本发明公开了一种环保渔网,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸纤维140‑155、聚苯乙烯11‑14份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯7‑10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3‑5份、氢化蓖麻油2‑4、酚醛树脂 3‑5份、聚己内酯5‑6份、木棉纤维 2‑3份、硬脂酸钠4‑6份。本发明使用了聚乳酸纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯等环保原料原料制成,使得制得的渔网强度高、耐磨性好,而且对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及渔网制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保渔网。
背景技术
渔网是用来捕鱼的,现在渔网主要是尼龙材料制成,在强度、耐磨度方面不足,而且存在着污染环境的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种环保渔网,为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种环保渔网,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸纤维140-155、聚苯乙烯11-14份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯7-10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份、氢化蓖麻油2-4、酚醛树脂3-5份、聚己内酯5-6份、木棉纤维2-3份、硬脂酸钠4-6份。
一种环保渔网由以下步骤制成:
(1)将上述聚乳酸纤维与氢化蓖麻油一起加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为8-12分钟;
(2)将搅拌均匀的混合物放入反应器中,加入聚苯乙烯、聚羟基脂肪酸脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、酚醛树脂、聚己内酯,温度控制为242-250℃,反应时间为28-35分钟;
(3)向反应后的混合物中加入添加剂与木棉纤维,搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为8-10分钟,然后加热至熔融状态,加热温度控制为153℃-165℃;
(4)将熔融状态混合物加入挤出机,挤出成型,得到所述渔网。
有益效果:本发明的渔网使用了聚乳酸纤维、聚羟基脂肪酸酯等环保原料原料制成,使得制得的渔网强度高、耐磨性好,而且对环境无污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保渔网,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸纤维148、聚苯乙烯12份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份、氢化蓖麻油4、酚醛树脂5份、聚己内酯5份、木棉纤维2份、硬脂酸钠5份。
一种环保渔网由以下步骤制成:
(1)将上述聚乳酸纤维与氢化蓖麻油一起加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为11分钟;
(2)将搅拌均匀的混合物放入反应器中,加入聚苯乙烯、聚羟基脂肪酸脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、酚醛树脂、聚己内酯,温度控制为246℃,反应时间为32分钟;
(3)向反应后的混合物中加入添加剂与木棉纤维,搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为9分钟,然后加热至熔融状态,加热温度控制为158℃;
(4)将熔融状态混合物加入挤出机,挤出成型,得到所述渔网。

1.一种环保渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸纤维40-55、聚苯乙烯11-18份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯7-12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-6份、氢化蓖麻油2-4、酚醛树脂4-6份、聚己内酯5-7份、木棉纤维2-3份、硬脂酸钠4-6份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的环保渔网,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将上述聚乳酸纤维与氢化蓖麻油一起加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为8-12分钟;
(2)将搅拌均匀的混合物放入反应器中,加入聚苯乙烯、聚羟基脂肪酸脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、酚醛树脂、聚己内酯,温度控制为242-250℃,反应时间为28-35分钟;
(3)向反应后的混合物中加入添加剂与木棉纤维,搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为8-10分钟,然后加热至熔融状态,加热温度控制为153℃-165℃;
(4)将熔融状态混合物放入挤出机,挤出成型,得到所述渔网。
