技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的变速器。更具体而言,本发明涉及用于车辆的变速器,其可使用多个外部齿轮组和连续可变传输机构(CV)通过使低速和高速时的动力损耗最小化并且通过扩大换挡比的宽度而改进燃料消耗和动力性能。
背景技术
在通过例如扭矩转换器或流体联接件等流体类型的电动运动构件传递从发动机输出的旋转动力时,共同连续可变变速器(CVT)通过CV连续地对其旋转动力进行切换并且将经切换的旋转动力传递到输出轴。
所述CV包含可变带轮(pulley),所述可变带轮设置在驱动侧和从动侧中的每一个处,以及将所述驱动侧和从动侧的可变带轮进行连接的金属带,并且是通过借助液压控制相对的可变带轮的宽度来连续地控制换挡比的装置。
通过检测例如车辆速度、发动机旋转速度及负荷的驱动条件并且通过根据预设的换挡模式来控制连接到驱动侧和从动侧的可变带轮的换挡比控制阀的打开而获得换挡比。
已经得到积极研究和开发的两挡范围换挡连续可变变速器一般形成有向前和倒挡驱动及挡位控制构件,其包含至少一个行星齿轮组、包含CV的换挡比可变构件,以及至少一个外部齿轮组,从而执行对两个前进速度和一个倒挡速度的连续换挡。
然而,如上文所描述,在两挡范围换挡连续可变变速器中,由于应用至少一个行星齿轮组,所述两挡范围换挡连续可变变速器在具有复杂配置的同时具有较大体积,并且因此在安装和重量方面是不利的,并且这对于燃料消耗的改进是有害的。

发明内容
本发明致力于提供用于车辆的变速器,其具有以下优点:能够使用多个外部齿轮组和连续可变传输机构CV通过扩大换挡比的宽度通过使低速和高速时的动力损耗最小化而改进燃料消耗和动力性能。
本发明可进一步提供具有以下优点的用于车辆的变速器:能够通过另外设置电动机/发电机和发动机离合器而在执行EV和HEV模式驱动的同时应用于混合动力车辆。

所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第一从动齿轮可具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比小的齿轮比,并且所述第二驱动齿轮和所述第二从动齿轮可具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比大的齿轮比。

根据本发明的各方面,通过将低速挡位、高速挡位和固定挡位添加到带式CV,车辆可在起动和高速区域中以固定挡位驱动。
因此,在需要最大液压的起动和高速区域中,用于带驱动的带轮液压供应是不必要的,并且因此液压损耗得到减少,并且油泵的驱动损耗被最小化,并且因此燃料消耗可较大程度地改进。
通过移除用于现有连续可变变速器中的行星齿轮组和扭矩转换器,配置得到简化,并且驱动和摩擦损耗可以减少,并且因此燃料消耗可较大地改进。
通过使用双离合器,在将CVT挡位转换为外部齿轮挡位时,或在将外部齿轮挡位转换为CVT挡位时,可减少换挡冲击。
此外,当另外将电动机/发电机MG应用为辅助动力源时,根据本发明的变速器可用作可执行再生制动和EV驱动的用于混合动力电动车辆的变速器。

第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2可为共同流体多碟式离合器,并且通过液压控制系统来控制以操作或不操作。

第一从动齿轮D1是连接到第一驱动齿轮G1的外部齿轮,并且第二从动齿轮D2是连接到第二驱动齿轮G2的外部齿轮。
因此,第一同步器SL1将第一从动齿轮D1或第二从动齿轮D2选择性地同步连接到输出轴OS。
此外,连续换挡从动齿轮COG是连接到从动带轮轴SPS上的连续换挡驱动齿轮CIG的外部齿轮,并且倒挡从动齿轮ROG是通过倒挡空转机构RIDS连接到一体地或整体地形成于第一输入轴IS1上的倒挡驱动齿轮RIG的外部齿轮。
在此情况下,在倒挡空转机构RIDS中,倒挡空转轴RS平行地或大体上平行地设置在第一输入轴IS1与输出轴OS之间,并且在倒挡空转轴RS上,一体地或整体地形成作为连接在倒挡驱动齿轮RIG与倒挡从动齿轮ROG之间的外部齿轮的倒挡空转齿轮RIDG。
因此,第二同步器SL2将连续换挡从动齿轮COG或倒挡从动齿轮ROG选择性地同步连接到输出轴OS。
第一驱动齿轮G1和第一从动齿轮D1形成为具有比连续换挡驱动齿轮CIG和连续换挡从动齿轮COG的齿轮比小的齿轮比,并且第二驱动齿轮G2和第二从动齿轮D2形成为具有比连续换挡驱动齿轮CIG和连续换挡从动齿轮COG的齿轮比大的齿轮比。
通过换挡输出机构OUT换挡的旋转动力通过安装在输出轴OS的前端部分中的输出齿轮OG传递到最终减速机构FD。
已知的是,最终减速机构FD包含作为连接到输出齿轮OG的外部齿轮的最终减速齿轮FG和差动齿轮DIFF。
图2是根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的变速器的换挡操作表,并且换挡过程如下。
