所述生物催化剂是利用酶或微生物细胞或动植物细胞作为生物催化剂进行催化反应的技术,酶作为生物催化剂比化学催化剂有许多优点:酶催化反应一般在常温、常压和近于中性条件下进行,所以投资少、能耗少且操作安全高;生物催化剂具有极高的催化效率和反应速度,比化学催化反应的催化效率可高107~1013倍。
所述生物助燃烧剂是由以下重量份的原料组成的:黑色页岩35~45%,氯酸钾35~45%,工业盐3~10%,木炭8~12%,二氧化锰3~5%,使用方法为:将生物助燃剂与燃料混合,生物助燃剂的添加量为燃料的3~5%,本发明的生物助燃剂,各原料间相互协调和加成效应使得具有助燃,增能,节约生物质燃料功能,炉前向生物质燃料内添加3~5%的生物助燃剂,可提高锅炉综合热效率提高3~5.5%,节约标杆率达5~9%,以植物油和动物油脂等为原材料制成的燃料,研究表明生物油的燃烧后SO2的颗粒物质排放量很少,特别是CO等有害气体的排放量比化学燃料低11%~53%。
所述生物表面活性剂:是一种可降解的表面活性剂,生物表面活性剂不仅具有增溶、乳化、润湿、发泡、分散、降低表面张力等表面活性剂所共有的性能,与其他通过化学合成或石油炼制法生产的表面活性剂相比,还具有无毒、可生物降解、生态安全以及高表面活性等优点,在石油领域具有广阔的应用前景,生物表面活性剂作为生物表面活性剂毒性低,与人体和环境相容性好,具有良好的乳化、分散、增溶等特性,在石油钻采等领域具有研究和开发价值,目前已应用于石油工业,生物表面活性剂是微生物在一定条件下代谢过程中分泌出的具有一定表面活性的代谢产物,如糖脂、多糖脂、脂□或中性类脂衍生物等。
本发明的优点是:安全,稳定,增加燃烧热值。安全环境温度达到260度左右,热值在9600---11000大卡,与石化柴油基本一致,是石化柴油最好的替代燃料并依托专用灶具雾化方可形成充分燃烧。安全使用操作过程没有爆炸的可能,没有对人体毒害物质的产生。环保燃烧过程与燃热结束,不产生“三废”,不形成“二次污染”密度一般在0.875左右。硫含量:国六及欧标都为10PM。节能与传统燃料使用对比生物燃料油节能灶20-30%左右,燃烧干净配套专用植物燃料油专用灶具;冷滤点:一般的凝固点在8℃左右就开始出现凝固,而产品在零下-20℃是目前市面上能够做到这点是行业优势。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例,一种植物燃料油催化助燃烧剂,主要成分重量份为:瓜籽油48%,棕榈油11%,花生油5%,亚麻油25%,蓖麻油4%,豆油5%,植物乳化剂3%,生物催化剂2%、生物助燃烧剂1%,生物表面活性剂1%;所述植物燃料油催化助燃烧剂采用植物的瓜籽油成分,加入催化助燃剂,作为生物油燃料添加到植物油中,可节约35%的燃气成本或20%的柴油成本,产品有良好的雾化性,热值提高。

Claims (4)
1.一种植物燃料油催化助燃烧剂,特征是主要成分重量份为:瓜籽油48~68%,棕榈油11~22%,花生油4~8%,亚麻油25~39%,蓖麻油3~6%,豆油4~13%,植物乳化剂2.5~6%,生物催化剂1.5~2.5%、生物助燃烧剂1~3%,生物表面活性剂0.5~1%;所述植物燃料油催化助燃烧剂采用植物的瓜籽油成分,加入催化助燃剂,作为生物油燃料添加到植物油中,可节约35%的燃气成本或20%的柴油成本,产品有良好的雾化性,热值提高。
