背景技术
在个人护理行业中,可以通过将活性成分配制成乳膏或洗剂、然后涂覆于皮肤上来将活性成分以皮肤疗法传递。有时难以将足够的活性成分装载于有效的稳定配制品中或将活性成分自配制品传递到皮肤上。因此活性成分不能有效地用于皮肤上。举例来说,在活性成分存在于护肤产品(例如洗剂)中的组合物中,治疗部位涂覆的洗剂可能不足以产生益处。
另外,个人护理行业中所用的活性成分往往对温度敏感。植物学产品可能尤其难以调配,原因在于大部分植物学产品对热敏感并且溶解度和稳定性较低。将不相容活性成分(例如疏水性组分和亲水性组分)加入配制品中也是理想的。此外,虽然可以将活性成分并入水溶性膜中,但是这些膜需要在水中操作,以便这些膜在涂覆之前溶解。因此,如果使用的水太多,那么活性成分会变得太稀,或者,如果使用的水不够,那么膜不会完全溶解以释出活性成分。

发明内容
在一个方面中,提供包含胶凝剂的组合物。胶凝剂主要由纤维素基胶凝聚合物组成,其中所述纤维素基胶凝聚合物在2%溶液中、在约20摄氏度下具有约2厘泊(centipoise)与约4000厘泊之间的粘度。组合物在约20摄氏度下可以是硬质泡沫。组合物还可以包含活性成分。
在另一方面中,提供制备这种组合物的方法。所述方法包含将包含胶凝剂的起泡液体组合物在约40摄氏度与约50摄氏度之间的温度下干燥约10分钟与约30分钟之间。起泡液体组合物还可以包含活性成分。
具体实施方式
为了确保活性成分的适当安置和投配,使充气泡沫快速溶解是有益的。靶向传递需要轻质、稳定的配制品。还需要使活性成分维持稳定状态,而无需为了获得长存放期去研发复杂配方。

低温胶凝水溶性甲基纤维素和HPMC聚合物的胶凝过程是在室温下开始,并且一旦胶凝化,那么所产生的泡沫在干燥期间保持结构。这种方法可以在比挤出(生产干燥固体泡沫组合物的一种替代方法)所需低得多的温度下进行。这对于不能经受住高温工艺(例如挤出)的温度敏感性活性成分来说可能特别有益。举例来说,活性成分在高温下可能容易发生降解。在一些实施例中,在高于50摄氏度下展示降解的活性成分能经受住所述方法。活性成分可以是例如颜料、维生素C、增湿剂、痤疮治疗剂,或植物学产品,例如芦荟(aloe vera)或茶树油。在其它实施例中,活性成分可以是清洁剂,例如个人护理清洁剂(例如洗发精、沐浴露、面部清洁剂)或家用清洁(例如洗衣)所用的清洁剂。
实例
通过使HPMC(并且在一些实例中,活性成分)的水溶液或悬浮液起泡来制备干泡沫。表1所示的实例中使用50%泡沫品质(50体积%空气、50体积%配制品),但30体积%与70体积%之间的空气也展现泡沫品质,同时仍然生产出高品质产品,即,孔隙率高并且能够快速和准确传递活性成分的硬质泡沫。将泡沫滴落到不粘的烘焙薄板上并且在50℃干燥20分钟。组合物配方展示于下表1中。这些配方产生能够快速并且准确传递活性成分到目标的硬质泡沫。

1.一种干泡沫组合物,包含∶
20体积%-99体积%的空气,
活性成分,
胶凝剂,其中所述胶凝剂由纤维素基胶凝聚合物组成,所述纤维素基胶凝聚合物选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素或其组合,
其中所述纤维素基胶凝聚合物在2重量%溶液中、在20摄氏度下具有2厘泊与100厘泊之间的粘度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述纤维素基胶凝聚合物具有2厘泊与10厘泊之间的粘度。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的组合物,其中所述组合物在搅拌下能在10秒内分散于水中。

9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述起泡液体组合物干燥10分钟与30分钟之间。
10.根据权利要求8或权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述方法不需要表面活性剂的存在。
