技术领域
本申请总体上涉及一种用于流体控制装置的阀组件。更特别地,本申请涉及一种阀组件,所述阀组件具有阀体、临时帽、检修阀和可逆抽吸器。
背景技术
阀组件在各种管道装置中用于控制从装置分配的水的温度和体积。阀组件可以接收来自独立供应管线的热水和冷水并且可控地混合水以提供具有中间温度的输出。阀组件的安装典型地需要暂时地中断连接到阀组件的供应管线中的水压。每当阀组件被更换、升级或换成不同的阀组件时,可能必须在拆卸当前的阀组件之前停止水压。另外,由于阀组件常常是非均匀的,因此常常需要特定管道工具用于阀安装和拆卸。
典型的阀组件可以包括热水入口端口、冷水入口端口和两个出口端口。一个出口端口可以将流动引导到淋浴装置,而另一出口端口可以将流动引导到浴盆装置。抽吸器典型地用于将流体流动引导到两个出口端口中的一个。典型的抽吸器是内置到阀组件中的方向部件。换句话说,只有当阀组件以特定取向(例如相对于墙壁)安装时抽吸器才可以正确地操作。例如如果供水管线从它必须连接到的端口相反的方向接近阀组件,则该方向性可能需要墙壁内的复杂管道布置以将热水和冷水引导到阀组件上的适当端口。
发明内容
本公开的一个实现方式是一种用于流体控制阀的通用阀体。所述阀体可以包括前面,所述前面限定平面并且具有用于接收阀芯(valvecartridge)的圆形开口;平行于所述平面的后面;截头圆锥形侧壁,所述截头圆锥形侧壁将所述前面连接到所述后面;以及第一入口端口和第一出口端口。所述后面可以为圆形并且小于所述前面中的所述圆形开口。在一些实施例中,所述通用阀体配置成接收从一组可互换阀芯选择的阀芯。
在一些实施例中,两个端口倾斜地布置在所述截头圆锥形侧壁中。在一些实施例中,所述第一入口端口和所述第一出口端口成大约45°角与所述截头圆锥形侧壁交叉,而在其它实施例中所述第一入口端口和所述第一出口端口成大约75°角与所述截头圆锥形侧壁交叉。所述第一入口端口和所述第一出口端口可以配置成相应地在平行于所述平面的方向上接收和输出流体。
在一些实施例中,所述阀体还可以包括配置成接收第一检修阀的第一凹陷。所述第一凹陷可以定位在所述第一入口端口的上游的流体流动路径中。在一些实施例中,所述阀体还可以包括第二入口端口,所述第二入口端口与所述第一入口端口对准并且配置成在与所述第一入口端口相反的方向上接收流体;第二出口端口,所述第二出口端口与所述第一出口端口对准并且配置成在与所述第一出口端口相反的方向上输出流体;以及第二凹陷,所述第二凹陷配置成接收第二检修阀。所述第二凹陷可以定位在所述第二入口端口的上游的流体流动路径中。所述第二入口端口和所述第二出口端口可以分别与所述第一入口端口和所述第一出口端口相反地倾斜地布置在所述截头圆锥形侧壁中。
本公开的另一实现方式是一种用于阀体的帽。所述帽可以包括基部,所述基部具有相对于所述阀体的第一取向和第二取向,和从所述基部延伸的结构。所述基部的第一部分可以配置成将所述基部对准所述阀体以便在所述第一取向将所述基部可释放地联接到所述阀体。所述基部的第二部分可以配置成将所述基部对准所述阀体以便在所述第二取向将所述基部可释放地联接到所述阀体。当所述基部在所述第一取向联接到所述阀体时,流体可以通过所述阀体中的入口端口进入所述阀体并且通过所述阀体中的出口端口离开所述阀体。当所述基部在所述第二取向联接到所述阀体时,从所述基部延伸的所述结构可以覆盖所述入口端口和所述出口端口中的至少一个,由此防止流体流动通过所述阀体。在第一取向将基部联接到阀体可以允许碎屑被冲出流体地连接到阀体的管道系统,并且在第二取向将基部联接到阀体可以允许对流体地连接到阀体的管道系统执行压力衰减测试。在一些实施例中,从所述基部延伸的所述结构具有随着该结构从所述基部延伸而朝着所述帽的中心轴线向内渐缩的成角部分。当所述帽在所述第一取向或所述第二取向联接到所述阀体时从所述基部延伸的所述结构的所述成角部分可以配置成与所述阀体的内壁对准。从所述基部延伸的所述结构的所述成角部分可以为截头圆锥形并且当所述帽在所述第一取向或所述第二取向联接到所述基部时配置成与所述阀体的截头圆锥形部分对准。
