Abstract

本发明公开了一种防藻渔网线,由聚乙烯纤维、轻质碳酸钙、酚醛树脂、二氧化硅、氧化钛、松香、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、防藻微胶囊、有机涂料制成。本发明原料中加入了聚乙烯纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、防藻微胶囊、有机涂料,使得在保证渔网的耐酸碱性之外,还具有长效防藻的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种渔网线,具体为一种防藻渔网线。
背景技术
渔网线是指编制网片和缝扎网渔具的直径小于4毫米的线,是制作渔网的主要材料。现在的渔网线主要是用尼龙原料制备,但是尼龙加工工艺复杂,对温度、湿度要求苛刻,成品率低,而且尼龙成本较高,吸水率也较高,造成渔网易腐蚀,而且在长时间的使用中,容易受到海水中藻的感染,从而影响了捕鱼效率,并且会降低渔网的使用寿命,增加了渔民的投资成本。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明旨在提供一种能够长效防藻的渔网线,由以下技术方案实现:
一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于由以下原料制成:聚乙烯纤维175-185、轻质碳酸钙7-10、酚醛树脂4-6、二氧化硅6-8、氧化钛2-3、松香5-7、聚羟基脂肪酸酯7-12、防藻微胶囊3-7、有机涂料5-8。
作为优选,所述的有机涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂45-55、硅油8-20、钛白粉2-4、硅酸铝纤维2-5、硅烷类偶联剂3-6、交联剂1-2、溶剂6-10、功能荧光颜料3-5。
作为优选,所述的交联剂为2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯。
作为优选,所述的溶剂为混合二甲苯。
作为优选,所述的功能荧光颜料为市售水乳型红、绿、黄色颜料。
作为优选,所述的防藻微胶囊由以下重量份的原料制成:硫氰酸亚铜10,氧化锰3-5,丙烯酸树脂20-25,纯丙乳液10-15,钛白粉4-5,滑石粉3-5;将以上原料混合后经过包囊、酶固化制作成粒径为50-60um的防藻微胶囊。
作为优选,一种防藻渔网线由以下步骤制成:
(1)将聚乙烯纤维、轻质碳酸钙、酚醛树脂混合后置于60-70℃下混合均匀,然后加入二氧化硅、氧化钛、松香、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、防藻微胶囊,于80-90℃下搅拌均匀,然后将混合物放入挤出机挤出,挤出机一段温度为150-160℃,二段温度为155-170℃,三段温度为158-174℃,末段温度为162-175℃。
(2)挤出后加入喷丝箱,然后使用喷丝装置进行拉丝,然后进行牵伸,第一牵伸辊压力为0.85-0.90bar、第二牵伸辊压力为3.05-3.12bar,然后在85-92℃下进行烘干,然后使用卷绕辊进行卷绕,第一卷绕辊转速为3000m/min,第二卷绕辊转速为3200m/min,第三卷绕辊转速为3700m/min,进行进一步牵伸,然后进行卷绕得到线材。
(3)将有机涂料用常规方法涂布于线材上即可。
有益效果:为了达到良好的防藻效果,本发明添加了防藻微胶囊与有机涂料,有机涂料具有一定的防藻作用;防藻微胶囊可缓慢释放防藻物质,具有长效的防藻作用,与其他同类产品相比防藻能力提高了2-3倍。同时,由于防藻微胶囊粒径很小(50-60um),在实际生产中对渔网线的线材质量几乎没有影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种防藻渔网线,由以下原料制成:聚乙烯纤维178、轻质碳酸钙8.5、酚醛树脂5.2、二氧化硅6.8、氧化钛2.3、松香5.7、聚羟基脂肪酸酯8.2、防藻微胶囊5、有机涂料6。
作为优选,所述的有机涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂52、硅油15、钛白粉3、硅酸铝纤维4、硅烷类偶联剂4.2、交联剂1.2、溶剂8.5、功能荧光颜料4.5。
作为优选,所述的交联剂为2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯。
作为优选,所述的溶剂为混合二甲苯。
作为优选,所述的功能荧光颜料为市售水乳型红、绿、黄色颜料。
作为优选,所述的防藻微胶囊由以下重量份的原料制成:硫氰酸亚铜8,氧化锰4,丙烯酸树脂25,纯丙乳液13,钛白粉4.4,滑石粉3.8;将以上原料混合后经过包囊、酶固化制作成防藻微胶囊。
作为优选,一种防藻渔网线由以下步骤制成:
(1)将聚乙烯纤维、轻质碳酸钙、酚醛树脂混合后置于66℃下混合均匀,然后加入二氧化硅、氧化钛、松香、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、防藻微胶囊,于86℃下搅拌均匀,然后将混合物放入挤出机挤出,挤出机一段温度为155℃,二段温度为165℃,三段温度为166℃,末段温度为171℃。
(2)挤出后加入喷丝箱,然后使用喷丝装置进行拉丝,然后进行牵伸,第一牵伸辊压力为0.86bar、第二牵伸辊压力为3.07bar,然后在90℃下进行烘干,然后使用卷绕辊进行卷绕,第一卷绕辊转速为3000m/min,第二卷绕辊转速为3200m/min,第三卷绕辊转速为3700m/min,进行进一步牵伸,然后进行卷绕得到线材。
(3)将有机涂料用常规方法涂布于线材上即可。
实施例2:
一种防藻渔网线,由以下原料制成:聚乙烯纤维185、轻质碳酸钙8、酚醛树脂5.5、二氧化硅6.5、氧化钛2.7、松香5.2、聚羟基脂肪酸酯8.5、防藻微胶囊4.8、有机涂料5.6。
作为优选,所述的有机涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂54、硅油12、钛白粉3.4、硅酸铝纤维4.2、硅烷类偶联剂4.5、交联剂1、溶剂8.1、功能荧光颜料4.8。
作为优选,所述的交联剂为2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯。
作为优选,所述的溶剂为混合二甲苯。
作为优选,所述的功能荧光颜料为市售水乳型红、绿、黄色颜料。
作为优选,所述的防藻微胶囊由以下重量份的原料制成:硫氰酸亚铜8.5,氧化锰4.6,丙烯酸树脂22,纯丙乳液12,钛白粉4.5,滑石粉3.9;将以上原料混合后经过包囊、酶固化制作成防藻微胶囊。
作为优选,一种防藻渔网线由以下步骤制成:

