本发明公开了一种超耐磨橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶50、碳黑30、氧化锌20、硬脂酸2、硫化物1、四氧化二铅2、二氧化钛2、防老剂3、促进剂0.5、防焦剂0.6、硬脂酸锌1;所述的促进剂是由三乙烯二胺、辛酸亚锡或三乙酰丙酮铝的任意一种或两种的组合。本发明与现有技术相比通过在配方比例上调整能够达到橡胶的耐磨度,以及耐高温和耐拉升度。

本发明涉及橡胶领域,具体的说是一种超耐磨橡胶
背景技术
丁腈橡胶是由丁二烯和丙烯腈经乳液共聚而成的聚合物,丁腈橡胶以其优异的耐油性而蓍称,其耐油性仅次于聚硫橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶和氟橡胶,此外丁腈橡胶还具有良好的耐磨性、耐老化性和气密性,但耐臭氧性、电绝缘性和耐寒性都比较差,而导电性动比较好。因而在橡胶工业中应用得广泛。在我们日常生活中经常需要一种超强度的耐磨橡胶,比如车子的轮胎。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种超强度耐磨橡胶。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的是技术方案是:
一种超强度耐磨橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶50-80、碳黑30-70、氧化锌20-30、硬脂酸2-15、硫化物1-3、四氧化二铅2-6、二氧化钛2-4、防老剂3-6、促进剂0.5-1.5、防焦剂0.6-2、硬脂酸锌1-3。
所述的一种超强度耐磨橡胶含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶50、碳黑30、氧化锌20、硬脂酸2、硫化物1、四氧化二铅2、二氧化钛2、防老剂3、促进剂0.5、防焦剂0.6、硬脂酸锌1。
所述的促进剂是由三乙烯二胺、辛酸亚锡或三乙酰丙酮铝的任意一种或两种的组合。
本发明所要采用的制备工艺和现有的技术方案一样,
本发明的优点在于:
本发明能够采用普通的制备橡胶的原料,通过在配方比例上调整能够达到橡胶的耐磨度,以及耐高温和耐拉升度。

一种超强度耐磨橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶50、碳黑30、氧化锌20、硬脂酸2、硫化物1、四氧化二铅2、二氧化钛2、防老剂3、促进剂0.5、防焦剂0.6、硬脂酸锌1;所述的促进剂是由三乙烯二胺和三乙酰丙酮铝组成。
实施例2
一种超强度耐磨橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶80、碳黑70、氧化锌30、硬脂酸15、硫化物3、四氧化二铅6、二氧化钛4、防老剂6、促进剂1.5、防焦剂2、硬脂酸锌3;所述的促进剂是由三乙烯二胺和辛酸亚锡组成。

1.一种超强度耐磨橡胶,其特征在于:含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶50-80、碳黑30-70、氧化锌20-30、硬脂酸2-15、硫化物1-3、四氧化二铅2-6、二氧化钛2-4、防老剂3-6、促进剂0.5-1.5、防焦剂0.6-2、硬脂酸锌1-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超强度耐磨橡胶,其特征在于:含有以下重量份的物质:丁晴橡胶50、碳黑30、氧化锌20、硬脂酸2、硫化物1、四氧化二铅2、二氧化钛2、防老剂3、促进剂0.5、防焦剂0.6、硬脂酸锌1。
