一种食品泵用油污清洁剂,涉及清洁剂技术领域,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,氢氧化钠5~6,磷酸三钠7~9,三乙醇胺2.3~4.5,碳酸钠9~10,硅酸钠10~12,十二烷基硫酸钠0.3~0.4,麦饭石5~6,纯净水80~120。本发明清污效果好,而且具有除臭杀菌的作用,粘性小,可以较长时间保持清洁。

本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,具体是一种食品泵用油污清洁剂。
背景技术:
目前,油污清洗剂产品已形成系列,既有各种专用的,又有通用型的,给人们的日常生活带来极大方便。油垢清洗剂除去污垢、油垢,洗涤效果明显,而且使用也非常方便,也可用于清洗金属零件。现有的食品泵油污清洁剂的清洁效果较差,主要是配方配制不合理,另外清洗剂在泵的内部人工无法触及,导致清洗的效果变差,且清洁剂本身具有的粘性较重,清洗过后的物品一旦把清洁剂冲洗彻底,由于粘性大的原因,很容在物品表面再次黏上油污以及灰尘,保持清洁的持久性很差,现有的清洁剂也比较润滑,对于长时间凝结在物品表面硬质油污比较难以清除,必须配合铁丝等才能清洗干净。现有的清洁剂除菌的效果也较差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种清污效果好,而且具有除臭杀菌的作用,粘性小,可以较长时间保持清洁的食品泵用油污清洁剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。

所述的麦饭石之颗粒,所述的麦饭石颗粒的大小在5~20目。
本发明的粘性很小,清理过后的物品容易保持长时间的清洁。
麦饭石对镉、铅等对人体有害的元素以及细菌团具有较强的吸附率,对大肠杆菌等其他的吸附率在95以上。所谓吸附乃是具有多孔性、巨大表面积的固体全部溶化作用,而发生化学的、物理的反应。麦饭石作为中药对皮肤病,特别是拔脓,效果很好。麦饭石是多孔性的,吸附能力很强,因其主要成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝从这点来考虑,是容易理解的。在前面介绍的麦饭石微细粉末的电子显微镜照相中,已确认是海绵状多孔性的,是其最大的原因。也就是说,因多孔性,那么表面就非常大,由于长石部分风化,成高岭土状等,故始终保持很强的吸附作用、交换作用。
麦饭石还具有除臭的功能,对于油污长时间堆积造成的恶臭具有很好的清洁效果,而且本发明中麦饭石制作成颗粒状,在清洗油污时起到磨砂的作用,能够更好的去除长时间凝结在物品表面的硬质油污。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清污效果好,而且具有除臭杀菌的作用,粘性小,可以较长时间保持清洁。
