本发明公开了一种轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,包括线芯和护套层。多根线芯平行设置,且均被包覆在护套层内,护套层的横截面为长腰形。线芯包括加强芯、导体层和绝缘层,导体层由多根导体丝绕包在加强芯的外周形成。绝缘层包覆在导体层的外周。本发明具有优异的高抗拉性、柔软性、耐弯曲性、耐油和阻燃特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆。
背景技术
目前国内卷筒电缆在反复卷曲收放使用一段时间后,就会出现导体扭曲变形,鼓包断芯等问题,导致卷筒电缆无法继续使用,为了提高电缆的抗拉性能,传统的卷筒电缆都是在导体中增加钢丝绳以提高电缆导体的抗拉性能,但由于钢的密度大,其在加入钢丝绳后,电缆重量大大增加,甚至出现卷筒电机无法启动的现象,给设备及能源带来了很大的损耗。还有的在导体中增加芳纶丝,芳纶丝虽说重量较轻,但其质地较软,只能混绞入导体中,虽能起到加强抗拉的作用,但无法起到支承导体并以较小的节距在其上面缠绕导体的作用。并且铜是塑性较大的材料,其在过度弯曲导体被拉伸以后无法自动恢复原状,会导致电缆鼓包的现象,长期出现此种情况就会导致导体断裂。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆。
本发明提出的一种轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,包括线芯和护套层;
多根线芯平行设置,且均被包覆在护套层内,护套层的横截面为长腰形;
线芯包括加强芯、导体层和绝缘层,导体层由多根导体丝绕包在加强芯的外周形成;绝缘层包覆在导体层的外周。
优选的,导体丝由第5类绞合软导体制成。
优选的,导体丝由无氧铜制成,且导体丝的表面镀有锡。
优选的,加强芯由碳纤维丝制成。
优选的,绝缘层由乙丙橡胶挤包在导体层的外周形成。
优选的,护套层由氯丁胶材料制成。
优选的,相邻两线芯之间隔有护套层。
优选的,线芯的个数为3个。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下有益效果:
本发明提出的一种轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,多根线芯平等设置,且电缆的横截面为长腰形,如此,能够提高电缆的弯曲性能。
加强芯位于线芯的中间位置,且由碳纤维丝制成,由于碳纤维密度比金属铝小,但强度却高于钢铁许多,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,用其作为加强芯,其抗拉强度大大增加,且能够使电缆的重量大大减小。
导体层由镀锡无氧铜第5类绞合软导体通过较小的节距缠绕到加强芯的外周形成,以绕包的方式形成导体层,能够使导体满足一定程度的反复弯曲而不会导致导体的断裂或变形。
绝缘层包覆在导体层的外周,且绝缘层由乙丙橡胶挤包在导体层的外周形成,能够提高电缆的绝缘性能及耐热性,且能够使电缆更加柔软。
护套层由高性能耐寒阻燃氯丁胶护套料制成,能够提高电缆的械性能、高耐疲劳性、弹性、耐磨性、耐油性和耐老化性能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图对具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1所示,图1为本发明提出本发明的结构示意图,包括线芯1和护套层2。
多根线芯1平行设置,具体实施时,线芯1的个数为3个。且均被包覆在护套层2内,护套层2的横截面为长腰形。具体实施时,护套层2由氯丁胶材料制成。具体实施时,相邻两线芯1之间隔有护套层2。护套层2挤出时,线芯1与线芯1之间以连接筋分开,以让护套材料完全包覆绝缘线芯成为一个整体。以提高绝缘及护套的整体抗拉性和弯曲性能。电缆护套采用耐寒阻燃氯丁胶护套料,由于氯丁胶耐寒性高,可以达到-40℃,在户外早晚温差大、严寒的地方也可以正常使用。抗张强度可以达到16.0N/mm2以上,抗撕强度高达13.1N/mm左右。这样电缆具有高机械性能、高耐疲劳性、弹性、耐磨性、耐油性和耐老化性能,非常适用于长期工作在露天、油污等恶劣环境中使用,并且能在每天上下多次的弯曲、扭转情况下电缆不会出现问题。
如图2所示,图2为本发明所公开的线芯的结构示意图,线芯1包括加强芯11、导体层12和绝缘层13,具体实施时,加强芯11由碳纤维丝制成。碳纤维密度比金属铝小,但强度却高于钢铁许多,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,用其作为加强芯,其抗拉强度大大增加,但电缆的重量大大减小。导体层12由多根导体丝121绕包在加强芯11的外周形成。具体实施时,导体丝121由第5类绞合软导体制成。更具体地,导体丝121由无氧铜制成,且导体丝121的表面镀有锡。绝缘层13包覆在导体层12的外周。具体实施时,绝缘层13由乙丙橡胶挤包在导体层12的外周形成。乙丙橡胶材料的伸长率大,能够提高电缆的抗拉性能、弯曲性能和电缆的柔软性。

1.一种轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:包括线芯(1)和护套层(2);
多根线芯(1)平行设置,且均被包覆在护套层(2)内,护套层(2)的横截面为长腰形;
线芯(1)包括加强芯(11)、导体层(12)和绝缘层(13),导体层(12)由多根导体丝(121)绕包在加强芯(11)的外周形成;绝缘层(13)包覆在导体层(12)的外周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:导体丝(121)由第5类绞合软导体制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:导体丝(121)由无氧铜制成,且导体丝(121)的表面镀有锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:加强芯(11)由碳纤维丝制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:绝缘层(13)由乙丙橡胶挤包在导体层(12)的外周形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:护套层(2)由氯丁胶材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:相邻两线芯(1)之间隔有护套层(2)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轻型高抗拉耐弯曲卷筒扁电缆,其特征在于:线芯(1)的个数为3个。
