Abstract

一种具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的弹性泡沫塑料层、混合泡沫塑料层、玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层。各层沿轴向呈台阶形设置,即混合泡沫塑料层相对于弹性泡沫塑料层形成第一台阶,玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层组合成整体相对于混合泡沫塑料层形成第二台阶。本发明的保温板用于安装在储罐的规定区域,通过各保温板之间的严密配合,在储罐的规定区域构成密闭绝热保温层。并具有安装方便、性能优异和生产高效的优点。

Description

具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温材料,尤其涉及一种具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板。
背景技术
液化气体储罐对弯曲特性的保温板具有一定的需求。现有技术的保温板存在以下几个问题:(1)可弯曲程度有限,不能完全满足市场需要;(2)弯曲后易断裂,(3)装配结构不紧密;(4)保温板与储罐的连接不稳固。受原材料特性的限制,此类具有弯曲特性的保温板应用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的弹性泡沫塑料层、混合泡沫塑料层、玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层。
所述倒U型保温板沿轴向呈台阶形设置,即混合泡沫塑料层相对于弹性泡沫塑料层形成第一台阶,玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层组合成整体相对于混合泡沫塑料层形成第二台阶。
所述混合泡沫塑料层沿径向由三段材料组成,中间一段为弹性泡沫塑料,两端两段为泡沫塑料。
所述弹性泡沫塑料选自聚乙烯泡沫塑料、聚氯乙烯泡沫塑料中的一种。
所述泡沫塑料为聚苯乙烯发泡塑料。
各层之间用弹性胶水或者热塑性胶水粘合,或直接通过热熔接粘合。
本发明的保温板弯曲一定角度安装在储罐的规定区域,并通过各保温板之间的严密配合,在储罐的规定区域构成密闭绝热保冷保温层。此保温层具有可弯曲特性,在上述规定区域产生一定变形的情况下仍能保证其有效性和完成性,从而减少外部热量传入储罐,维持储罐内液化气体的温度,同时也起到了抗冲击的作用。
本发明还具有以下的优点:
1、安装方便:通过将保温板弯曲一定角度,固定在液化气低温储罐的规定区域;
2、性能优异:优异的可弯曲性能,高效的保温性能,还具有抗冲击作用;
3、生产高效:加工简单,节约原材料。

具体实施方式
参见图1,配合参见图2、图3,本发明具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,包括由外向内依次设置的弹性泡沫塑料层1、混合泡沫塑料层2、玻璃纤维布层3、泡沫塑料层4和防护层5。各层之间用弹性胶水或者热塑性胶水粘合,或直接通过热熔接粘合。
本发明的倒U型保温板沿轴向呈台阶形设置,即混合泡沫塑料层相对于弹性泡沫塑料层形成第一台阶6,玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层组合成整体相对于混合泡沫塑料层形成第二台阶7。
上述混合泡沫塑料层2沿径向由三段材料组成,中间一段为弹性泡沫塑料21,两端两段为泡沫塑料22。
本发明中的弹性泡沫塑料选自聚乙烯泡沫塑料、聚氯乙烯泡沫塑料中的一种。
本发明中的泡沫塑料为聚苯乙烯发泡塑料。
本发明具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板用于安装在低温储罐和支撑架之间的间隙中,其使用状态如图4所示。图中所示,8为储罐的金属壁,9为支撑架的支撑壁,10为其它保温材料。A为本发明的倒U型保温板,利用倒U型保温板上的台阶一个接一个套接相连。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,其特征在于:包括由外向内依次设置的弹性泡沫塑料层、混合泡沫塑料层、玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,其特征在于:所述倒U型保温板沿轴向呈台阶形设置,即混合泡沫塑料层相对于弹性泡沫塑料层形成第一台阶,玻璃纤维布层、泡沫塑料层和防护层组合成整体相对于混合泡沫塑料层形成第二台阶。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,其特征在于:所述混合泡沫塑料层沿径向由三段材料组成,中间一段为弹性泡沫塑料,两端两段为泡沫塑料。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,其特征在于:所述弹性泡沫塑料选自聚乙烯泡沫塑料、聚氯乙烯泡沫塑料中的一种。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,其特征在于:所述泡沫塑料为聚苯乙烯发泡塑料。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有弯曲特性的用于液化气低温储罐的倒U型保温板,其特征在于:各层之间用弹性胶水或者热塑性胶水粘合,或直接通过热熔接粘合。
