本发明涉及一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料,属于新能源技术领域。
背景技术
现在锅炉燃料主要原料是柴油,柴油属于化石能源,是不可再生资源,随着经济的发展对能源的需求越来越大,而可用能源却越来越少,且柴油燃烧后的废气排放量巨大,成为雾霾天气的重要原因之一,越来越不经济适用。
甲醇燃料是利用工业甲醇或燃料甲醇,加变性醇添加剂,与现有国标汽柴油或组分油,按一定体积或重量比经严格科学工艺调配制成的一种新型清洁燃料,可替代汽柴油,由于自身含有氧元素,可以充分燃料,属于清洁能源,另外甲醇来源广泛,可以通过多种渠道获得,属于可再生能源,将甲醇甲醇燃料利用于锅炉燃烧,对减少环境污染、创造经济效益具有重大意义和深渊影响,然而现有技术中的甲醇燃料存在热值低、与现在锅炉燃烧系统匹配不适应、存在存储危险性等问题,不能直接应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料,提高甲醇燃料的热值,制备工艺简单、周期短,工艺条件控制,以便替代目前不可再生的锅炉燃料,使锅炉燃烧排放的尾气更加清洁。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案予以实现的:
一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料,所述甲醇燃料的组成成分按质量百分比计为如下:甲醇85%,丙酮1~7%,组分A8~14%;
其中,所述组分A为过氧化锌、乙醚、二甲氧基甲烷、脂肪类活性剂、甲基叔丁基醚和正辛烷中的一种或几种混合而成。

(1)按质量配比过氧化锌:乙醚:二甲氧基甲烷:脂肪类活性剂:甲基叔丁基醚:正辛烷=(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5),按顺序依次取过氧化锌、乙醚、二甲氧基甲烷、脂肪类活性剂、甲基叔丁基醚和正辛烷中的一种或几种,每种物料间隔10min加入搅拌釜,在常温下以(0.5~1)℃/min的速度升温,并在100~150r/min的搅拌速度下每间隔20min升速20~40r/min,进行搅拌1.5~2h,制得组分A;
(2)按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将1~7%丙酮雾化喷出,在45~55℃下,以200~300r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼40~60min,随后控制搅拌速度为250~350r/min,边搅拌边加入步骤(1)所得8~14%的组分A,进行二次混炼40~60min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明中甲醇掺烧比可达85%,确保甲醇燃料质量均衡化,使甲醇燃料适应于锅炉燃料设定范围,减少燃烧不稳定和燃尽温度差,从而避免过滤炉膛结焦、超温、爆管、灭火等问题,同时保证燃烧充分,减少因热值差异导致的燃烧不充分,以便减小燃料消耗。
本发明通过添加过氧化锌、乙醚、二甲氧基甲烷、脂肪类活性剂、甲基叔丁基醚和正辛烷中的一种或几种混合而成的组分A和丙酮,作为甲醇燃烧的助燃剂,且脂肪类活性剂采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸醇酰胺、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,吐温20和吐温80,配伍性好,增加甲醇燃料稳定性,利于高碳化合物或活性成分提高甲醇燃料的平均热值,从而在相同条件下,单位重量的燃料产能越大,消耗量越低,同时使甲醇能充分燃烧,尾气排放一氧化碳减少95%以上,以便替代目前不可再生的锅炉燃料,使锅炉燃烧排放的尾气更加清洁,提高存储稳定性、安全性和储存期限。
本发明采用的工艺简单、周期短,工艺条件控制,使甲醇燃料调制均匀充分,分散性好,利于提高甲醇燃料的质量均衡性和稳定性,提高加工效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按质量配比过氧化锌:乙醚:二甲氧基甲烷:吐温20:甲基叔丁基醚:正辛烷=1:3:3:4:2:5,按顺序依次取过氧化锌、乙醚、二甲氧基甲烷、吐温20、甲基叔丁基醚和正辛烷,每种物料间隔10min加入搅拌釜,在常温下以0.8℃/min的速度升温,并在120r/min的搅拌速度下每间隔20min升速30r/min,进行搅拌2h,制得组分A,所述吐温20由上海迈瑞尔化学技术有限公司提供;
(2)按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将3%丙酮雾化喷出,在48℃下,以260r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼45min,随后控制搅拌速度为300r/min,边搅拌边加入步骤(1)所得12%的组分A,进行二次混炼50min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
实施例2
一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按质量配比过氧化锌:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:正辛烷=3:4:2,按顺序依次取过氧化锌、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、正辛烷,每种物料间隔10min加入搅拌釜,在常温下以0.8℃/min的速度升温,并在130r/min的搅拌速度下每间隔20min升速40r/min,进行搅拌1.7h,制得组分A,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚由上海邦成化工有限公司提供;
(2)按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将6%丙酮雾化喷出,在52℃下,以280r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼50min,随后控制搅拌速度为310r/min,边搅拌边加入步骤(1)所得9%的组分A,进行二次混炼55min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
实施例3
一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按质量配比乙醚:二甲氧基甲烷=5:2:3,按顺序依次取乙醚和二甲氧基甲烷,每种物料间隔10min加入搅拌釜,在常温下以1℃/min的速度升温,并在140r/min的搅拌速度下每间隔20min升速30r/min,进行搅拌1.5h,制得组分A;
(2)按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将4%丙酮雾化喷出,在49℃下,以230r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼50min,随后控制搅拌速度为330r/min,边搅拌边加入步骤(1)所得11%的组分A,进行二次混炼60min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
实施例4
一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将7%丙酮雾化喷出,在52℃下,以290r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼55min,随后控制搅拌速度为260r/min,边搅拌边加入8%的脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,所述脂肪醇醚硫酸钠由上海卡博工贸有限公司提供,进行二次混炼45min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
实施例5
一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将5%丙酮雾化喷出,在50℃下,以230r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼48min,随后控制搅拌速度为340r/min,边搅拌边加入10%的正辛烷,进行二次混炼50min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
本发明有益的效果是:1.提高甲醇的热值,可达8000kcat/kg以上;2.甲醇掺烧比可达85%;3.尾气排放一氧化碳减少95%以上。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料,其特征为,所述氧化锌、乙醚、二甲氧基甲烷、脂肪类活性剂、甲基叔丁基醚和正辛烷的质量配比如下:过氧化锌:乙醚:二甲氧基甲烷:脂肪类活性剂:甲基叔丁基醚:正辛烷=(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料,其特征为,所述脂肪类活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸醇酰胺、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,吐温20和吐温80。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉燃烧专用甲醇燃料的制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)按质量配比过氧化锌:乙醚:二甲氧基甲烷:脂肪类活性剂:甲基叔丁基醚:正辛烷=(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5):(1~5),按顺序依次取过氧化锌、乙醚、二甲氧基甲烷、脂肪类活性剂、甲基叔丁基醚和正辛烷中的一种或几种,每种物料间隔10min加入搅拌釜,在常温下以(0.5~1)℃/min的速度升温,并在100~150r/min的搅拌速度下每间隔20min升速20~40r/min,进行搅拌1.5~2h,制得组分A;
(2)按质量百分数计取85%甲醇加入反应釜,并将1~7%丙酮雾化喷出,在45~55℃下,以200~300r/min的转速搅拌进行一次混炼40~60min,随后控制搅拌速度为250~350r/min,边搅拌边加入步骤(1)所得8~14%的组分A,进行二次混炼40~60min,冷却至室温即得甲醇燃料。