本公开的另一实现方式是一种用于阀体的检修阀。所述检修阀可以包括基部和从所述基部延伸的突出部,所述基部在相对于所述阀体在打开取向和闭合取向之间可旋转。在一些实施例中,所述基部的180度旋转在所述打开取向和所述闭合取向之间旋转所述基部。在一些实施例中,所述基部为大致圆柱形并且所述突出部从所述圆柱形基部的圆形面向外并且径向地远离所述圆柱形基部的纵轴线延伸。当所述基部处于所述打开取向时,所述突出部可以防止所述盖从所述阀体去除。例如,当所述基部处于所述打开取向时,所述盖可以保持在所述阀体和从所述基部延伸的所述突出部之间。所述盖可以是用于所述阀体的测试帽或阀芯。
在一些实施例中,所述检修阀还包括延伸通过所述基部的腔孔。当所述基部处于所述打开取向时,可以允许流体通过所述腔孔流动到所述阀体中并且当所述基部处于所述闭合取向时,可以防止流体通过所述腔孔流动到所述阀体中。在一些实施例中,所述检修阀可以是单向阀。在一些实施例中,所述检修阀可以是止回阀、截止阀或截止-止回阀。
在一些实施例中,所述检修阀还包括保持夹子,所述保持夹子配置成将所述检修阀可释放地联接到所述阀体。所述保持夹子可以在压缩状态和膨胀状态之间可压缩。当所述保持夹子处于所述膨胀状态时,所述保持夹子可以将所述检修阀联接到所述阀体,并且当所述保持夹子处于所述膨胀状态时,所述检修阀可以从所述阀体可去除。在一些实施例中,所述保持夹子成形为圆弧的一部分并且包括在横向于由所述弧限定的平面的方向上从所述弧的两个端点延伸的突出部。通过将力施加到从所述弧延伸的所述突出部中的一个或两者,所述保持夹子可以可压缩。所述力可以是所述突出部之间的压缩力。在一些实施例中,当压缩到所述压缩状态时所述保持夹子具有足够的弹性以自动地返回到所述膨胀状态。在压缩到所述压缩状态并且去除压缩力之后所述保持夹子可以具有足够的弹性以自动地返回到所述膨胀状态。
本公开的另一实现方式是一种用于阀组件的抽吸器。所述抽吸器可以包括表面,所述表面配置成将流体引导到阀体的第一出口端口;流体通道,所述流体通道配置成将流体引导到所述阀体的第二出口端口;以及紧固件,所述紧固件配置成将所述抽吸器可释放地联接到阀芯。所述流体通道可以平行于所述表面并且所述抽吸器可以配置成在横向于所述表面的方向上接收流体。
在一些实施例中所述抽吸器配置成在第一取向和第二取向可释放地联接到所述阀芯。所述抽吸器可以在所述第一取向和所述第二取向之间相对于所述阀芯旋转180度。例如,所述抽吸器可以配置成在所述第一取向从所述阀芯可去除并且在所述第二取向可再插入所述阀芯中,由此允许所述阀芯相对于所述阀体旋转180度,同时将所述抽吸器保持在相对于所述阀体的不变取向。
当所述抽吸器在所述第一取向联接到所述阀芯时,所述抽吸器可以接收来自所述阀芯的第一半部的流体,并且当所述抽吸器在所述第二取向联接到所述阀芯时,所述抽吸器可以接收来自所述阀芯的第二半部的流体。在一些实施例中,所述流体通道具有配置成与所述阀体的成角内表面对准的成角端部分。所述流体通道的所述成角端部分可以为截头圆锥形并且配置成与所述阀体的截头圆锥形内表面对准。
本公开的另一实现方式是一种阀组件,所述阀组件包括通用阀体、帽和检修阀。所述阀体可以包括入口端口、出口端口和用于接收从一组可互换阀芯中选择的阀芯的圆形开口。所述帽可以配置成可释放地联接到所述阀体以便覆盖所述阀体中的圆形开口。
在一些实施例中,所述检修阀具有打开位置和闭合位置。当所述检修阀处于所述打开位置时,可以允许流体流动通过所述检修阀。当所述检修阀处于所述闭合位置时,可以阻止流体流动通过所述检修阀。当所述检修阀处于所述打开位置时从所述检修阀延伸的突出部可以防止从所述阀体中的所述圆形开口去除所述帽。
在一些实施例中,所述帽具有相对于所述阀体的第一取向和第二取向。当所述帽在所述第一取向联接到所述基部时,可以允许流体通过所述入口端口进入所述阀体并且通过所述出口端口离开所述阀体。当所述帽在所述第二取向联接到所述基部时,所述帽的一部分可以覆盖所述入口端口和所述出口端口中的至少一个,由此防止流体流动通过所述阀体。
在一些实施例中,所述阀组件还可以包括可逆抽吸器,所述可逆抽吸器配置成在第一取向和第二取向可释放地联接到所述阀芯。所述抽吸器可以在所述第一取向和所述第二取向之间相对于所述阀芯旋转180度。

参考图1A,显示根据示例性实施例的通用阀体100的透视图。阀体100显示为包括具有开口103的前面102、后面104、侧壁106和具有孔132的凸缘130。
