其中,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐(Fatty Methyl EsterSulfonates,FMES)同时具有阴/非离子特性,属于阴-非两性表面活性剂。FMES具有优异的蜡质的去除力,特别是除蜡效果较好,在阴离子表面活性剂中,FMES的除油与除蜡性能高于其它类型阴离子表面活性剂。而且FMES相对于其它阴离子表面活性剂,属于低泡沫产品,并有良好的耐硬水性能和低温流动性能。FMES的钙皂分散能力高达310ppm,具有较好的分散性能,具有良好的防止污垢反沾污特点。
FMES的制备方法如下:
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)与SO3摩尔比控制在1.3:1,一般根据反应底物FMEE游离脂肪酸甲酯含量在0.5-1%之间进行微调,最终应保证使用完全转化最少量的SO3。原料由上及下,从磺化器头部开始反应,缓慢流至液反应器部,磺化器底部保持均衡浓度的酸性物料,温度控制在120±2℃反应6h,最终得到含量70%±2%的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐,一般为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐,CAS号为:68081-91-4,其易溶于水,具有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤。其为碱性阴离子表面活性剂。
聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段型聚醚按聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯的排列分为:聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚(E0/P0,简称EP),聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段型聚醚(E0/P0/E0,简称EPE)聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚(P0/E0/P0,简称PEP)。
该表面活性剂的疏水基是聚氧丙烯链,亲水基是聚氧乙烯链。
该表面活性剂的制法是,在碱性催化剂(如KOH)存在下,以丙二醇为引发剂,在120℃氮气流保护下通入环氧丙烷进行加成反应,获得聚氧丙烯,然后仍在碱性催化剂和120℃下加入环氧乙烷进行加成反应,即得到EPE型聚醚。

异构醇聚氧乙烯醚属于非离子型表面活性剂,其为无色液体,易溶于水,具有优良的乳化、净洗性能。结构式:RO-(C2H4O)nH:(一般R为C8,C10,C11,C13),其乳化能力强,表面活性高,抗硬水,在较宽的PH值范围内化学稳定性和环境相容性好。
异构十三碳脂肪醇醚属于非离子型表面活性剂,结构式:RO-(C2H4O)nHR,易溶于水,具有优良的乳化、净洗性能。乳化能力强,表面活性高,抗硬水,在较宽的pH值范围内化学稳定性和环境相容性好。在本配方中用作乳化剂。
低泡润湿剂优选低泡润湿剂CF-10,陶氏DOW TRITON的表面活性剂,其属于非离子表面活性剂,透明液体,具有极佳的润湿性,提高分散剂的分散性能。
月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠酯,是一种无色或浅黄色液体。分子量272.37987,CAS号为9004-82-4。其属于阴离子表面活性剂,有优良的洗涤性。
月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠酯的制备方法如下:
将452kg月桂醇(羟值275-320)投入反应釜中,再把5kg氢氧化钾投入配减槽中,配制成50%的水溶液后投入反应釜中。抽真空,控制真空度在13.3kPa,逐步升温至120℃左右进行脱水。脱水完成后利用氮气置换空气,驱尽空气后升温至140~150℃,开动搅拌,在3kPa下通入324kg环氧乙烷。然后将釜温逐渐降至5℃左右。加入硫酸进行酸化反应,1h后用氢氧化钠、酒精溶液进行中和。中和后压滤除去滤渣后,滤液脱醇得成品。
苯甲酸钠易溶于水,在配方中作为杀菌剂和防腐剂。
羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP),是一种有机磷酸类阻垢缓蚀剂,能与铁、铜、锌等多种金属离子形成稳定的络合物,能溶解金属表面的氧化物。
氨基三甲叉膦酸(Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid,ATMP),名:氨基三亚甲基膦酸;相对分子质量:299.05,ATMP具有良好的螯合、低限抑制及晶格畸变作用。可阻止水中成垢盐类形成水垢,特别是碳酸钙垢的形成。ATMP在水中化学性质稳定,不易水解。在水中浓度较高时,有良好的缓蚀效果。该氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)与羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)协同作用,作为金属离子的螯合剂。
碳酸钠具有热稳定性,易溶于水。
羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),又名羟丙甲纤维素、纤维素羟丙基甲基醚,CAS号为9004-65-3,其在配方中作为稳定剂存在,可将其他组分较好地相溶。
三氯生,学名“二氯苯氧氯酚”,化学分子式为C12H7Cl3O2,在本配方中作为一种杀菌剂,对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌、酵母及病毒均有杀灭和抑制作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种多功能高效环保重油污洗涤剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,其由如下组分和含量组成:
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐 6-9份;
不含有月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠酯的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐 4-6份;
聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段型聚醚 4-6份;
不含有异构十三碳脂肪醇醚的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚 3-5份;
异构十三碳脂肪醇醚 3-5份;
低泡润湿剂 2-4份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠酯 1-3份;
苯甲酸钠 0.5-1份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸 0.5-1份;
氨基三甲叉膦酸 0.5-1份;
碳酸钠 1-2份;
硅酸钠 0.5-1份;
羟丙基甲基纤维素 0.3-1份;
三氯生 0.1-0.5份;
香精 0.05-0.1份;
水 60-70份。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能高效环保重油污洗涤剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,其由如下组分和含量组成:
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐 7份;
不含有月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠酯的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐 5份;
聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段型聚醚 5份;
不含有异构十三碳脂肪醇醚的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚 4份;
异构十三碳脂肪醇醚 4份;
低泡润湿剂 3份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠酯 2份;
苯甲酸钠 0.5份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸 0.5份;
氨基三甲叉膦酸 0.5份;
碳酸钠 1份;
硅酸钠 0.5份;
羟丙基甲基纤维素 0.3份;
三氯生 0.1份;
香精 0.05份;
水 66.55份。
