技术领域
本发明涉及循环泵技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种炉水泵内腔清洗添加液及其使用方法。
背景技术
炉水循环泵是设在锅炉蒸发系统中承受高温高压使工质做强制流动的一种大流量、低扬程单级离心泵,其结构包括泵壳体和泵叶、轴承、隔热体三个部分。炉水循环泵一般用于强制循环汽包锅炉和直流锅炉的启动系统中。泵壳体和叶轮。泵壳为半球形的结构,特点是壁厚度较小,相应热应力较小,泵叶属于高比转数离心式,接近于混流式的单级离心式泵,泵叶出口处装有泵叶使部分动能转换成压力能。所以泵叶是个很关键的结构,因为炉水中含有很多杂质,其中还有一些硬质的杂质,在工作过程中就会有很多杂质撞击或摩擦泵叶,所以泵叶很容易受到损坏,造成损失和工作效率的下降。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种炉水泵内腔清洗添加液,可平整炉水泵内腔以及钝化,减少炉水泵内腔的摩擦系数以及提高炉水泵内腔的耐腐蚀性能。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案 :
本发明提供了一种炉水泵内腔清洗添加液,其方案如下:

先使用A液加入到炉水泵内腔,然后进行鼓气搅拌,15分钟后,再用A液进行连续冲刷,持续5分钟,用纯水冲刷三次,每次连续冲刷5分钟,然后再加入B液,第一此使用B液进行连续冲刷,持续20s,然后再加入适量B液进行浸泡,持续30分钟,最后再使用B液进行连续冲刷,持续20s,最后再用纯水连续冲刷三次,每次连续冲刷5分钟。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明如此可平整炉水泵内腔以及钝化,减少炉水泵内腔的摩擦系数以及提高炉水泵内腔的耐腐蚀性能。