阀体100可以接收来自一个或多个流体供应管线的流体并且经由一个或多个输出端口输出流体。阀体100可以安装在墙壁内(例如,在包含热水和冷水管线的湿墙壁中)或以另外方式连接到管道系统。阀体100可以用作一个或多个流体供应管线(例如,热水和冷水供应管线)和用于控制流体流动、体积或温度的用户可操作阀芯之间的接口。在示例性实施例中,阀体100可以接收来自独立供应管线的热水和冷水、将热水和冷水传输到阀芯、接收来自阀芯的混合水并且输出混合水。混合水然后可以从浴盆、淋浴装置、龙头或其它管道装置分配。
在一些实施例中,阀体100可以由黄铜制造。然而,在其它实施例中,阀体100可以由其它金属、聚合物、陶瓷或任何其它合适的材料构造。阀体100可以使用任何成形工艺、方法或技术进行锻造、铸造、模制或以另外方式产生。在一些实施例中,阀体100可以是对称的,具有一个或多个对称平面。例如,阀体100可以旋转90°、180°或270°而不牺牲功能性。

在一些实施例中,前面102还可以包括凸缘130。凸缘130可以从围绕开口103的缘边延伸。例如,图1A显示从前面102径向地延伸、围绕圆形开口103间隔大约90°的四个凸缘。在其它实施例中,更少或更多的凸缘可以存在。
在一些实施例中,前面102还可以包括在每个凸缘130中的一个或多个孔132。孔132可以是有螺纹的或无螺纹的并且可以完全延伸通过每个凸缘130或部分地通过每个凸缘130。孔132可以存在于所有凸缘130或其子集中。孔132可以配置成接收螺钉、螺栓、销、夹子或其它紧固件。孔132可以用于将阀芯、测试帽或其它盖联接到开口103上的前面102。例如,图1B显示经由通过孔132插入的螺钉固定到阀体100的阀芯600。根据各实施例,阀芯600可以包括压力平衡单元、恒温控制单元或它们的组合。

仍然参考图1A,通用阀体100还可以包括侧壁106。侧壁106可以连接前面102和后面104。在图1A所示的示例性实施例中,侧壁106连接后面104的周边和圆形开口103的周边。侧壁106可以为截头圆锥形、圆柱形、弯曲、成角或者可以包括位于不同平面(例如,两个或更多个平面壁)中的两个或更多个平坦表面。侧壁106可以包括一个或多个端口、入口、出口或流体可以通过其进入或离开阀体100的其它开口。
侧壁106可以具有相对于面102和104的各种交叉角。在一些实施例中,交叉角可以在60°到90°的范围内。在更具体的实施例中,交叉角可以在70°到80°的范围内。在图1A所示的示例性实施例中,侧壁106可以成大约75°角与面102、104交叉。在其它实施例中,交叉角可以在25°到65°的范围内。在其它更具体的实施例中,交叉角可以在40°到50°的范围内。在示例性实施例中,侧壁106可以成大约45°角与面102、104交叉。有利地,增加的交叉角可以改善阀体100的内表面的可制造性并且允许更大的入口和出口端口。减小的交叉角可以有利地允许阀芯插入阀体100中而不滑动横越流体端口或侧壁106,由此避免阀芯上的密封件的潜在损坏(例如,剪切、撕裂等)。两种配置都预期作为示例性实施例。
大体上参考图1A-2B和6,侧壁106的倾斜角可以相对于入口通道115、117和出口通道125、127的轴线形成倾斜入口端口112、114和出口端口122、124,如下面更详细描述的。具有倾斜入口端口112、114和出口端口122、124有利地允许密封或夹紧力施加到阀芯或测试帽和阀体100之间,减小或消除安装期间阀芯或测试帽和阀体100之间的密封件(例如参见图6中的密封件356)上的剪切力或撕力,并且减小阀体100的复杂性和制造成本。
相比之下,常规阀体具有大致垂直于后面的侧壁。如果入口或出口端口在后面上,则阀芯和阀体之间的夹紧力可以提供良好的密封,但是需要阀体的复杂制造以将水通道90从到达后面的入口和出口连接旋转90度。如果入口或出口端口在侧壁上,则制造阀体的复杂性可以减小;然而,将阀芯联接到阀体的力垂直于入口端口,并且因此不提供密封力。此外,当阀芯插入阀体中时,围绕阀芯的入口和出口的任何密封件在阀体的入口和出口端口上滑动,这可能剪切、滚压、移位或撕裂密封件。

