本发明属于电缆生产领域,涉及一种电缆,特别是一种抗拉电缆。
背景技术
目前市场上电缆的种类规格繁多,电缆的工作应用环境也不同,在实际操作中的放线或收线时,电缆将受到地面摩擦甚至阻碍,从而使电缆在工作中频繁受到摩擦及大强度拉力和扭转,缩短其使用寿命,且电缆运行过程中因受到频繁弯曲、拉伸等多种机械应力作用,可能导致线芯的断裂情况发生,严重影响正常的生产作业。
授权公告号CN 204884623U公开了一种耐磨抗拉电缆,包括高强度纤维丝、导线、矿物质隔火层、阻燃石棉层、镀锌丝、芳纶编织层和耐磨橡胶层,导线外包裹有绝缘层,多根导线同向绞合成一体后包在包裹带层内,包裹带层之间设置有多根高强度纤维丝,高强度纤维丝外包裹有弹性橡胶层,包裹带层和高强度纤维丝均设置在阻燃石棉层内,阻燃石棉层内填充有矿物质隔火层,阻燃石棉层外侧设置有芳纶编织层,芳纶编织层内镶嵌有若干镀锌丝,所述芳纶编织层外侧包裹有耐磨橡胶层。上述抗拉电缆结构较复杂,单位长度的电缆重量较重;电缆沿其长度方向的直线抗拉伸强度虽好于传统电缆,但仍然不能满足部分作业需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐弯曲扭转、高强度抗拉的电缆。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗拉电缆,包括三根铜导体,每根所述的铜导体外挤包有绝缘层,绝缘层外挤包有玻璃纤维层;三根铜导体与对应的绝缘层、玻璃纤维层构成芯缆,芯缆外挤包有护套层;所述的护套层与芯缆之间设有均布的三根直线型钢丝绳,该钢丝绳直径为0.1-0.2mm;在护套层、芯缆与钢丝绳之间设有填充层;所述的护套层厚度为1.5-2.5mm,在护套层内设有螺旋状钢丝,螺旋状钢丝直径为0.05-0.08mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明利用在填充层内设有直线型的钢丝绳、以及在护套层内设有螺旋状的钢丝,使电缆在长度及环向方向上具有双层的抗拉伸强度,螺旋状的钢丝具有一定的弹性功能,增加了电缆整体的抗拉性和弯曲性,增加了电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种抗拉电缆,如图1所示,包括三根铜导体1,每根铜导体1外挤包有绝缘层2,绝缘层2外挤包有玻璃纤维层3;三根铜导体与对应的绝缘层、玻璃纤维层构成芯缆,芯缆外挤包有护套层7;护套层7与芯缆之间设有均布的三根直线型钢丝绳5,该钢丝绳直径为0.1-0.2mm,其沿着电缆长度方向设置;在护套层7、芯缆与钢丝绳5之间设有填充层4,填充层采用高阻燃填充绳和工业强力胶水混合填充;
护套层7厚度为1.5-2.5mm,其采用辐照低烟无卤阻燃交联聚烯烃材料挤包,在护套层7内设有螺旋状钢丝6,该螺旋状钢丝一方面沿着电缆长度方向设置,另一方面沿着电缆环向方向设置,其直径为0.05-0.08mm;
本发明利用在填充层内设有直线型的钢丝绳、以及在护套层内设有螺旋状的钢丝,使电缆在长度及环向方向上具有双层的抗拉伸强度,螺旋状的钢丝具有一定的弹性功能,增加了电缆整体的抗拉性和弯曲性,增加了电缆的使用寿命。