(3)将有机涂料用常规方法涂布于线材上即可。
实施例3:
将实施例1、2与市售防藻渔网线编成渔网后,放于同一海域30天、60天后取出,对比其防藻效果,结果如下表:
由以上数据对比可知本发明的防藻效果好,防藻时效长。

1.一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于由以下原料制成:聚乙烯纤维175-185、轻质碳酸钙7-10、酚醛树脂4-6、二氧化硅6-8、氧化钛2-3、松香5-7、聚羟基脂肪酸酯7-12、防藻微胶囊4-7、有机涂料5-8。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于所述的有机涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂175-185、硅油8-20、钛白粉2-4、硅酸铝纤维2-5、硅烷类偶联剂3-6、交联剂1-2、溶剂6-10、功能荧光颜料3-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为混合二甲苯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于:所述的功能荧光颜料为市售水乳型红、绿、黄色颜料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于:所述的防藻微胶囊由以下重量份的原料制成:硫氰酸亚铜10,氧化锰3-5,丙烯酸树脂20-25,纯丙乳液10-15,钛白粉4-5,滑石粉3-5;将以上原料混合后经过包囊、酶固化制作成防藻微胶囊。
7.一种防藻渔网线,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将聚乙烯纤维、轻质碳酸钙、酚醛树脂混合后置于60-70℃下混合均匀,然后加入二氧化硅、氧化钛、松香、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、防藻微胶囊,于80-90℃下搅拌均匀,然后将混合物放入挤出机挤出,挤出机一段温度为150-160℃,二段温度为155-170℃,三段温度为158-174℃,末段温度为162-175℃。
(2)挤出后加入喷丝箱,然后使用喷丝装置进行拉丝,然后进行牵伸,第一牵伸辊压力为0.85-0.90bar、第二牵伸辊压力为3.05-3.12bar,然后在85-92℃下进行烘干,然后使用卷绕辊进行卷绕,第一卷绕辊转速为3000m/min,第二卷绕辊转速为3200m/min,第三卷绕辊转速为3700m/min,进行进一步牵伸,然后进行卷绕得到线材。