仍然参考图2A,通用阀体100还可以包括入口通道115和117。入口通道115、117可以流体地连结入口连接111、113和入口端口112、114。入口通道115、117可以具有在流体流动的方向上突出的圆形横截面区域。然而,其它横截面形状是可能的。在示例性实施例中,通道115、117可以具有相对于入口连接111、113减小的横截面区域。
如图2A中所示,通道115、117的横截面区域可以相对于入口连接111、113减小。在一些实施例中,通道115、117的横截面区域可以相对于入口连接111、113的横截面区域大大减小。在其它实施例中,通道115、117的横截面区域可以仅仅稍稍减小。在其它实施例中,横截面区域可以根本不减小,甚至相对于入口连接111、113增加。有利地,大横截面区域可以导致通过阀体100的增加流动。入口通道115、117可以大致平行于面102和104并且可以成各种交叉角与侧壁106交叉,这取决于侧壁106相对于面102、104的倾斜。
仍然参考图2A,通用阀体100还可以包括入口端口112和114。在示例性实施例中入口端口112、114倾斜地布置在截头圆锥形侧壁106中。入口端口112、114可以具有在平行于入口通道115、117的方向上的圆形或卵形突出横截面区域。然而,由于通道115、117与侧壁106的倾斜交叉,端口112、114可以具有在横向于侧壁106的方向上的长卵形横截面区域。有利地,该增加的横截面区域可以允许通过阀体100的增加流量。

出口连接121、123可以配置成接收管子、管或用于流体地连接阀体100和一个或多个流体输出管线的其它流体引导装置。例如,出口连接121可以将流体流动引导到第一管道装置(例如,浴盆龙头),而出口连接123可以将流体流动引导到第二管道装置(例如,淋浴头)。在示例性实施例中,出口连接121、123可以定位在阀体100的相对侧(例如,分开180°)。在一些实施例中,阀体100可以包括围绕阀体100的周边布置的附加(例如,第三、第四、第五等)出口连接。抽吸器可以用于选择性地将流体引导到出口连接121或出口连接123。
现在参考图3A-3B,显示根据示例性实施例的抽吸器200的透视图和横截面图。抽吸器200显示为包括外表面202、流体通道204、栓206和狭槽208。现在参考图3C,抽吸器200可以配合在插入件620内。插入件620可以插入阀体100中,如图所示。插入件620可以是流体控制阀芯600的一部分,如图1B中所示。阀芯600可以用于控制通过阀体100的出口端口的流体的温度和/或体积流量。阀芯600可以附连到阀体100,如图1B中所示。可以预料不同的插入件620可以用于流体控制阀芯600的不同配置。例如,通过插入件620的流体路径的特定配置可以例如取决于流体控制阀芯600是否包括压力平衡单元或恒温控制单元、特定流体控制阀芯600的体积流量等而变化。
再次参考图3C,抽吸器200可以在垂直于表面202的方向上通过插入件620中的开口610接收流体。抽吸器200可以朝着通用阀体100中的出口连接121引导流体。在操作中,出口连接121可以流体地连接到浴盆龙头。所以,在一些实施例中,抽吸器200可以初始朝着浴盆龙头引导流体。然而,如果浴盆龙头闭合(例如,通过用户致动导流阀以便进行淋浴),则这样的闭合可以导致流体倒退并且禁止流体通过出口连接121离开通用阀体100。在该情况下,流体穿过抽吸器200的通道204并且经由出口连接123离开阀体100。出口连接123又可以流体地连接到淋浴头。
抽吸器200可以由聚合物、例如改性聚苯醚(Noryl)、PVC或ABS注射模制。在一些实施例中,玻璃纤维可以在注射模制之前加入聚合物。在其它实施例中,抽吸器200可以由其它材料、例如金属、陶瓷或其它聚合物制造并且可以使用其它铸造、模制、雕塑或组装工艺形成。在示例性实施例中,抽吸器200注射模制成单件。然而,在其它实施例中,抽吸器可以从若干分离件组装。有利地,抽吸器200可以独立于阀体100或插入件620制造并且随后插入操作位置。
