本发明涉及一种单片羽毛羽柄辅助裁剪装置，包括底板以及C架，C架上沿纵向滑动安装有铅压块；底板上设有水平的滑槽，滑槽上滑动安装有工作架，工作架右端焊接有两个触碰门夹块，两个触碰门夹块之间具有以竖直滑动方式安装在两个触碰门夹块后端面的辅助压块，辅助压块上端连接有气缸，工作架后部水平滑动安装有后阻挡板，后阻挡板右端面上沿纵向滑动安装有切割刀。本发明结构简单，通过将羽毛的羽片以及羽片与羽柄结合处的定位固定方式，能够有效辅助将羽柄截割裁剪成恒定的长度，操作方便。

本发明涉及一种羽毛加工类机械装置，具体的说是一种单片羽毛羽柄辅助裁剪装置。
背景技术
众所周知，大部分鸟禽类羽毛大致可分为羽片和羽柄两部分。一些羽产品制造企业在采集原始羽毛后，首先需要将原始的羽毛通过裁剪方式变成统一大小的制式羽毛，而要想完成这以目标，首要的任务就是要将羽毛的羽柄部分通过修剪截割成相同的长度，在实际加工中，人们往往还需要采用量具进行手动测量后再进行裁剪，比较繁琐。
发明内容
针对上述技术中羽柄截割长度的问题，本发明提出了可将羽柄截割成恒定长度的一种单片羽毛羽柄辅助裁剪装置。
一种单片羽毛羽柄辅助裁剪装置，包括底板以及底板上左端固装的C架，所述C架上沿纵向滑动安装有铅压块。
所述底板上设有水平的滑槽，所述滑槽上滑动安装有工作架，所述工作架右端焊接有两个触碰门夹块，所述两个触碰门夹块之间具有以竖直滑动方式安装在两个触碰门夹块后端面的辅助压块，所述辅助压块上端连接有气缸，所述工作架后部水平滑动安装有后阻挡板，所述后阻挡板右端面上沿纵向滑动安装有切割刀。
所述气缸固装在工作架顶部，所述工作架上前部、后部分别安装有一号紧固螺栓、二号紧固螺栓。
上述设备在使用时，先讲铅压块手动抬起，并将单片羽毛的羽片部分摆放在底板上左端，然后通过铅压块将羽毛的羽片部分进行压紧，让羽毛的羽柄部分由两个触碰门夹块之间进行穿过，便可通过气缸带动辅助压块向下滑动，将羽毛的羽柄部分进行固定，随后手动将工作架向左滑动，直至两个触碰门夹块与羽毛的羽片部分相抵后，通过一号紧固螺栓将工作架固定。此时的羽柄由于过长，会在后阻挡板的挤压下出现折弯，此时，便可将切割刀向下滑动，方便将羽柄过长的部分进行裁剪，并保证羽柄的截留长度。此外，通过二号紧固螺栓来调节后阻挡板的前后滑动可调整羽柄的截留长度。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明结构简单，通过将羽毛的羽片以及羽片与羽柄结合处的定位固定方式，能够有效辅助将羽柄截割裁剪成恒定的长度，操作方便。

如图1至图2所示，一种单片羽毛羽柄辅助裁剪装置，包括底板1以及底板1上左端固装的C架2，所述C架2上沿纵向滑动安装有铅压块3。
所述底板1上设有水平的滑槽1a，所述滑槽1a上滑动安装有工作架4，所述工作架4右端焊接有两个触碰门夹块5，所述两个触碰门夹块5之间具有以竖直滑动方式安装在两个触碰门夹块5后端面的辅助压块6，所述辅助压块6上端连接有气缸7，所述工作架4后部水平滑动安装有后阻挡板8，所述后阻挡板8右端面上沿纵向滑动安装有切割刀9。
所述气缸7固装在工作架4顶部，所述工作架4上前部、后部分别安装有一号紧固螺栓10、二号紧固螺栓11。
上述设备在使用时，先讲铅压块3手动抬起，并将单片羽毛的羽片部分摆放在底板1上左端，然后通过铅压块3将羽毛的羽片部分进行压紧，让羽毛的羽柄部分由两个触碰门夹块5之间进行穿过，便可通过气缸7带动辅助压块6向下滑动，将羽毛的羽柄部分进行固定，随后手动将工作架4向左滑动，直至两个触碰门夹块5与羽毛的羽片部分相抵后，通过一号紧固螺栓10将工作架4固定。此时的羽柄由于过长，会在后阻挡板8的挤压下出现折弯，此时，便可将切割刀9向下滑动，方便将羽柄过长的部分进行裁剪，并保证羽柄的截留长度。此外，通过二号紧固螺栓11来调节后阻挡板8的前后滑动可调整羽柄的截留长度。
