Abstract
本发明涉及一种功能席梦思床垫的制造技术,具体地说是一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫及其制备方法。本发明包括第一层布料,第二层热熔触媒无纺布,第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉,第四层热熔毡,第五层床网,第六层弹簧芯,第七层床网,第八层热熔毡,第九层竹碳纤维热熔棉,第十层热熔触媒无纺布,第十一层布料。本发明功能床垫,本身除菌,除病毒,除异味自洁功能,消除了新床垫长期使用过后床垫内部,以及外部给通过人体带来的细菌、病毒、异味,解决了床垫长期使用无菌、无味、清洁化,填补了市场空白,对床垫行业带来创新性革命,满足了市场使用需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能床垫的制造技术,具体地说是一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫及其制造方法。
背景技术
光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称。光触媒在光的照射下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,产生出氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,具有很强的光氧化还原功能,可氧化分解各种有机化合物和部分无机物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,可杀灭细菌和分解有机污染物,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水和二氧化碳,因而具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁、净化空气功能。光触媒对中低分子的不稳定化合物及绝大部分病菌有很好的降解和杀灭作用,其中包括甲醛。
目前,家庭使用的所有床垫,从使用开始就在床垫内部及其表面由人体和外部空气带来的细菌、螨虫、病毒、异味侵入,多年使用当中床垫无法清洗,无法除掉这些细菌、螨虫、病毒、异味,使用久了越来越多。
本发明利用高新技术微光磷酸二氧化钛触媒产生的极强自由氢氧基和活性氧,具有很强的微光氧化还原功能,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,分解有机异味气体污染物,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水和二氧化碳,其中竹碳纤维作用是吸附细菌和病毒以及螨虫同时帮助微光触媒消除处理。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫及其制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,包括第一层布料,第二层热熔触媒无纺布,第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉,第四层热熔毡,第五层床网,第六层弹簧芯,第七层床网,第八层热熔毡,第九层竹碳纤维热熔棉,第十层热熔触媒无纺布,第十一层布料。
作为优选,本发明所述布料是各种棉布或羊绒布料。
作为优选,所述热熔触媒无纺布中的触媒是磷酸二氧化钛化合产物在微光下起作用的一种微光触媒。
作为优选,所述第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉厚度为5mm-30mm,竹碳纤维热熔棉是绒状软质热熔面。
作为优选,所述热熔触媒无纺布的制作:将微光触媒液体与热熔胶混合均匀,然后均匀涂布于无纺布上,所述热熔胶是指在120℃融化的环保胶。
作为优选,所述第四层热熔毡厚度为20mm-50mm,热熔毡采用硬质热熔毡。
作为优选,本发明还提供了一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)首先加工热熔触媒无纺布:将30%重量比的微光触媒纳米液体与70%重量比热熔胶在150℃的加热罐里进行混合;把融化的混合液体用热辊涂机涂到无纺布正反两面;于室温下冷却形成热熔触媒无纺布;
2)将布料和热熔触媒无纺布在热压机进行压合,形成压合体;
3)将步骤2)中压合体与竹碳纤维热熔棉层用缝纫机把上下层面缝合成凹凸状大网格图案;
4)铺放:第十一层布料与第十层热熔触媒无纺布第九层以及竹碳纤维组成结合层;第八层热熔毡、第七层床网、第六层弹簧芯、第五层床网、第四层热熔毡、第三层热熔毡、第一层布料与第二层热熔触媒无纺布第三层以及竹碳纤维组成结合层;
5)将步骤4)中各个材料层铺设完后,四周边套上边套材料后进行缝合;
6)将步骤5)中缝完上面四周边角后翻过来缝合下面四周边角,完成自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫的制造。
本发明采用高新技术微光纳米磷酸二氧化钛触媒产生的极强自由氢氧基和活性氧,具有很强的微光氧化还原能力,破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,分解有机异味气体污染物,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水和二氧化碳,长期保持清洁无味的床垫,给床垫行业带来创新革命,填补了国内空白。本发明采用十一层具体结构,获得自能除菌除味触媒功能床,设计新颖,科学合理,使用效果好,具有很好的推广价值,具有巨大的市场经济前景。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其结构如图1所述,由上往下依次是:第一层布料1,第二层热熔触媒无纺布2,第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉3,第四层热熔毡4,第五层床网5,第六层弹簧芯6,第七层床网7,第八层热熔毡8,第九层竹碳纤维热熔棉9,第十层热熔触媒无纺布10,第十一层布料11。
上述的第一层及第十一层的布料是各种棉布或羊绒布料。
上述热熔触媒无纺布中的触媒是磷酸二氧化钛化合产物在微光下起作用的一种微光触媒。微光触媒纳米液体为磷酸二氧化钛化合产物纳米液体。
上述的第三层及第九层的竹碳纤维热熔棉厚度为5mm-30mm,竹碳纤维热熔棉是绒状软质热熔面。
上述的所述第二层及第十层热熔触媒无纺布的制作过程是:将微光触媒液体与热熔胶混合均匀,然后均匀涂布于无纺布上,所述热熔胶是指在120℃融化的环保胶。
上述的第四层及第八层的热熔毡厚度为20mm-50mm,热熔毡采用硬质热熔毡
以上一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫的制备方法包括以下步骤:

1.一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:包括第一层布料,第二层热熔触媒无纺布,第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉,第四层热熔毡,第五层床网,第六层弹簧芯,第七层床网,第八层热熔毡,第九层竹碳纤维热熔棉,第十层热熔触媒无纺布,第十一层布料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:所述布料是各种棉布或羊绒布料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:所述热熔触媒无纺布中的触媒是磷酸二氧化钛化合产物在微光下起作用的一种微光触媒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:所述第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉厚度为5mm-30mm,竹碳纤维热熔棉是绒状软质热熔棉。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:所述热熔触媒无纺布的制作:将触媒液体与热熔胶混合均匀,然后均匀涂布于无纺布上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:所述热熔胶是指在120℃融化的环保胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫,其特征在于:所述第四层热熔毡厚度为20mm-50mm,热熔毡采用硬质热熔毡。
8.根据权利要求1至7所述的一种自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:

4)铺放:第十一层布料与第十层热熔触媒无纺布以及第九层竹碳纤维热熔棉组成结合层;第八层热熔毡、第七层床网、第六层弹簧芯、第五层床网、第四层热熔毡、第一层布料、第二层热熔触媒无纺布以及第三层竹碳纤维热熔棉组成结合层;
5)将步骤4)中各个材料层铺设完后,四周边套上边套材料后进行缝合;
6)将步骤5)中缝完上面四周边角后翻过来缝合下面四周边角,完成自能除菌除味触媒功能床垫的制造。