栓206或狭槽208可以配置成接合插入件620的相应部件以便将抽吸器200固定在阀芯600内的操作位置。在一些实施例中,栓206或狭槽208可以将抽吸器200可释放地联接到阀芯600。例如,栓206可以接收在插入件620中的凹陷622中,并且狭槽208可以接收插入件620中的脊。栓206和凹陷622的相互作用可以限制栓206相对于插入件620的纵向或轴向运动。狭槽208和脊的相互作用可以限制旋转运动,并且可以相对于插入件620圆周地对准抽吸器200。栓206可以包括显示为楔210的倾斜表面,其便于抽吸器200插入插入件620中(例如,通过随着抽吸器插入插入件620中而逐渐地偏转抽吸器200)。楔210也可以便于从插入件620去除抽吸器200。例如,如果抽吸器200错误地安装颠倒,则可以施加附加力以推动抽吸器200通过插入件620,并且楔210使抽吸器200能够偏转,使得栓206可以离开凹陷622。栓206的相反(例如,顶)侧的悬突(ledge)212防止正确安装的栓206在向上方向上脱离凹陷622,例如通过经由开口610的流体压力或来自闭合导流阀的流体压力以迫使流体向上通过抽吸器200通过出口连接123。
根据图3C中所示的实施例,当抽吸器200处于安装位置时抽吸器200的端部与插入件620的外表面大致齐平。因此,如果在将插入件620安装到阀体100中之前抽吸器200未完全安装到插入件620中,则插入件620安装到阀体100中将把抽吸器200推动到完全安装位置。这可以由阀体100的侧壁106的倾角或锥角促进。
有利地,抽吸器200可以在多个取向中的任何一个选择性地联接到阀芯600。例如,抽吸器200可以从阀芯600去除、旋转180°并且在新的取向再插入阀芯600中。该能力允许阀芯600在相对于阀体100的不同取向(例如,旋转180°)安装,同时将抽吸器200保持在相对于阀体100的相同取向。例如,在共用湿墙壁的相对侧的背对背淋浴器的情况下,热水和冷水供应管线接近阀体100的方向针对阀体中的一个反向。不同于针对阀体中的一个重新管道铺设热水和冷水管线,阀芯600可以旋转180°以允许阀的常规操作(例如,使得冷水通过第一入口端口进入并且热水通过第二入口端口进入)。然而,如果抽吸器200永久地附连到阀芯,则这样的旋转将导致抽吸器200颠倒,由此引起抽吸器200可能不正常工作的可能性。在多个取向安装抽吸器200的能力可以允许抽吸器200从阀芯去除、旋转到合适取向(例如,旋转180°)以适应不同安装并且再插入阀芯中。替代解决方案、例如在阀体中形成抽吸器需要更复杂的制造工艺。
现在参考图4,显示根据示例性实施例的用于阀组件的盖(例如,测试帽、运输帽等),例如帽300。帽300可以包括基部302、凸缘303、孔304和在一些实施例中的密封件306。在示例性实施例中,帽300可以由聚合材料注射模制。然而,在其它实施例中,帽300可以由金属、陶瓷或任何其它合适的材料制造。在没有阀芯的情况下帽300可以配置成配合在阀体100中的开口103上。在阀芯的安装之前(例如,在构造、整修、重构等期间)帽300可以允许阀体100安装在可操作管道系统中。在帽300就位的情况下,水压可以供应到阀体100而不导致来自圆形开口103的溢流。帽300可以允许流体流动通过阀体100(例如,经由入口连接111、113和出口连接121、123)以便将建筑碎屑冲出管道系统或在安装阀芯之前允许现有管道系统的继续操作。
在一些实施例中,帽300可以允许来自入口连接111、113的流体在阀体100内混合。在其它实施例中,帽300可以包括分隔壁(例如,肋、密封件、屏障等)以防止阀体100内的交叉流动。例如,帽300可以将来自入口连接111的流体专门地引导到出口连接121或出口连接123。类似地,帽300可以将来自入口连接113的流体专门地引导到出口连接123或出口连接121。分隔壁可以将阀体100分成两对流体连接入口和出口。
仍然参考图4,帽300可以包括基部302。在示例性实施例中,基部302可以为大致圆形以覆盖阀体100中的圆形开口103。然而,在其它实施例中,基部302可以具有设计成配合在不同形状的开口上的其它形状。基部302可以是平坦的(例如,圆盘状)或者可以具有一个或多个弯曲、角或挤出。在一些实施例中,基部302可以包括沿着基部的外周边的密封件306。当帽300定位在开口103上时密封件306可以形成帽300和阀体100之间的水密屏障。
