量份数为0.0015-0.045。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 硬成形纸定量为0.07kg/ m2-0.12kg/m2;横向挺度10-30mN,纵向挺度20-80mN。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的纤维原料为针叶纤维、阔叶纤维;所述的针叶纤维与所述的阔叶纤维的比例为针叶纤维:阔叶纤维任意比例混合;或单一针叶纤维;或单一阔叶纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的针叶纤维叩解度25-600SR,所述的阔叶纤维叩解度20-500SR。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的填料为碳酸钙或滑石粉,所述的碳酸钙的体积粒径0.5-4.9微米,所述的滑石粉目数为300-1000目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的耐磨涂层为氧化淀粉、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、羟甲基纤维素钠,所述的氧化淀粉与所述的聚乙烯醇与所述的壳聚糖与所述的羟甲基纤维素钠比例为氧化淀粉比聚乙烯醇比壳聚糖比羟甲基纤维素钠从1:1:0.1:0.5-1:0.5:0.1:0.1或壳聚糖比羟甲基纤维素钠为0.5:1-1:15或氧化淀粉比壳聚糖为50:1-5:1或聚乙烯醇比壳聚糖为1:0.1-1:0.5或羟甲基纤维素钠比壳聚糖为1:0.1-1:0.5;所述的氧化淀粉为玉米淀粉或木薯淀粉或马铃薯淀粉或红薯淀粉,聚乙烯醇的醇解度为30-99。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的原纸表面耐磨涂层形成耐磨涂层工艺为浸涂或计量棒膜转移或刮刀涂布或气刀涂布。
8.根据权利要求1所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的功能助剂包括分散剂、湿强剂、AKD施胶剂、分散松香胶、矾土、层间结合剂、柔软剂,根据指标需要选择分散剂、湿强剂、AKD施胶剂、分散松香胶、矾土、层间结合剂、柔软剂其中几种进行组合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的硬成形纸,其特征是: 所述的分散剂的重量份数为0.01-0.3;湿强剂0.2-1.8;AKD2.0-8;分散松香胶1-11;矾土10-50,层间粘合剂1-7,柔软剂0.3-1.5。
10.一种硬成形纸的制造方法,其特征是:本方法包括八步,第一步将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别碎解,打浆,按一定比例混合或单一使用,第二步往混合后的浆料添加功能助剂,根据需要添加填料或不使用填料,第三步通过浆料泵,将混合均匀的浆料输送至纸机上,经过分散和脱水,形成纸页,再经过压榨工序进入干燥部,纸页干度达到94-97%,第四步制备原纸表面耐磨涂层,纤维原料和耐磨涂层,通过机内涂将抗摩擦材料涂布到纸的表面上,使纸基定量增加到0.0002-0.003kg/ m2,经烘干后形成耐磨涂层,第五步干燥后的纸页经过纸机机内涂布系统或机外涂布,耐磨涂层均匀的涂布与纸幅两面,第六步机内涂,涂布后的纸页进入纸机后干燥部,纸页干度再次达到94-97%,第七步机外涂,原纸B经过机外涂布或印刷系统,将耐磨涂层C涂布于原纸B两面形成硬成形纸A,第八步经过检验、复卷、分切,加工成硬成形纸盘纸。
