Abstract
一种用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,包括顺序设置的第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层。其中的第二保温层相对于第一保护层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。第三保温层相对于第一保护层和第二保温层向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔,在伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。本发明具有使用范围广、安全可靠、密闭性能优异、安装稳固和安全维护方便的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料,特别涉及一种用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板。
背景技术
目前市场上所存在的液化气低温储罐绝热保冷板存在以下几个问题:
(1)保温板强度不足,易产生变形,易断裂;
(2)保温板装配结构不紧密;
(3)保温板与储罐的连接不稳固。
目前市场上采用粘合剂将保温板与保温板、保温板与储罐进行粘结,由于其粘结性能受到湿度、温度、施工工艺等因素的影响,当上述因素不满足相关要求时,即会产生粘结失效,从而造成上述问题的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,包括顺序设置的第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层。
各保温层的保温材料选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料、酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种,并用玻璃纤维增强。
所述外防护层采用金属或非金属硬质材料制作。
所述第二保温层相对于第一保温层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
所述第三保温层相对于第一保温层和第二保温层向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔,在伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
所述固定盘用桦木板制成。
所述缓冲保温层的保温材料为玻璃棉。
所述低温胶水是由Macroplast UK 5400和Macroplast UK 8202混配而成的双组份胶水。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下的优点和特点:
1、使用范围广:可用于各种液化气体、不同形状的低温储罐;
2、安全可靠:采用高效保温材料,其保温性能优于一般高温材料,强度高,耐候性好;
3、密闭性能优异:榫接的结构设计使得保温板之间的密闭性能好,保证了保温板内外空间完全隔绝;
4、安装稳固:保温板与液化气低温储罐之间用安装紧固件以机械接连的方式连接稳定;
5、安全维护方便:便于安装、拆卸,可替换性高。

具体实施方式
参见图1,配合参见图2、图3,本发明的用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,包括顺序设置的第一保温层1、第二保温层2和第三保温层3,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水4粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层5。
本发明中各保温层的保温材料选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料、酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种,并用玻璃纤维增强。
本发明中的外防护层5采用金属或非金属硬质材料制作。
本发明中的第二保温层2相对于第一保温层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层6。
本发明中的第三保温层3相对于第一保温层1和第二保温层2向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘7,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔8,在伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层6。
本发明中的固定盘7用桦木板制成。
本发明中的缓冲保温层6的保温材料为玻璃棉。
本发明中的低温胶水是由Macroplast UK 5400和Macroplast UK 8202混配而成的双组份胶水。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,其特征在于:包括顺序设置的第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层;
所述第二保温层相对于第一保温层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在第二保温层伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层,所述第三保温层相对于第一保温层和第二保温层向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在第三保温层伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔,在第三保温层伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,其特征在于:各保温层的保温材料选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料、酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种,并用玻璃纤维增强。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,其特征在于:所述外防护层采用金属或非金属硬质材料制作。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,其特征在于:所述固定盘用桦木板制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,其特征在于:所述缓冲保温层的保温材料为玻璃棉。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于液化气低温储罐绝热保冷的保温板,其特征在于:所述低温胶水是由Macroplast UK 5400和Macroplast UK 8202混配而成的双组份胶水。