倒挡
在倒挡挡位中,在通过第二同步器SL2的套管SLE2同步连接倒挡从动齿轮ROG和输出轴OS时并且在控制第一离合器CL1的操作时,执行倒挡换挡。
因此,在发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第一离合器CL1、第一输入轴IS1、倒挡驱动齿轮RIG、倒挡空转机构RIDS、倒挡从动齿轮ROG、输出轴OS以及输出齿轮OG传递到最终减速机构FD时,执行倒挡驱动。
U/D
因为在车辆起动时,低速驱动(U/D)挡位需要连续可变传输机构CV中的最大液压,所以通过降低液压,U/D挡位执行减小油泵的驱动损耗的换挡。
因此,在起动时,第一从动齿轮D1和输出轴OS通过第一同步器SL1的套管SLE1同步连接,并且在控制第二离合器CL2的操作时,执行低速的U/D挡位。
因此,在发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第二离合器CL2、第二输入轴IS2、第一驱动齿轮G1、第一从动齿轮D1、输出轴OS以及输出齿轮OG传递到最终减速机构FD时,执行U/D驱动。

在车辆用U/D挡位起动之后,车辆在CVT挡位中运行,并且在CVT区段处,连续换挡从动齿轮COG和输出轴OS通过第二同步器SL2的套管SLE2同步连接,并且在第一离合器CL1的操作受到控制时,执行CVT挡位。
在CVT区段处,已知的是,在主带轮PP和从动带轮SP的直径根据车辆的驱动条件而改变的同时,执行连续换挡。
因此,在发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第一离合器CL1、第一输入轴IS1、主带轮PP、带B、从动带轮SP、从动带轮轴SPS、连续换挡驱动齿轮CIG、连续换挡从动齿轮COG、输出轴OS以及输出齿轮OG传递到最终减速机构FD时,执行CVT驱动。
O/D
超速驱动(O/D)挡位是可通过使用外部齿轮的单独挡位进行换挡来使动力损耗最小化而不在具有较大动力损耗的高速区域中使用CV的挡位。
也就是说,在CVT区段处,在预定速度或更大速度下,第二从动齿轮D2和输出轴OS通过第二同步器SL2的套管SLE2同步连接,并且在控制第二离合器CL2的操作时,执行高速的O/D挡位。
因此,在发动机ENG的旋转动力通过第二离合器CL2、第二输入轴IS2、第二驱动齿轮G2、第二从动齿轮D2、输出轴OS以及输出齿轮OG传递到最终减速机构FD时,执行O/D驱动。
如上文所描述,通过将低速和高速的固定挡位添加到带式CV,根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的变速器可在起动和高速区域中以固定挡位驱动。
因此,在需要最大液压的起动和高速区域中,因为用于带驱动的带轮液压供应是不必要的,所以液压损耗得到减少,并且通过使油泵的驱动损耗最小化,燃料消耗可较大程度地改进。
此外,通过移除用于现有连续可变变速器中的行星齿轮组和扭矩转换器,配置得到简化,并且驱动和摩擦损耗可以减少,并且因此燃料消耗可较大地改进。
此外,通过使用双离合器,在将CVT挡位转换为外部齿轮挡位时,或在将外部齿轮挡位转换为CVT挡位时,可使换挡冲击最小化。
图3是说明根据本发明的第二示例性实施方案的变速器的示意图。参看图3,在根据第一示例性实施方案的变速器中,动力源仅限于发动机ENG,但在根据第二示例性实施方案的变速器中,通过除了作为动力源的发动机ENG以外另外将电动机/发电机MG应用为辅助动力源,根据第二示例性实施方案的变速器可被应用为可执行再生制动和EV驱动的用于混合动力电动车辆的变速器,并且这不同于第一示例性实施方案。
也就是说,在第一示例性实施方案的变速器的第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2的前侧部分中,通过将电动机/发电机MG设置在发动机ENG的输出侧处,动力连接到电动机/发电机MG,并且通过将发动机离合器E/C设置在电动机/发电机MG与发动机ENG之间,发动机离合器E/C可切换发动机ENG的动力。
因此,在发动机离合器E/C的操作受到控制的状态中,如在第一示例性实施方案中,发动机ENG的旋转动力可被换挡并且输出,发动机离合器E/C的操作被释放,并且在使用电动机/发电机MG的旋转动力时,可执行EV驱动。
电动机/发电机MG可执行电动机和发电机的功能,并且包含固定到变速器外壳H的定子ST,以及在定子ST的径向方向上的内侧处的通过第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2选择性地连接到第一和第二输入轴IS1和IS2的转子RT。
此外,如在第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2中,发动机离合器E/C可为共同流体多碟式离合器,并且通过液压控制系统来受到控制以操作或不操作。
