中国是一个历史悠久的酒文化国家,酒作为日常生活中一种常用的饮品,适量用可以疏通经脉,行气和血,散湿止痛,温阳祛寒,具有养生保健的功效,如果短期内大量摄取酒精则易导致急性酒精中毒,产生头晕、恶心、呕吐等不适症状,长期饮酒可引起消化、神经、循环等系统诸多病变。乙醇在体内有极少量直接经尿、汗或肺排出体外,绝大部分酒精主要在肝脏代谢,经乙醇脱氢酶将酒精转化为乙醛,再经肝乙醛脱氢酶氧化为乙酸,最后变成水和二氧化碳排出体外。长期过度饮酒则会引起慢性酒精中毒,导致酒精性肝病,使人体产生心肌乏力、黏膜损伤、血管变脆、肾功能衰竭等病理变化,还会引起机体生理功能紊乱,危害人体健康。
目前国内外解酒护肝产品主要可分为以下四类:第一类是利尿类化学合成药物,如纳洛酮,纳洛酮为阿片受体特异性拮抗剂,可改善酒精中毒症状,但对慢性酒精性肝病患者的治疗效果较小,且大量使用时临床上会出现恶心呕吐、心律失常、血压升高等现象;第二类是护肝养胃类中药,如清肝活血方、消脂护肝汤、解酒护肝饮等,可通过改善微循环,扩张组织血管增加供氧量,促进尿排泄,达到解酒醒脑的作用,但效果稍微迟缓;第三类是蛋白肽类,如醒酒肽饮料,其解酒机理是通过升高血液中亮氨酸和丙氨酸的浓度产生稳定的氧化型辅酶Ⅰ,但是具体解酒机理尚不清楚;第四类是提高酒精代谢相关酶的活性,促进乙醇或乙醛氧化分解。如美国RU21,主要原料是VC、琥珀酸、L-谷氨酰胺、延胡索酸、葡萄糖、抗坏血酸等市面有不少能够解酒的中成药,如葛根散、石膏汤、藿香正气散等。
上述的这些中成药有明显的治疗作用,且多为针对其它疾患所立的方,服后虽能对醉酒有所裨益,但其治疗作用对单纯饮酒的健康人来说可能就是副作用了。因而天然、有效、无副作用的护肝解酒固体饮料必将是人们饮酒后健康保健或代替酒的必然选择。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的目前解酒护肝产品为中成药,服用有其他副作用的问题,本发明提出了一种安全有效,无毒性,无副作用,携带方便的解酒护肝固体饮料及其制备方法和应用。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种解酒护肝固体饮料,以重量计算包括如下的制备原料:葛花提取物20-50份、甘草提取物20-40份、枳椇子提取物20-50份、覆盆子提取物20-40份。
更进一步的,所述解酒护肝固体饮料为加水即溶的固体饮料。
本发明还提出了上述解酒护肝固体饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)葛花提取物的制备:将葛花用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取两次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,减压浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得葛根提取物;
(2)甘草提取物的制备:将甘草用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得甘草子提取物;
(3)枳椇子提取物的制备:将枳椇子用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得枳椇子提取物;
(4)覆盆子提取物的制备:将覆盆子用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得覆盆子提取物;
(5)按照配比称取制备完成的各组分,置于混合机中充分混合均匀,灭菌,按量分装即可得到所需解酒护肝固体饮料。
本发明还提出了上述的解酒护肝固体饮料的应用,具体于应用于饮酒及应酬多的人群的保健治疗。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种解酒护肝固体饮料及其制备方法和应用,以重量计由葛花提取物20-50份、甘草提取物20-40份、枳椇子提取物20-50份、覆盆子提取物20-40份制备而成,其中葛花有提高肝脏乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)的活性作用,有利于乙醇在体内的分解代谢,从而可以强效解酒,还具有清热、解毒、护肝、养颜、补肾之作用;甘草具有抗炎、抗病毒、保肝解毒及增强免疫功能等作用,养肝、护肝效果非常好;枳椇子含有大量的葡萄糖、苹果酸钙,有较强的利尿作用,能促进乙醇的分解和排出,从而减轻乙醇对肝组织的损伤;覆盆子具有养肝明目之功效;葛花、甘草、枳椇子、覆盆子共同产生协同作用、增强作用,解酒护肝的效果更为明显,本发明的制备方法简单,制备而成的固体饮料安全有效,无毒性,无副作用,携带方便,加水即饮,是人们饮酒后健康保健或代替酒的最佳选择。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
实施例1-3:
一种解酒护肝固体饮料,以质量计算以表1的制备原料配方组成:

实施例4:
上述实施例1-3的一种解酒护肝固体饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)葛花提取物的制备:将葛花用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取两次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,减压浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得葛根提取物;
(2)甘草提取物的制备:将甘草用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得甘草子提取物;
(3)枳椇子提取物的制备:将枳椇子用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得枳椇子提取物;
(4)覆盆子提取物的制备:将覆盆子用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得覆盆子提取物;
(5)按照配比称取制备完成的各组分,置于混合机中充分混合均匀,灭菌,按量分装即可得到所需解酒护肝固体饮料。
实施例5:
一种解酒护肝固体饮料的应用,具体于应用于饮酒及应酬多的人群的保健治疗。
将实施例1-3制备的解酒护肝固体饮料,分别做小鼠试验,具体如下:
A)试验对象与方法:
将40只小鼠(雌雄各半)预养3d,分成正常组、模型组、喂食解酒护肝固体饮料的小剂量试验组和大剂量试验组,每组10只。
将56°红星二锅头用蒸馏水配制成40°白酒备用;正常组自由摄食、饮水;其余各组在正常喂养的基础上,按体重每日予9g/kg白酒进行造模,分两次灌胃,连续6周。小剂量试验组和大剂量试验组均于每次灌酒后1h灌胃相应固体饮料冲剂:大剂量试验组灌胃解酒护肝固体饮料85g/kg,大剂量试验组灌胃解酒护肝固体饮料17g/kg,均连续给药6周。
B)评价方法:
1)一般情况观察实验过程中各组动物的一般情况,包括精神、活动、饮食、排便、皮毛、体重。
2)血清分离及血生化指标的检测动物禁食12h后,称重,以7%水合氯醛5ml/kg腹腔注射麻醉小鼠,断头取血,静止2h后,以3500r/min离心5min,分离血清,-80℃储存备用。血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检测按试剂盒的说明书操作进行。
3)肝脏指数动物断头后,迅速剖腹取肝脏,用预冷的生理盐水冲洗,滤纸吸湿后,即称量其湿重,并计算肝脏指数(肝湿重/体重×100)。
4)统计学方法:运用SPSS10.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析、组间比较采用q检验。
C)试验结果
正常组:动物精神充沛,灵活好动,饮食及排便未见异常,皮毛整洁光泽,体重持续稳定增加;
其余组小鼠,在灌酒后均有不同程度的精神委靡,活动度减小,饮食减少,皮毛不整等表现,且多数小鼠出现大便溏薄;而给予预防性治疗后,小剂量试验组和大剂量试验组的小鼠精神状态和饮食、大便情况均较模型组好转。
I)各组小鼠肝脏指数的变化:模型组的肝脏指数较正常对照组明显降低,而经解酒护肝固体饮料喂食进行保健治疗后,试验组小鼠的肝脏指数较模型组均有所提高(P<0.05),具体见表2。

II)各组小鼠肝功能的变化:模型组血清AST、ALT水平明显高于正常组;而解酒护肝固体饮料干预处理后各组血清的AST、ALT水平较模型组均明显降低(P<0.05),其中实施例1-3中大剂量组AST水平较小剂量组低(P<0.05),实施例1-3中大剂量组血清ALT与小剂量组和模型组比较较低(P<0.05)。具体见表3。

经动物小鼠实验,实施例1-3中制备的解酒护肝固体饮料均能够明显的降低小鼠的肝脏指数,降低血AST、ALT水平。本发明一种解酒护肝固体饮料具有明显的解酒作用,保护肝细胞,减轻酒精对肝细胞的损伤。
应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种解酒护肝固体饮料,其特征在于以重量计算包括如下的制备原料:葛花提取物20-50份、甘草提取物20-40份、枳椇子提取物20-50份、覆盆子提取物20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒护肝固体饮料,其特征在于:所述解酒护肝固体饮料为加水即溶的固体饮料。
3.如权利要求1所述的解酒护肝固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)葛花提取物的制备:将葛花用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取两次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,减压浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得葛根提取物;
(2)甘草提取物的制备:将甘草用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得甘草子提取物;
(3)枳椇子提取物的制备:将枳椇子用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得枳椇子提取物;
(4)覆盆子提取物的制备:将覆盆子用15倍的75%乙醇浸泡4h,然后加热回流提取2次,第一次14倍量提取1.5h,第二次12倍量提取1h;合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得覆盆子提取物;
(5)按照配比称取制备完成的各组分,置于混合机中充分混合均匀,灭菌,按量分装即可得到所需解酒护肝固体饮料。
4.如权利要求1所述的解酒护肝固体饮料的应用,其特征在于应用于饮酒及应酬多的人群的保健治疗。
