本发明公开了一种抗紫外线特种电缆填充条,其各原料以重量份计如下:丙烯酸酯树脂22~25份,TPE树脂8~10份,泥炭土2~4份,二盐基亚磷酸铅4~6份,水玻璃3.5‑5.5份,阻燃剂1.5~3份,氯化石蜡0.1~0.3份,CPVC 1.5~2.5份,防水剂0.2~0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.2~0.4份,促进剂0.5~1.2份,硅酸铝纤维1.5~2.5份。本发明采用价格低廉的丙烯酸酯树脂、泥炭土作为主要原料,同时各个添加料之间配比合理,能充分填充电缆空隙,保证了电缆成缆时外观的圆整;而且具有良好的紫外线吸收性能,表面密封性好,防水,不易折断,密度小、重量轻。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆制备领域,具体属于一种抗紫外线特种电缆填充条。
背景技术
目前市面上生产的传统电缆填充条主要有以下三种:1)交联聚乙烯废料挤制的扇形填充条;2)聚丙烯(PP)网格填充绳;3)聚氯乙烯或橡胶管填充条。这几种填充条由于其材质、配方或形状的原因,总是或多或少存在缺陷如下:
交联聚乙烯废料挤制的扇形填充条:该填充条采用交联聚乙烯废料粉碎粒料做基料,添加粘接剂、填料、色料挤塑而成。由于交联聚乙烯为热固性塑料,其回收废料在二次加工时熔融性很差,需要添加大量的粘接剂来成型,因此该填充有以下缺陷:(A)表面粗糙,大小规格不均匀,不能充分填充电缆空隙,和保证电缆成缆时外观的圆整度;(B)抗拉强度小,成缆填充时易折断,影响生产速度;(C)重量大不便于操作;D)存放过程中易吸潮,给产品带来质量隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗紫外线特种电缆填充条,能充分填充电缆空隙,保证了电缆成缆时外观的圆整;而且具有良好的紫外线吸收性能,表面密封性好,防水,不易折断,密度小、重量轻。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗紫外线特种电缆填充条,其各原料以重量份计如下:丙烯酸酯树脂22~25份,TPE树脂8~10份,泥炭土2~4份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4~6份,水玻璃3.5-5.5份,阻燃剂1.5~3份,氯化石蜡0.1~0.3份,CPVC 1.5~2.5份,防水剂0.2~0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.2~0.4份,促进剂0.5~1.2份,硅酸铝纤维1.5~2.5份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将泥炭土、硅酸铝纤维硅按重量份放入浓度为6-10%的氢氧化铝溶液中浸泡2-3小时,取出、去离子水洗涤、烘干,放入到搅拌容器中后加入TPE树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、氯化石蜡、水玻璃进行拌料,拌料温度≤60℃,拌料时间≥2.5小时,熟化时间≥2小时;搅拌温度为≤55℃;所述搅拌时间≥4小时;所述熟化时间大于等于4.5小时;
(2)再向拌料后的物料中加入CPVC 、防水剂、紫外线吸收剂持续搅拌,同时温度从常温上升到130℃,用时100s,冷却后再加入剩余原料,充分混合后送入造粒机中进行造粒,得到成品。

具体实施方式
一种抗紫外线特种电缆填充条,丙烯酸酯树脂23份,TPE树脂9份,泥炭土3份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 5份,水玻璃4.5份,阻燃剂2.3份,氯化石蜡0.2份,CPVC 2份,防水剂0.35份,紫外线吸收剂0.3份,促进剂0.8份,硅酸铝纤维2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将泥炭土、硅酸铝纤维硅按重量份放入浓度为8%的氢氧化铝溶液中浸泡2.5小时,取出、去离子水洗涤、烘干,放入到搅拌容器中后加入TPE树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、氯化石蜡、水玻璃进行拌料,拌料温度≤60℃,拌料时间≥2.5小时,熟化时间≥2小时;搅拌温度为≤55℃;所述搅拌时间≥4小时;所述熟化时间大于等于4.5小时;
(2)再向拌料后的物料中加入CPVC 、防水剂、紫外线吸收剂持续搅拌,同时温度从常温上升到130℃,用时100s,冷却后再加入剩余原料,充分混合后送入造粒机中进行造粒,得到成品。
本发明实施例制得的电缆性能测试如下:
冲击脆化温度:-40℃,拉伸强度,18.5MPa,断裂伸长率≥350%,耐腐蚀性:高强紫外线照射18-20h,断裂伸长率保持率64.0%、吸收率89.3%。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗紫外线特种电缆填充条,其特征在于,其各原料以重量份计如下:丙烯酸酯树脂22~25份,TPE树脂8~10份,泥炭土2~4份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 4~6份,水玻璃3.5-5.5份,阻燃剂1.5~3份,氯化石蜡0.1~0.3份,CPVC 1.5~2.5份,防水剂0.2~0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.2~0.4份,促进剂0.5~1.2份,硅酸铝纤维1.5~2.5份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将泥炭土、硅酸铝纤维硅按重量份放入浓度为6-10%的氢氧化铝溶液中浸泡2-3小时,取出、去离子水洗涤、烘干,放入到搅拌容器中后加入TPE树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、氯化石蜡、水玻璃进行拌料,拌料温度≤60℃,拌料时间≥2.5小时,熟化时间≥2小时;搅拌温度为≤55℃;所述搅拌时间≥4小时;所述熟化时间大于等于4.5小时;
(2)再向拌料后的物料中加入CPVC 、防水剂、紫外线吸收剂持续搅拌,同时温度从常温上升到130℃,用时100s,冷却后再加入剩余原料,充分混合后送入造粒机中进行造粒,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线特种电缆填充条,其特征在于,丙烯酸酯树脂23份,TPE树脂9份,泥炭土3份,二盐基亚磷酸铅 5份,水玻璃4.5份,阻燃剂2.3份,氯化石蜡0.2份,CPVC 2份,防水剂0.35份,紫外线吸收剂0.3份,促进剂0.8份,硅酸铝纤维2份。
