Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车内饰面料,包括有基层,其特征在于所述基层为3D织物,所述基层的表面复合有表层或/和基层的底面复合有防渗透的底层。本发明的基层采用3D织物,3D织物环保、易分解且可以回收再利用,而且3D织物具有一定的厚度,不仅柔软且具有弹性,因此3D织物的底面与防渗透底层复合形成的面料不仅便于安装,且面料与汽车顶棚粘合更加牢固、服帖。

本发明涉及是一种汽车内饰面料的改进发明,特别涉及的是一种适用于汽车顶棚、座椅的面料等。
背景技术
现有的汽车顶棚由海绵与布料复合而成,但是海绵不易分解,且难以回收,极不环保。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明所解决的技术问题旨在提供一种环保型汽车内饰面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:该种汽车内饰面料,包括有基层,其特征在于所述基层为3D织物,所述基层的表面复合有表层或/和基层的底面复合有防渗透的底层。
所述表层为经编单层织物。
所述底层为无纺布。
所述基层与表层之间设置有热熔胶或热熔胶膜。
所述基层与底层之间设置有热熔胶或热熔胶膜。
所述表层为印花织物。
本发明的基层采用3D织物, 3D织物环保、易分解且可以回收再利用,而且3D织物具有一定的厚度,不仅柔软且具有弹性,因此3D织物的底面与防渗透底层复合形成的面料不仅便于安装,且面料与汽车顶棚粘合更加牢固、服帖;而3D织物的表面与表层复合形成的面料不仅更美观、手感更加,而且加工成本更低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图描述本发明的实施方式及实施例的有关细节及工作原理。该种汽车内饰面料,包括有基层2,所述基层为3D织物2,所述3D织物即经编双针床织物,3D织物2可分解材料,还可以回收再利用,为环保材料,符合社会发展需求,而且3D织物2根据需求可以编织成不同的厚度,本发明所需的3D织物为1-2MM即可,这样的厚度不仅柔软且具有弹性,还具有一定的隔音效果,实用性佳;所述基层表面复合有表层3,所述表层为经编单层织物,还可以为印花织物,表层根据需求染成不同的颜色且编织不同花色,因而表层的设置不仅更加美观,手感更佳,而且相对于3D编织及染色来说,单层织物的编织及染色效率高、成本低;所述基层的底面复合有防渗透的底层1,所述底层1可以采用无纺布,所述底层1与汽车顶棚粘合更牢固、服帖,也更便于安装,而且胶不会渗透至基层2,这样基层2表面平整、美观;由基层2与表层3复合而成的面料、基层2与底层1复合而成的面料以及由表层3、基层2及底层1三层复合的面料均可以用于汽车内饰,并且三种面料均可以回收再利用,十分环保,而且外表面美观、手感佳;当然由表层、基层及底层三层复合的面料则效果最佳。
所述基层与表层之间以及所述基层与底层之间设置有热熔胶或热熔胶膜,即基层与表层、底层的复合可以采用热熔胶或热熔胶膜为原料,以热辊压的方式实现复合,热熔胶膜加热后具有粘性,使基层与表层或底层粘合在一起,加工十分方便。

1.一种汽车内饰面料,包括有基层,其特征在于所述基层为3D织物,所述基层的表面复合有表层或/和基层的底面复合有防渗透的底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于所述表层为经编单层织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于所述底层为无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于所述基层与表层之间设置有热熔胶或热熔胶膜。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于所述基层与底层之间设置有热熔胶或热熔胶膜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于所述表层为印花织物。