图4是根据本发明的第二示例性实施方案的变速器的换挡操作表。参看图4,与第一示例性实施方案同等地执行第二示例性实施方案的倒挡、U/D、CVT以及O/D挡位,不同之处在于操作发动机离合器E/C,并且添加了EV倒挡、EVU/D、EVCVT以及EVO/D挡位。
在前述描述中,在新添加的EV倒挡、EVU/D、EVCVT以及EVO/D挡位中,换挡过程及动力递送路径与第一示例性实施方案的相同,不同之处在于,动力源从发动机ENG转换为电动机/发电机MG,并且因此将省略其详细描述。
图5是说明根据本发明的第三示例性实施方案的变速器的示意图。参看图5,在第三示例性实施方案中,与第二示例性实施方案相比,省略了与使用发动机ENG的旋转动力的倒挡换挡相关的元件。
也就是说,第三示例性实施方案省略了第二示例性实施方案中的倒挡驱动齿轮RIG、倒挡空转机构RIDS及倒挡从动齿轮ROG,并且第三示例性实施方案与第二示例性实施方案的不同之处在于,可通过电动机/发电机MG执行倒挡换挡。
图6是根据本发明的第三示例性实施方案的变速器的换挡操作表。参看图6,在第三示例性实施方案中,与第二示例性实施方案相比,无法执行通过发动机ENG的旋转动力进行的倒挡驱动。
EV倒挡驱动可使用第一同步器SL1来执行。也就是说,第一从动齿轮D1和输出轴OS通过第一同步器SL1的套管SLE1同步连接,并且在第二离合器CL2的操作受到控制的状态中,电动机/发电机MG被反向驱动。
因此,在电动机/发电机MG的反向旋转动力通过第二离合器CL2、第二输入轴IS2、第一驱动齿轮G1、第一从动齿轮D1、输出轴OS以及输出齿轮OG传递到最终减速机构FD时,执行倒挡驱动。
以此方式,通过另外将电动机/发电机MG作为辅助动力源应用于根据第一示例性实施方案的变速器,根据本发明的第二和第三示例性实施方案的变速器可用作可执行再生制动和EV驱动的用于混合动力电动车辆的变速器。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“前部”或“后部”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的特征。
前面对本发明具体示例性实施方案所呈现的描述是出于说明和描述的目的。前面的描述并不想要成为毫无遗漏的,也不是想要把本发明限制为所公开的精确形式,显然,根据上述教导很多改变和变化都是可能的。选择示例性实施方案并进行描述是为了解释本发明的特定原理及其它们的实际应用,从而使得本领域的其它技术人员能够实现并利用本发明的各种示例性实施方案及其不同的选择形式和修改形式。本发明的范围意在由所附权利要求书及其等价形式所限定。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于车辆的变速器,其包括:
第一输入轴,其通过第一离合器选择性地连接到发动机的输出侧;
第二输入轴,其为空心轴并且其设置在所述第一输入轴的前侧部分中而与所述第一输入轴没有旋转干扰并且其通过第二离合器选择性地连接到所述发动机的所述输出侧,其中具有不同齿轮齿数的多个驱动齿轮设置在所述第二输入轴的外部圆周表面上;
连续可变传输机构,其连续地换挡并且输出从所述第一输入轴传递的旋转动力;
换挡输出机构,其以预定间隙与第一和第二输入轴大体上平行地设置,以接收通过连接到外部齿轮的从动齿轮从所述第二输入轴上的所述驱动齿轮和所述连续可变传输机构传递的旋转动力,并且其选择性地换挡并输出所述旋转动力;
倒挡空转机构,其设置在所述第一输入轴与所述换挡输出机构之间以在反向方向上将所述第一输入轴的所述旋转动力传递到所述换挡输出机构;以及
最终减速机构,其减小从所述换挡输出机构输出的所述旋转动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中
用于倒挡的倒挡驱动齿轮设置在所述第一输入轴上的一侧处,
所述第二输入轴的所述外部圆周表面上的具有不同齿轮齿数的第一驱动齿轮和第二驱动齿轮以预定距离设置,以及
连续换挡驱动齿轮设置在所述连续可变传输机构的从动带轮轴上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述换挡输出机构包括:
输出轴,其以预定间隙与第一和第二输入轴大体上平行地设置;
输出齿轮,其一体地形成于所述输出轴的一个端部中;
第一从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述第一驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
第二从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述第二驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
