Abstract

本发明涉及一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料,主要由表层面料、热塑性聚氨酯膜层、经编三维间隔织物组成。表层面料采用三层结构织物。热塑性聚氨酯膜层是厚度仅为0.015㎜的致密非微孔亲水性热塑性聚氨酯分子功能膜。经编三维间隔织物安排在复合面料的里层,它是由两个表层和两层间单丝连接的间隔层构成的,间隔丝在织物中成X型排列,形成一个通风透气的空间,空气透过阻力要远小于聚氨酯泡沫。

一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种复合面料,特别设计一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料。
背景技术
中国交通工具纺织品,也就是用于高铁、飞机、汽车等交通工具的座椅及内饰纺织品的销售量正在以每年15%~20%的速度递增。市场走势呈现销量逐年上升,市场缺口加大,供需矛盾尖锐,大量依靠进口,每年进口金额约40亿美元。
当前交通工具座椅纺织品主要是采用火焰熔合的三层复合面料。人造革、机织和针织布的背面用加热的方法复合上一层2-5mm聚氨酯泡沫及细纱底布,形成的一种三层面料。火焰熔合工艺为聚氨酯泡沫塑料片材连续喂入燃气火口,熔融约1mm左右化为粘合剂,立即与织物贴合,经压辊加压形成的复合面料。
聚氨酯泡沫垫弹性较好,制作成型方便,价格低,但生产环境恶劣,火焰燃烧会产生有毒气体极大刺激工人的呼吸道,存在致癌风险,同时还存在消防隐患。产品在使用过程中透气性差,较厚的聚氨酯泡沫塑料形成了汗液排放的一道屏障,热量积聚,闷热不适。另外这种复合面料无防水、防螨的功能,如水、饮料等液体撒在表面上,会造成潮湿,时间长会滋生螨虫和过敏原等问题。因此研发一种具有防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的复合面料新结构及高效环保的制备方法,解决上述问题具有重要的意义。交通运输工具产业的发展将为其座椅及内饰产品的需求带来前所未有的发展空间,必将成为纺织工业新的经济增长点。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料,主要由表层面料、热塑性聚氨酯膜层、经编三维间隔织物组成,其特征在于:所述表层面料与所述热塑性聚氨酯膜层连接,所述热塑性聚氨酯膜层与所述经编三维间隔织物连接。表层面料采用三层结构织物。热塑性聚氨酯膜层是厚度仅为0.015㎜的致密非微孔亲水性热塑性聚氨酯分子功能膜。经编三维间隔织物由两个表层和两层间单丝连接的间隔层构成的,间隔丝在织物中成X型排列,形成一个通风透气的空间,空气透过阻力要远小于聚氨酯泡沫。
本发明的优点在于:具有良好的防水性和防螨性,不怕被液体侵蚀沾污,防止微生物的繁殖;里层的三维结构织物取代聚氨酯泡沫片状材料,能够在人体皮肤接触层和间隔层间形成一个微小气候,通风透气、抗压回弹。

一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料,主要由表层面料1、热塑性聚氨酯膜层2、经编三维间隔织物3组成,其特征在于:所述表层面料1与所述热塑性聚氨酯膜层2连接,所述热塑性聚氨酯膜层2与所述经编三维间隔织物3连接。表层面料1采用三层结构织物。热塑性聚氨酯膜层2是厚度仅为0.015㎜的致密非微孔亲水性热塑性聚氨酯分子功能膜。经编三维间隔织物3由两个表层和两层间单丝连接的间隔层构成的,间隔丝在织物中成X型排列,形成一个通风透气的空间,空气透过阻力要远小于聚氨酯泡沫。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料,其特征在于所述表层面料采用三层结构织物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿、防螨抗压、高弹舒适的三维膜复合面料,其特征在于所述热塑性聚氨酯膜层是厚度仅为0.015㎜的致密非微孔亲水性热塑性聚氨酯分子功能膜。