在一些实施例中,帽300可以包括凸缘303。凸缘303可以从基部302沿其外周边径向地延伸。例如,图4显示围绕基部302间隔大约180°的两个凸缘303。在其它实施例中,更少或更多的凸缘可以存在。凸缘303可以提供平坦表面以便使帽300与阀体100或任何其它部件接口、对准或紧固。
在一些实施例中,帽300还可以包括在每个凸缘303中的一个或多个孔304。孔304可以是有螺纹的或无螺纹的并且可以完全延伸通过每个凸缘303或部分地通过每个凸缘303。孔304可以存在于所有凸缘303或其子集中。孔304可以配置成接收螺钉、螺栓、销或其它紧固件。孔304可以用于将帽300联接到阀体100。在其它实施例中,帽300可以使用任何其它紧固手段固定或附连到阀体100,所述紧固手段包括粘合剂、夹具、磁体或任何其它合适的紧固件。
现在参考图5,显示根据示例性实施例的显示为帽350的用于阀组件的盖的另一实施例。帽350显示为包括基部352、从基部352径向地延伸的凸缘353以及延伸通过凸缘353的孔354。帽350还显示为包括从基部352的一侧延伸的结构310和与结构310相对的拨盘320。在示例性实施例中,凸缘353相对于帽300可以包含围绕基部352的周边的更大弧长并且具有更多孔354。孔354可以用于在多个位置将帽350固定到阀体100。孔354可以间隔开小于90°。孔354之间的角间隔可以基于结构310的圆周宽度。
根据用于阀组件的盖的另一实施例,盖可以包括基部,所述基部具有从基部径向地延伸的凸缘和轴向地延伸通过凸缘的孔。两个通道可以联接到盖的下侧。两个通道中的第一个可以配置成密封阀体的第一入口端口112和阀体的出口端口122、124中的一个并且在其间延伸。两个通道中的第二个可以配置成密封阀体的第二入口端口114和阀体的出口端口122、124中的另一个并且在其间延伸。因此,流体可以被引导通过盖,冲洗管子,同时防止来自第一和第二入口端口112、114的流体混合(例如,防止热水和冷水源之间的交叉流动)。
现在参考图6,显示根据示例性实施例的插入阀体100上的帽350的半截面图。帽350显示为包括从基部352延伸到阀体100中的结构310。在一些实施例中,结构310可以包括当结构310从基部352延伸时朝着帽350的中心轴线330(例如,穿过帽350的中点横轴线)向内渐缩的成角部分。当帽350固定到阀体100时结构310可以配置成与阀体100的内壁(例如,壁106)对准。例如,结构310的成角部分的角可以与阀体100的侧壁106的倾斜角相同或大致相等。在一些实施例中,结构310可以具有配置成与阀体100的截头圆锥形部分对准的截头圆锥形部分。
当帽300固定到阀体100时,结构310可以覆盖(例如,阻塞、密封、阻挡等)入口端口112、114或出口端口122、124中的至少一个,由此防止流体流动通过阀体100。结构310的这样的安装可以允许执行管道系统的压力衰减测试以便在安装阀芯之前确定管道系统中的泄漏。在一些实施例中,结构310可以包括密封件356,当结构310覆盖所述端口时所述密封件围绕入口端口112、114或出口端口122、124中的至少一个。
在一些实施例中,帽350可以使用孔354的第一子组在第一位置附连到阀体100。在第一位置,结构310可以不阻塞入口端口112、114或出口端口122、124中的任何一个,由此允许流体流动通过阀体100。帽350可以从阀体100去除并且使用孔354的第二子组在第二位置可再附连。在第二位置,结构310可以阻塞入口端口112、114或出口端口122、124中的至少一个,由此防止流体流动通过阀体100。

现在参考图7和8,显示根据示例性实施例的显示为止回阀400的用于阀组件的检修阀(例如,止回阀、截止阀、截止-止回阀等)。止回阀400可以允许用户停止流体流动到阀体100而不中断到达管道系统的剩余部分的流体供应。例如,止回阀400可以安装在入口连接111、113(如图8中所示)或流体地连接到两个入口端口112、114(如图8中所示)中的一个的流体供应管线中的阀体100的紧上游。用户可以操作止回阀400以停止流体流动到阀体100而不影响连接到管道系统的其它管道装置(例如,其它龙头、水槽、淋浴器、浴盆等)。在示例性实施例中,止回阀400可以包括基部402、密封件403、突出部404、唇边405、腔孔406和保持夹子408。