第一同步器,其形成于所述输出轴上的所述第一从动齿轮与所述第二从动齿轮之间,以将所述第一从动齿轮或所述第二从动齿轮选择性地同步连接到所述输出轴;
连续换挡从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述连续换挡驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
倒挡从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为通过所述倒挡空转机构连接到所述倒挡驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;以及
第二同步器,其形成于所述输出轴上的所述连续换挡从动齿轮与所述倒挡从动齿轮之间,以将所述连续换挡从动齿轮或所述倒挡从动齿轮选择性地同步连接到所述输出轴。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第一从动齿轮具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比小的齿轮比,并且所述第二驱动齿轮和所述第二从动齿轮具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比大的齿轮比。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述倒挡空转机构包括:
倒挡空转轴,其大体上平行地设置在所述第一输入轴与所述输出轴之间;以及
倒挡空转齿轮,其一体地形成于所述倒挡空转轴中以作为连接在所述倒挡驱动齿轮与所述倒挡从动齿轮之间的外部齿轮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中在所述连续可变传输机构中,驱动带轮和从动带轮以恒定宽度的连续齿轮比连续地换挡。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的变速器,其进一步包括:
电动机/发电机,其在第一和第二离合器的前侧处连接到所述发动机的所述输出侧;以及
发动机离合器,其形成于所述发动机的所述输出侧与所述电动机/发电机之间。
8.一种用于车辆的变速器,所述变速器包括:
电动机/发电机,其通过发动机离合器选择性地连接到发动机的输出侧;
第一输入轴,其通过第一离合器选择性地连接到电动机/发电机的输出侧;
第二输入轴,其为空心轴并且其设置在所述第一输入轴的前侧部分中而与所述第一输入轴没有旋转干扰并且其通过第二离合器选择性地连接到所述电动机/发电机的所述输出侧,其中具有不同齿轮齿数的多个驱动齿轮设置在所述第二输入轴的外部圆周表面上;
连续可变传输机构,其连续地换挡并且输出从所述第一输入轴传递的旋转动力;
换挡输出机构,其以预定间隙与第一和第二输入轴大体上平行地设置,以接收通过连接到外部齿轮的从动齿轮从所述第二输入轴上的所述驱动齿轮和所述连续可变传输机构传递的旋转动力,并且其选择性地换挡并输出所述旋转动力;
倒挡空转机构,其设置在所述第一输入轴与所述换挡输出机构之间以在反向方向上将所述第一输入轴的所述旋转动力传递到所述换挡输出机构;以及
最终减速机构,其减小从所述换挡输出机构输出的所述旋转动力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中
用于倒挡的倒挡驱动齿轮设置在所述第一输入轴上的一侧处,
所述第二输入轴的所述外部圆周表面上的具有不同齿轮齿数的第一驱动齿轮和第二驱动齿轮以预定距离设置,以及
连续换挡驱动齿轮设置在所述连续可变传输机构的从动带轮轴上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述换挡输出机构包括:
输出轴,其以所述预定间隙与第一和第二输入轴大体上平行地设置;
输出齿轮,其一体地形成于所述输出轴的一个端部中;
第一从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述第一驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
第二从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述第二驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
第一同步器,其形成于所述输出轴上的所述第一从动齿轮与所述第二从动齿轮之间,以将所述第一从动齿轮或所述第二从动齿轮选择性地同步连接到所述输出轴;
