Abstract
本发明公开了一种砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂,涉及砂型铸造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:凹凸棒土30-40份、废机油10-15份、甲壳素10-15份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、石蜡油7-12份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、亚麻籽胶6-10份、环氧大豆油6-10份、聚乙二醇5-8份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺3-6份、羟丙基淀粉醚2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份、硫磺1-2份、浓硝酸1-2份。本发明添加剂的加入能有效改善粘土的性能,使制成的砂型和型芯具有一定的强度,在搬运、合型及浇注液态金属时不致变形或损坏;并且硬化速度快、溃散性好,无需加热就能硬化,并使铸件轻易清砂;发气量少,浇注时不会产生有毒气体。

技术领域:
本发明涉及砂型铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂。
背景技术:
砂型铸造,是一种在砂型中生产铸件的铸造方法,钢、铁和大多数有色合金铸件都可用砂型铸造方法获得。由于砂型铸造所用的造型材料价廉易得,铸型制造简便,对铸件的单件生产、成批生产和大量生产均能适应,长期以来,一直是铸造生产中的基本工艺。制造砂型的基本原材料是铸造砂和型砂粘结剂。为使制成的砂型和型芯具有一定的强度,在搬运、合型及浇注液态金属时不致变形或损坏,一般要在铸造中加入型砂粘结剂,将松散的砂粒粘结起来成为型砂。应用最广的型砂粘结剂是粘土,虽然粘土价格低廉,浇注过程中不产生有毒气体,但粘性有限,需要辅以其他添加剂才能使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种利于型砂成型和使用后溃散,且安全环保的砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
凹凸棒土30-40份、废机油10-15份、甲壳素10-15份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、石蜡油7-12份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、亚麻籽胶6-10份、环氧大豆油6-10份、聚乙二醇5-8份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺3-6份、羟丙基淀粉醚2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份、硫磺1-2份、浓硝酸1-2份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)向石蜡油中加入聚乙烯蜡和亚麻籽胶,先加热至60-70℃保温混合15min,再加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入凹凸棒土和纳米滑石粉,混合均匀,即得物料I;
(2)向废机油中加入松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入羟丙基淀粉醚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合均匀,静置30min后即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入浓硝酸,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再加入物料II、甲壳素、环氧大豆油、聚乙二醇和硫磺,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以凹凸棒土为主要原料,辅以废机油等助剂制得砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂,该添加剂的加入能有效改善粘土的性能,使制成的砂型和型芯具有一定的强度,在搬运、合型及浇注液态金属时不致变形或损坏;并且硬化速度快、溃散性好,无需加热就能硬化,并使铸件轻易清砂;发气量少,浇注时不会产生有毒气体。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向8份石蜡油中加入10份聚乙烯蜡和8份亚麻籽胶,先加热至60-70℃保温混合15min,再加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入30份凹凸棒土和8份纳米滑石粉,混合均匀,即得物料I;
(2)向10份废机油中加入6份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和5份聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入4份羟丙基淀粉醚和2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合均匀,静置30min后即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入2份浓硝酸,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再加入物料II、10份甲壳素、8份环氧大豆油、5份聚乙二醇和1份硫磺,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)向10份石蜡油中加入15份聚乙烯蜡和6份亚麻籽胶,先加热至60-70℃保温混合15min,再加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入40份凹凸棒土和10份纳米滑石粉,混合均匀,即得物料I;
(2)向15份废机油中加入8份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和4份聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入3份羟丙基淀粉醚和4份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合均匀,静置30min后即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入2份浓硝酸,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再加入物料II、12份甲壳素、6份环氧大豆油、6份聚乙二醇和2份硫磺,充分混合均匀。

1.一种砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
凹凸棒土30-40份、废机油10-15份、甲壳素10-15份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、石蜡油7-12份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、亚麻籽胶6-10份、环氧大豆油6-10份、聚乙二醇5-8份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺3-6份、羟丙基淀粉醚2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份、硫磺1-2份、浓硝酸1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砂型铸造粘结用粘土添加剂,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
(1)向石蜡油中加入聚乙烯蜡和亚麻籽胶,先加热至60-70℃保温混合15min,再加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入凹凸棒土和纳米滑石粉,混合均匀,即得物料I;
(2)向废机油中加入松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入羟丙基淀粉醚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合均匀,静置30min后即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入浓硝酸,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再加入物料II、甲壳素、环氧大豆油、聚乙二醇和硫磺,充分混合均匀。
