A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半个小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入砂锅内，注入过药38mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮40分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药35mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮35分钟，二次混合浓缩成50%的中药液900毫升备用。

鸡内金，性味：甘、平，具有消积滞、健脾胃之功效，用于治疗食积胀满、呕吐反胃、泻痢、疳积、消渴、遗溺、喉痹乳蛾、牙疳口疮；
侧柏叶，性味：苦、涩、性微寒，具有凉血止血、止咳祛痰、祛风湿、散肿毒之功效，用于治疗治咯血、吐血、衄血、尿血、血痢、肠风下血、崩漏不止、咳嗽痰多、风湿痹痛、丹毒、痄腮、烫伤等病症；
川郁金，性味：味辛、苦、性寒，具有活血止痛、行气解郁、凉血清心、活血行瘀、清心除烦、利胆退黄之功效，用于治疗血瘀内阻所致的月经不调、痛经、症瘕痞块等，还用于湿浊蒙蔽清窍、胸脘痞闷、神志不清以及痰气壅阻、闭塞心窍所致的癫狂等证；
金银花，性味：甘、寒具有清热解毒之功效，用于治疗温病发热、热毒血痢、痈肿疔疮、喉痹及多种感染性疾病；
连翘，性味：味苦、性微寒，具有清热解毒、散结消肿之功效，用于治疗风热感冒、温病初起、炎喉肿痛、斑疹、丹毒、痈结肿毒、淋巴结结核、高烧烦渴、神昏发斑、瘰疠、尿路感染等症；
海金沙，性味：甘、淡、寒，无毒，具有清热解毒、利水通淋之功效，用于治疗热淋、血淋、沙淋、白浊、女子带下、水湿肿满、湿热泻痢、湿热黄疸、吐血、衄血、尿血、外伤出血等症；
茯苓，性味：甘、淡、平，具有渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神之功效，用于治疗小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕吐、脾虚食少、泄泻、心悸不安、失眠健忘、遗精白浊等症；

大黄，性味：苦、寒，具有泻实热、破积滞、行瘀血之功效，用于治疗实热便秘、食积停滞、腹痛、急性阑尾炎、急性传染性肝炎、血瘀经闭、牙痛、衄血、急性结膜炎，外用治烧烫伤、化脓性皮肤病、痈肿疮疡等症；
薄荷，性味：味辛、性凉，具有散风热、清头目、利咽喉、透疹、解郁之功效，用于风热表证、头痛目赤、咽喉肿痛、麻疹不透、陷疹瘙痒、肝郁胁痛，治外感风热、头痛、目赤、咽喉肿痛、食滞气胀、口疮、牙痛、疮疥、瘾疹。

典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗胆囊结石患者共170例，年龄为48岁以上的105例，只有65例为48岁以下。160例患者中痊愈的123例，显效的37例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，病获痊愈。