连续换挡从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述连续换挡驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
倒挡从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为通过所述倒挡空转机构连接到所述倒挡驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;以及
第二同步器,其形成于所述输出轴上的所述连续换挡从动齿轮与所述倒挡从动齿轮之间,以将所述连续换挡从动齿轮或所述倒挡从动齿轮选择性地同步连接到所述输出轴。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第一从动齿轮具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比小的齿轮比,并且所述第二驱动齿轮和所述第二从动齿轮具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比大的齿轮比。
12.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述倒挡空转机构包括:
倒挡空转轴,其大体上平行地设置在所述第一输入轴与所述输出轴之间;以及
倒挡空转齿轮,其一体地形成于所述倒挡空转轴中以作为连接在所述倒挡驱动齿轮与所述倒挡从动齿轮之间的外部齿轮。
13.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中在所述连续可变传输机构中,驱动带轮和从动带轮以恒定宽度的连续齿轮比连续地换挡。
14.一种用于车辆的变速器,其包括:
电动机/发电机,其通过发动机离合器选择性地连接到发动机的输出侧;
第一输入轴,其通过第一离合器选择性地连接到所述电动机/发电机的输出侧;
第二输入轴,其为空心轴并且其设置在所述第一输入轴的前侧部分中而与所述第一输入轴没有旋转干扰并且其通过第二离合器选择性地连接到所述电动机/发电机的所述输出侧,其中具有不同齿轮齿数的多个驱动齿轮设置在所述第二输入轴的外部圆周表面上;
连续可变传输机构,其连续地换挡并且输出从所述第一输入轴传递的旋转动力;
换挡输出机构,其以预定间隙与第一和第二输入轴大体上平行地设置,以接收通过连接到外部齿轮的从动齿轮从所述第二输入轴上的所述驱动齿轮和所述连续可变传输机构传递的旋转动力,并且其选择性地换挡并输出所述旋转动力;以及
最终减速机构,其减小从所述换挡输出机构输出的所述旋转动力。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中
所述第二输入轴的所述外部圆周表面上的具有不同齿轮齿数的第一驱动齿轮和第二驱动齿轮以预定距离设置,以及
连续换挡驱动齿轮设置在所述连续可变传输机构的从动带轮轴上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述换挡输出机构包括:
输出轴,其以所述预定间隙与第一和第二输入轴大体上平行地设置;
输出齿轮,其一体地形成于所述输出轴的一个端部中;
第一从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述第一驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
第二从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述第二驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;
第一同步器,其形成于所述输出轴上的所述第一从动齿轮与所述第二从动齿轮之间,以将所述第一从动齿轮或所述第二从动齿轮选择性地同步连接到所述输出轴;
连续换挡从动齿轮,其设置在所述输出轴上以作为连接到所述连续换挡驱动齿轮的外部齿轮;以及
第二同步器,其邻近于所述输出轴上的所述连续换挡从动齿轮而形成,以将所述连续换挡从动齿轮选择性地同步连接到所述输出轴。
17.根据权利要求16所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第一从动齿轮具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比小的齿轮比,并且所述第二驱动齿轮和所述第二从动齿轮具有比所述连续换挡驱动齿轮和所述连续换挡从动齿轮的齿轮比大的齿轮比。
18.根据权利要求14所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中在所述连续可变传输机构中,驱动带轮和从动带轮以恒定宽度的连续齿轮比连续地换挡。