仍然参考图7,基部402可以为大致圆柱形并且可以包括围绕其圆形端部的一个或多个密封件403。当安装在阀体100的上游时密封件403可以防止流体围绕基部402泄漏。基部402可以相对于阀体100在打开取向和闭合取向之间旋转。在一些实施例中,通过使基部402旋转大约90°或180°(例如,大约四分之一圈或半圈),基部402可以在打开取向和闭合取向之间旋转。能够邻近阀体100打开和闭合检修阀便于阀体、流体控制阀和管道装置(例如,淋浴器、喷口、龙头等)的安装和修理。

仍然参考图7,唇边405可以从基部402径向地延伸经过基部402的弯曲圆周壁。唇边405可以是联接到基部402的附加层的一部分或者可以是经过圆周侧壁的基部402的延伸部。
现在参考图8,根据示例性实施例,止回阀400显示为安装在阀体100内的凹陷410中。阀体400显示为基部402处于打开取向,其中流体可以流动到阀体100中。有利地,当基部402处于打开取向时,突出部404可以在阀体上的盖412之上延伸。盖412可以是例如帽300的测试帽或如图8中所示的阀芯。当基部402处于打开取向时,盖412可以保持在阀体100和突出部404之间,由此当阀400打开(例如,允许流体流动通过其中)时防止从阀体100去除盖412。在可以去除盖412之前,希望去除盖412的用户可能需要将基部402和突出部404旋转到闭合取向。基部402和突出部404旋转到闭合取向可以通过相对于阀体100旋转基部402(例如,90、180度等)实现。尽管腔孔406的流体对准,阀407的单向性可以防止流体进入阀体100。

再次参考图7,保持夹子408可以配置成配合在唇边405和基部402之间的空间中。当保持夹子408处于膨胀状态时,保持夹子408可以径向地延伸经过基部402的圆形周边。当止回阀400插入凹陷410中时(如图8中所示),保持夹子408可以围绕凹陷410的上周边配合在唇边414之下。当处于膨胀状态时,夹子408可以通过接合唇边414防止从凹陷410去除阀400。然而,当保持夹子408处于压缩状态时,止回阀400可以从凹陷410去除。例如,希望从凹陷410去除止回阀400的用户可以将突出部409挤压在一起(例如,使用一对普通钳子)。突出部409的压缩可以导致保持夹子408在直径上收缩(例如,到小于唇边414的直径的尺寸),由此允许止回阀400从凹陷410去除。
根据另一实施例,当保持夹子408处于膨胀状态时,夹子408接合(例如,摩擦地、径向力等)凹陷410的内表面。这样的接合阻止夹子408相对于阀体的旋转。夹子408又可以通过摩擦地接合基部402、通过突出部409中的一个或多个接合唇边405中的凹陷或通过突出部409中的一个或多个接合突出部404来阻止基部402相对于阀体的旋转。防止基部402相对于阀体旋转可以防止阀处于打开取向时的意外关闭,或阀处于闭合取向时的意外打开。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于阀体的测试帽,所述测试帽包括:
基部,所述基部被配置为可释放地联接到所述阀体以及覆盖阀体中的开口,其中所述开口被配置为接收阀芯,以及基部在阀芯处覆盖开口;
从所述基部延伸的结构;其中当所述基部在所述第一取向联接到所述阀体时,流体可以通过所述阀体中的入口端口进入所述阀体并且通过所述阀体中的出口端口离开所述阀体;并且
其中当所述基部在所述第二取向联接到所述阀体时,从所述基部延伸的所述结构覆盖所述入口端口和所述出口端口中的至少一个,由此防止流体流动通过所述阀体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的测试帽,其中所述结构被配置为在基部联接到阀体时与阀体的内壁对准。
3.根据权利要求2所述的测试帽,其中所述结构包括截头圆锥形部分,截头圆锥形部分被配置为在基部联接到阀体时与阀体的截头圆锥形侧壁对准。
4.根据权利要求1所述的测试帽,还包括:
从基部径向向外延伸的凸缘;以及
