本发明公开了一种日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料,涉及陶瓷用品制造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:长石粉30‑40份、铝矾土15‑20份、蒙脱石粉15‑20份、活性白土10‑15份、硅灰石粉10‑15份、石油焦8‑12份、聚乙烯醇6‑10份、萜烯树脂5‑8份、巴西棕榈蜡5‑8份、鲸蜡醇4‑6份、增塑助剂4‑6份、纳米胶粉3‑5份、钛白粉2‑3份、硬脂酸钡2‑3份、水300‑500份。本发明坯料中各原料在相互协同作用下,制成均匀性好和结构强度大的素坯,并且可增强素坯烧结后的力学性能,从而提高陶瓷制品的质量。

一种日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料
技术领域:
本发明涉及陶瓷用品制造技术领域,具体涉及一种日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料。
背景技术:
陶瓷器皿分为日用陶瓷器皿和工艺陶瓷器皿两种,其中日用陶瓷器皿主要用来盛放食物,故其表面必须能耐高温、防水渗透。注凝成型是陶瓷用品的成型工艺之一,可应用于不同性能的陶瓷材料形成各种复杂的陶瓷零件。该工艺不仅能够大大提高素坯的均匀性和结构的强度以及烧结后的力学性能,还能通过原位聚合保存陶瓷颗粒的凝胶网络。目前,陶瓷制品的主要原料为粘土和矿物,不能直接用于注凝成型,需要加入添加剂。而添加剂的用量和组成成分直接影响素坯的成型,甚至影响陶瓷成品的使用性能。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可提高素坯均匀性和结构强度以及烧结后力学性能的日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
长石粉30-40份、铝矾土15-20份、蒙脱石粉15-20份、活性白土10-15份、硅灰石粉10-15份、石油焦8-12份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、萜烯树脂5-8份、巴西棕榈蜡5-8份、鲸蜡醇4-6份、增塑助剂4-6份、纳米胶粉3-5份、钛白粉2-3份、硬脂酸钡2-3份、水300-500份。
所述增塑助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:硬脂酸10-15份、气相白炭黑10-15份、微晶蜡8-11份、氢化松香8-11份、卡波树脂6-9份、聚氧化乙烯4-7份、氢化蓖麻油4-7份、十八醇3-5份、丁苯橡胶2-3份、乙醇100-150份,其制备方法为:先将硬脂酸和微晶蜡加入乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入氢化松香和丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入气相白炭黑、卡波树脂、聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油和十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
增塑助剂的加入能有效减少坯料的内应力,提高坯料弹性,从而避免坯料出现开裂现象。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以长石粉和铝矾土为主要原料,辅以蒙脱石粉、活性白土和多种功能助剂制得日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料,该坯料中各原料在相互协同作用下,制成均匀性好和结构强度大的素坯,并且可增强素坯烧结后的力学性能,从而提高陶瓷制品的质量。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
向400份水中加入30份长石粉、18份铝矾土、15份蒙脱石粉、10份活性白土、12份硅灰石粉、8份石油焦、6份聚乙烯醇、5份萜烯树脂、8份巴西棕榈蜡、4份鲸蜡醇、4份增塑助剂、3份纳米胶粉、3份钛白粉和2份硬脂酸钡,充分混合均匀后经注凝成型制得素坯。
增塑助剂的制备:先将15份硬脂酸和10份微晶蜡加入150份乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入8份氢化松香和2份丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入12份气相白炭黑、8份卡波树脂、4份聚氧化乙烯、6份氢化蓖麻油和4份十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
实施例2
向500份水中加入40份长石粉、20份铝矾土、15份蒙脱石粉、15份活性白土、10份硅灰石粉、10份石油焦、8份聚乙烯醇、6份萜烯树脂、6份巴西棕榈蜡、5份鲸蜡醇、5份增塑助剂、4份纳米胶粉、2份钛白粉和3份硬脂酸钡,充分混合均匀后经注凝成型制得素坯。
增塑助剂的制备:先将10份硬脂酸和8份微晶蜡加入120份乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入10份氢化松香和2份丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入10份气相白炭黑、6份卡波树脂、6份聚氧化乙烯、4份氢化蓖麻油和3份十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。

长石粉 30-40份、铝矾土 15-20份、蒙脱石粉 15-20份、活性白土 10-15份、硅灰石粉 10-15份、石油焦 8-12份、聚乙烯醇 6-10份、萜烯树脂 5-8份、巴西棕榈蜡 5-8份、鲸蜡醇 4-6份、增塑助剂 4-6份、纳米胶粉 3-5份、钛白粉 2-3份、硬脂酸钡 2-3份、水 300-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的日用陶瓷制品注凝成型坯料,其特征在于,所述增塑助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:硬脂酸 10-15份、气相白炭黑 10-15份、微晶蜡 8-11份、氢化松香 8-11份、卡波树脂 6-9份、聚氧化乙烯 4-7份、氢化蓖麻油 4-7份、十八醇 3-5份、丁苯橡胶 2-3份、乙醇 100-150份,其制备方法为:先将硬脂酸和微晶蜡加入乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入氢化松香和丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入气相白炭黑、卡波树脂、聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油和十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