孔,该孔延伸通过凸缘并被配置为将基部对准阀体以便将基部可释放地联接到阀体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的测试帽,其中所述孔包括第一组孔和第二组孔,所述第一组孔被配置成将基部在第一取向对准阀体,所述第二组孔被配置成将基部在第二取向对准阀体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的测试帽,其中所述结构被固定到基部,相对于阀体重新定向所述结构包括将基部从阀体去除以及将基部重新以不同取向联接至阀体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的测试帽,还包括拨盘,该拨盘延伸通过基部并被配置为相对于基部围绕一个中心轴线旋转,所述拨盘包括当基部联接至阀体时能够从阀体外触及的部分和位于阀体内的部分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的测试帽,拨盘包括凹口,该凹口位于所述的能够从阀体外触及的部分内,其中,凹口被配置为便于从阀体外旋转拨盘。
9.根据权利要求7所述的测试帽,所述结构被固定至拨盘,相对于阀体重新定向所述结构包括将拨盘和所述结构围绕所述中心轴线旋转,而不将基部从阀体移除。
10.根据权利要求1所述的测试帽,所述结构包括:
第一流体通道,其被配置成密封阀体的第一入口端口和阀体的第一出口端口中的一个并且在其间延伸;以及
第二流体通道,其被配置成密封阀体的第二入口端口和阀体的第二出口端口中的一个并且在其间延伸;
其中,所述这两个流体通道将第一流体从第一入口引导至第一出口端口以及第二流体从第二入口端口引导至第二出口端口,穿过阀体,同时防止所述第一流体和第二流体混合。
11.一种用于阀体的测试帽,所述测试帽包括:
基部,所述基部具有相对于所述阀体的第一取向和第二取向;
基部的第一部分,被配置为将基部和阀体对准,以便以第一取向将基部可释放地联接到阀体;
基部的第二部分,被配置为将基部和阀体对准,以便以第二取向将基部可释放地联接到阀体;以及
从基部延伸的结构;
其中当所述基部在所述第一取向联接到所述阀体时,所述结构允许流体通过所述阀体中的入口端口进入所述阀体并且通过所述阀体中的出口端口离开所述阀体;以及
其中当所述基部在所述第二取向联接到所述阀体时,所述结构覆盖所述入口端口和所述出口端口中的至少一个,由此防止流体流动通过所述阀体。
12.根据权利要求11所述的测试帽,所述结构被配置为在基部联接到阀体时与阀体的内壁对准。
13.根据权利要求12所述的测试帽,所述结构包括截头圆锥形部分,其被配置为在基部联接到阀体时与阀体的截头圆锥形侧壁对准。
14.根据权利要求11所述的测试帽,还包括:
从基部径向向外延伸的凸缘;以及
孔,该孔延伸通过凸缘并被配置为将基部对准阀体以便将基部可释放地联接到阀体。
15.根据权利要求14所述的测试帽,其中所述孔包括第一组孔和第二组孔,所述第一组孔被配置成将基部在第一取向对准阀体,所述第二组孔被配置成将基部在第二取向对准阀体。
16.根据权利要求11所述的测试帽,其中所述结构被固定到基部,相对于阀体重新定向所述结构包括将基部从阀体去除以及将基部重新以不同取向联接至阀体。
17.根据权利要求11所述的测试帽,还包括拨盘,该拨盘延伸通过基部并被配置为相对于基部围绕一个中心轴线旋转,所述拨盘包括当基部联接至阀体时能够从阀体外触及的部分和位于阀体内的部分。
18.根据权利要求17所述的测试帽,拨盘包括凹口,该凹口位于所述的能够从阀体外触及的部分内,其中,凹口被配置为便于从阀体外旋转拨盘。
19.根据权利要求17所述的测试帽,所述结构被固定至拨盘,相对于阀体重新定向所述结构包括将拨盘和所述结构围绕所述中心轴线旋转,而不将基部从阀体移除。
20.根据权利要求11所述的测试帽,所述结构包括:
第一流体通道,其被配置成密封阀体的第一入口端口和阀体的第一出口端口中的一个并且在其间延伸;以及
第二流体通道,其被配置成密封阀体的第二入口端口和阀体的第二出口端口中的一个并且在其间延伸;
其中,所述这两个流体通道将第一流体从第一入口引导至第一出口端口以及第二流体从第二入口端口引导至第二出口端口,穿过阀体,同时防止所述第一流体和第二流体混合。
